Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a lipid-lowering thrombolytic traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating thick blood lipid and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Hyperlipidemia is a common and frequent metabolic disease, is common in middle-aged and elderly people, but with the continuous improvement of living standard of people, the change of dietary structure and the increase of drinking capacity, the morbidity of young people is also increased year by year, and hyperlipidemia is an important factor for inducing coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, cerebral arteriosclerosis, cerebral thrombosis and the like. The traditional Chinese medicine does not have the name of hyperlipemia, belongs to the categories of blood stasis, phlegm turbidity, damp turbidity, food retention and the like, and is the syndrome of deficiency in origin and marked excess in nature. The formation of hyperlipidemia is caused by stagnation of blood in the vein due to qi deficiency of spleen and kidney and inability to transport blood; in addition, improper diet, a person who is addicted to the fat, sweet and thick taste may injure the spleen and stomach, resulting in dysfunction of transportation and transformation, phlegm-dampness in the interior and indigestion. Therefore, the treatment aims at tonifying kidney and spleen, tonifying qi and promoting transportation, removing stasis and phlegm, and promoting diuresis and removing food retention. From the viewpoint of modern medicine, the lipid-lowering effect of traditional Chinese medicines is mainly reflected in inhibiting the absorption of cholesterol, regulating the metabolism of blood lipid and promoting the excretion of cholesterol.
In recent years, with the continuous and deep research and development of the traditional Chinese medicine for reducing blood fat, the traditional Chinese medicine is proved to have the effects of reducing blood fat in multiple ways and multiple targets and broad spectrum and preventing atherosclerosis, and has few adverse reactions. However, clinical research on the traditional Chinese medicine for reducing blood fat is not enough, and research mechanisms of effective components, action modes, ways and targets of the traditional Chinese medicine for exerting curative effect are unclear. Although some studies have conducted clinical trials, most of the studies mainly use decoction, which is inconvenient for long-term administration, and thus the popularization of the decoction is affected. Moreover, a part of the prescription forms more expensive medicines, and the economic burden is large after long-term taking. Therefore, modern research technology is needed to develop basic research of traditional Chinese medicine from the aspects of immunity and molecular biology, and clinical guidance basis is provided for the traditional Chinese medicine to treat hyperlipidemia. Meanwhile, the traditional Chinese medicine for treating hyperlipidemia should be based on the principle of simplicity, test and cheapness, so that the traditional Chinese medicine can be popularized and used.
At present, China has low consciousness on prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia, and particularly the attention degree of rural residents on prevention and treatment of hypertension and hyperlipidemia should be strengthened. Therefore, in order to prevent and treat the increasingly-growing hyperlipemia and related cardiovascular and cerebrovascular patients in the world, the deep research on food and medicinal plants with the lipid-lowering function is carried out, and the great significance is brought to the effort of finding and developing the lipid-lowering medicament with remarkable lipid-lowering effect and without any toxic or side effect.
