Referring to fig. 1, 2, 9 and 10, the uniform blanking mechanism includes a storage box 19, a hopper 20 and a discharge channel 21. The lower surface of the storage box 19 is connected with a support frame 22, the left side surface of the storage box 19 is provided with a feeding hole 191, and the loading hopper 20 is arranged on the left side surface of the storage box 19 at the feeding hole 191. The bottom wall of the material storage box 19 is provided with a trapezoidal sliding block 23 which is high at the left and low at the right, the bottom wall of the material storage box 19 on the right side of the trapezoidal sliding block 23 is provided with a rectangular opening 192, a support frame 22 which is positioned under the rectangular opening 192 is provided with a hydraulic rod 24, the top end of the hydraulic rod 24 is connected with a triangular ejector block 25, the upper surface of the triangular ejector block 25 is parallel to the upper surface of the trapezoidal sliding block 23, and when the hydraulic rod 24 is contracted to the shortest, the upper surface of the triangular ejector block 25 and the upper surface of the trapezoidal sliding block 23 are positioned on the same inclined line. The left side surface of the triangular ejector block 25 is connected with a material baffle 251, the material baffle 251 is vertically arranged, the upper end of the right side surface of the material storage box 19 is provided with a material outlet 193, and the material discharge channel 21 is arranged on the right side surface of the material storage box 19 at the material outlet 193. When the hydraulic rod 23 is extended to the maximum length, the right lower end of the upper surface of the triangular ram 25 is engaged with the discharge port 193, which is shown in fig. 9.
The rotary slicing apparatus in this embodiment is substantially the same as that in embodiment 1, and includes a material pushing mechanism, a slicing mechanism, and a cylinder 1. Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 7, a support base 2 is disposed at a lower end of a cylinder 1, the cylinder 1 is fixed by the support base 2, a cylindrical cavity 101 is formed inside the cylinder 1, a cylinder 3 is disposed inside the cylindrical cavity 101, six semicircular clamping grooves 301 are uniformly formed in an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder 3, a gap between the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder 3 and an inner wall of the cylindrical cavity 101 has a radius equal to that of the semicircular clamping grooves 301, and when a rod-shaped traditional Chinese medicine 100 falls into the semicircular clamping grooves 301, the rod-shaped traditional Chinese medicine can rotate in the cylindrical cavity 101 along with the cylinder 3. The front end surface and the rear end surface of the cylinder 3 are both connected with a rotating shaft 302, the rotating shaft 302 at the rear end is rotatably connected with the inner wall at the rear side of the cylindrical cavity 101, referring to the attached drawing 1, the front end surface of the cylinder 1 is provided with a stepping motor 4, and the stepping motor 4 can rotate 60 degrees at each time through a transmitted pulse signal. An output shaft of the stepping motor 4 passes through the front end face of the cylindrical cavity 101 and is connected with a rotating shaft 302 at the front end. Meanwhile, the upper end of the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder 1 is provided with a feeding channel 5, the feeding channel 5 is arranged under the discharging channel 21, the feeding channel 5 and the central axis of the cylinder 1 are arranged on the same vertical surface, and at least six rodlike traditional Chinese medicines 100 can be placed into the feeding channel 5 at one time.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, six circular holes 102 are formed in the front end surface of the cylinder 1 in an annular array, and each circular hole 102 corresponds to a semicircular clamping groove 301 on the cylinder 3 in the stationary process. The pushing mechanism in this embodiment includes an annular pushing plate 6, and a central hole larger than the cross section of the stepping motor 4 is formed in the middle of the annular pushing plate 6, so as to prevent the annular pushing plate 6 from abutting against the stepping motor 4 in the process of moving to the cylinder 1. The rear side of the annular push plate 6 is connected with six ejector rods 7 capable of extending into the corresponding round holes 102, a hydraulic cylinder 26 is arranged on the front side of the annular push plate 6, a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 26 is fixedly connected with the front side of the annular push plate 6, and the annular push plate 6 can be driven to move towards the cylinder 1 through the extension of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 26. Referring to fig. 2, in order to make the annular push plate 6 more stable during the moving process, two symmetrically arranged protrusions 8 are further disposed on the annular push plate 6, guide rods 9 are disposed on the protrusions 8, a fixing block 10 corresponding to the guide rods 9 is disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder 1, and a sliding hole (not labeled in the figure) capable of passing through the guide rods 9 is disposed on the fixing block 10.
