And as the inside circular telegram wire that uses of intelligent clothing, it should have characteristics such as flexibility, stretch resilience, bendable, washable, resistance value is little and invariable to play conduction electric quantity and signal and ensure the demand safe in utilization.
The electric lead that current intelligent clothing was used is mostly traditional parcel metal wire, and in the in-process of using, can only externally establish on intelligent clothing, because of the electric lead exposes in intelligent clothing's outside, not only influences intelligent clothing's pleasing to the eye, moreover because of it can not stretch, takes place easily when dressing and buckles the fracture, open circuit scheduling problem to circuit trouble appears, arouses the potential safety hazard even.
Chinese patent document CN109291593A discloses a textile-based conductive material with water-washing resistance for intelligent wearable and a preparation method thereof, which utilizes the good conductivity of silver fiber to make a conductive layer part with conductive effect, and then adds an elastic insulating layer on the conductive layer for insulation and protection to make a flexible conductive material with good conductivity, which can be directly woven in clothes to play a conductive role, and has the characteristics of being twistable, foldable, washable and the like. The conductive material is conductive depending on a silver fiber conductive layer, has strong water washing resistance and bending fatigue resistance, but has poor tensile resilience, and is difficult to meet the actual application requirements. Therefore, there is a need for a new conductive thread for smart clothing to solve the above-mentioned problems in the background art.
