or, detecting whether a preset option for generating the target data file in the right-click menu is selected by the user;
if the option for generating the target data file is selected by the user, detecting an instruction for generating the target data file sent by the user;
or, detecting whether a preset shortcut key for generating the target data file in the keyboard is pressed down by a user;
and if the shortcut key for generating the target data file is pressed by the user, detecting an instruction for generating the target data file sent by the user.
11. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the generating module is specifically configured to:
deleting the data to be deleted from the original data file copy;
and storing the original data file copy with the data to be deleted as a target data file according to the file name and the storage path input by the user through the dialog box.

the original data file is as follows: a spreadsheet document.