Referring to fig. 5, discharge holes 103 are formed in the rear end surface of the cylinder 1 in an annular array, and each discharge hole 103 corresponds to each circular hole 102. The bearing 11 is arranged at the center of the circle of the rear end face of the cylinder 1, the slicing mechanism comprises a circular cover 12 and a rotating motor 13, the front end of the circular cover 12 is connected with the rear end face of the cylinder 1, and the lower end of the circular cover 12 is provided with a slicing outlet 121. The rotating motor 13 is fixedly arranged on the rear end face of the circular cover 12, the end part of the output shaft of the rotating motor 13, which extends into the circular cover 12, is connected with a rotating shaft 14, the front end of the rotating shaft 14 is connected with the bearing 11, a cutter head 15 is arranged on the rotating shaft 14, three blades 16 are uniformly arranged on the cutter head 15, and the blades 16 are required to be attached to the rear end face of the cylinder 1 when the cutter head is arranged.
The circular cover 12 is detachably connected with the cylinder 1, and the blades 16 are detachably connected with the cutter head 15. Specifically, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the flanges 17 are welded to the rear end surface of the cylinder 1 and the front end of the circular cover 12, a plurality of connecting holes 171 are uniformly formed in the edges of the two flanges 17, the connecting bolts 18 are disposed in the connecting holes 171, and the circular cover 12 is connected to the rear end surface of the cylinder 1 through the connecting action of the connecting bolts 18. Referring to fig. 8, three blade mounting blocks 151 are provided on the circumferential surface of the cutter head 15, and the blades 16 are fixedly coupled to the blade mounting blocks 151 by screws.

the uniform blanking mechanism comprises a storage box, a feeding hopper and a discharging channel, wherein the lower surface of the storage box is connected with a support frame, the left side surface of the storage box is provided with a feeding hole, the feeding hopper is arranged on the left side surface of the storage box at the feeding hole, the bottom wall of the storage box is provided with a trapezoidal slider which is high in left and low in right, the bottom wall of the storage box on the right side of the trapezoidal slider is provided with a rectangular hole, a hydraulic rod is arranged on the support frame right below the rectangular hole, the top end of the hydraulic rod is connected with a triangular ejector block, the upper surface of the triangular ejector block is parallel to the upper surface of the trapezoidal slider, the left side surface of the triangular ejector block is connected with a material baffle plate, the upper end of the right side surface of the storage box is provided with a material hole, and the discharging channel is arranged on;
the rotary slicing device comprises a material pushing mechanism, a slicing mechanism and a cylinder, wherein a supporting seat is arranged at the lower end of the cylinder, a cylindrical circular cavity is formed in the cylinder, a cylinder is arranged in the cylindrical circular cavity, a plurality of semicircular material clamping grooves are uniformly formed in the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder, the size of a gap between the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder and the inner wall of the cylindrical circular cavity is the same as the radius of the semicircular material clamping grooves, the front end surface and the rear end surface of the cylinder are respectively connected with a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the rear side of the cylindrical circular cavity at the rear end, a stepping motor is arranged on the front end surface of the cylinder, an output shaft of the stepping motor penetrates through the front end surface of the cylindrical circular cavity to be connected with a front end rotating shaft, a material feeding channel is arranged at the upper end of the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder and, the circular cutting device comprises a circular cylinder, a plurality of semicircular material clamping grooves are formed in the front end face of the circular cylinder, a circular array of round holes corresponding to the semicircular material clamping grooves is formed in the front end face of the circular cylinder, the rear side face of the circular push plate is connected with a plurality of ejector rods extending into the corresponding round holes, a pushing device is arranged on the front side of the circular push plate, the front end of the pushing device is fixedly connected with the front side face of the circular push plate, discharge holes corresponding to the round holes are formed in the rear end face of the circular cylinder, a bearing is arranged at the circle center of the rear end face of the circular cylinder, a slicing mechanism device comprises a circular cover and a rotating motor, the front end of the circular cover is connected with the rear end face of the circular cylinder, a slicing discharge port is formed in the lower end of the circular cover, the rotating motor is fixedly arranged on the rear end face of the, the front end of the rotating shaft is connected with the bearing, a cutter disc is arranged on the rotating shaft, a plurality of blades are uniformly arranged on the cutter disc, and cutting edges of the blades are attached to the rear end face of the cylinder.
