Abstract

提供一种视频处理方法和装置,能够提升资源利用率,该方法包括:根据第一类候选块获取顺序,获取当前块的第一类候选块的运动矢量加入第一类预测模式下的运动矢量候选列表,所述第一类预测模式基于当前帧内的已编码块的运动信息对所述当前块进行帧内预测,其中,所述第一类候选块中第一个获取的是所述当前块在当前帧的上方的相邻块;根据所述当前块的所述运动矢量候选列表对所述当前块进行预测。
