Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of plant source insect-resist agents, and particularly relates to a book data aroma-enhancing insect-resist agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The paper book data is a common carrier for storing books, documents and archives. After a long time, the paper is not only naturally aged, yellowed and moldy and generates peculiar smell, but also may be damaged by worms, the destructive power of the book worms greatly reduces the service life of the data, the information such as characters or pictures in the data is seriously damaged, and the value of the books is lost; meanwhile, the excrement of the book worms can pollute the books, harm is brought to users of book data, and the peculiar smell generated by the books is unfavorable to the physical and psychological health of the users, so that the book mothproof is very important. Nowadays, research and application of book insect-resistant agents are advanced to a certain extent, but most of the book insect-resistant agents contain chemical agent components, and meanwhile, the book insect-resistant agents have a large peculiar smell and are unfavorable for book materials and human health.
Therefore, the book and data insect-resist agent which is safe, effective and small in peculiar smell is found, and has very important significance to the technical field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defects and shortcomings in the background technology and providing a safe and effective plant-derived book data aroma-enhancing insect-preventing agent with small peculiar smell and a preparation method thereof.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
the book data aroma-enhancing insect-preventing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 5-15% of cayratia japonica, 5-15% of nettle, 5-15% of geranium wilfordii, 5-15% of notopterygium forbesii, 5-15% of arisaema cum bile, 5-15% of veratrum nigrum, 5-15% of belladonna, 5-15% of euphorbia lathyris, 5-15% of aroma-enhancing components and 5-15% of adhesive.
The book data aroma-enhancing insect-preventing agent preferably comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 8-12% of cayratia japonica, 8-12% of nettle, 8-12% of geranium wilfordii, 8-12% of notopterygium forbesii, 8-12% of arisaema heterophyllum, 8-12% of veratrum nigrum, 8-12% of belladonna, 8-12% of euphorbia lathyris, 8-12% of flavoring components and 8-12% of adhesive.
More preferably, the book material aroma-enhancing insect-preventing agent specifically comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10% of raspberry, 10% of nettle, 10% of geranium wilfordii, 10% of notopterygium forbesii, 10% of arisaema heterophyllum, 10% of veratrum nigrum, 10% of belladonna, 10% of euphorbia lathyris, 10% of flavoring component and 10% of adhesive.
More preferably, the book material aroma-enhancing insect-preventing agent specifically comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 5% of raspberry, 5% of nettle, 5% of geranium wilfordii, 5% of notopterygium forbesii, 15% of arisaema heterophyllum, 15% of veratrum nigrum, 15% of belladonna, 15% of euphorbia lathyris, 10% of flavoring component and 10% of adhesive.
More preferably, the book material aroma-enhancing insect-preventing agent specifically comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 15% of raspberry, 15% of nettle, 15% of geranium wilfordii, 15% of notopterygium forbesii, 5% of arisaema heterophyllum, 5% of veratrum nigrum, 5% of belladonna, 5% of euphorbia lathyris, 10% of flavoring component and 10% of adhesive.
Cayratia japonica: cayatiae japonica has disinfection effect, and is mainly used for treating snake bite.
Nettle: commonly known as Scorpion, nettle has the functions of diminishing inflammation, easing pain and treating snake venom.
Geranium wilfordii: is a few of common traditional Chinese medicines, but has the functions of dispelling wind, activating blood, clearing heat and removing toxicity, and can also treat gastrointestinal dysentery.
Notopterygium forbesii: it is used not only for relieving exterior syndrome, dispelling pathogenic wind and removing dampness, and relieving pain, but also for treating various internal injury miscellaneous diseases.
Rhizoma arisaematis cum bile: is a medicinal plant of Araceae, is bitter, pungent, warm in nature, and toxic, and has effects of eliminating dampness and phlegm, dispelling pathogenic wind and relieving pain, and resolving hard mass.
Veratrum: the product has pungent and cold taste, and has effects in eliminating toxic materials, relieving cough, treating head sore, relieving scabies, and malignant boil, killing various toxic materials, and eliminating dead muscle; the current literature research shows that veratrum contains rich veratrine and has an effect of promoting vomiting.
Belladonna: the belladonna mixture is a common clinical oral preparation.
A euphorbia lathyris: euphorbiaceae, Euphorbia; euphorbiae Lathyridis semen has effects of removing water retention, relieving swelling, killing parasite, tranquilizing, relieving inflammation, resisting bacteria, and resisting tumor, and can be used for treating schistosomiasis and venomous snake bite.
The traditional Chinese medicines such as the blackberry, the nettle, the geranium wilfordii, the notopterygium root, the arisaema cum bile, the veratrum nigrum, the belladonna, the euphorbia lathyris and the like are originally used as clinical medicinal materials.
Preferably, the flavoring component comprises one or more of rosemary, mint, elsholtzia, litsea cubeba and pepper. Rosemary, mint, elsholtzia, litsea cubeba and pepper are distributed in wild or artificially cultivated all over the country, and the material sources are easy to obtain. The components have fragrance and low price, can increase the fragrance of the pesticide, reduce the peculiar smell of book materials, and are more beneficial to book material storage and physical and psychological health of users.
Preferably, the adhesive is glutinous rice. The glutinous rice is used as the adhesive, so that the pollution of chemical adhesive to the environment can be effectively avoided.
Based on a general inventive concept, the invention also correspondingly provides a preparation method of the book material aroma-enhancing insect-resist agent, which comprises the following steps: drying the raw materials, grinding the raw materials into powder, stirring and mixing the powder according to a ratio, adding water to prepare a pasty mixture, then performing compression molding and drying to obtain the book data aroma-enhancing insect-preventing agent.
In the above preparation method, preferably, the raw materials are ground into powder of 50-80 meshes.
Preferably, the paste mixture is pressed into a sheet shape with a specification size of 1cm × 5cm × 5cm or 1cm × 10cm × 5 cm.
Preferably, the book data fragrance-enhancing insect-resist agent after drying is packaged by breathable paper, and is labeled with information such as product names, serial numbers and the like.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
