In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described below.
The invention provides an ultraviolet absorbent for PET packaging, which comprises a carrier, a dispersant, an ultraviolet absorbing component and a toner, wherein the carrier, the dispersant, the ultraviolet absorbing component and the toner are mixed;
wherein the ultraviolet absorption component comprises one or more of benzotriazole, benzoxazolone, benzoxazinone and modified vanillin polyfunctional group.
In this embodiment, in the ultraviolet absorber, the weight content ratio of each component is: 1 to 30 percent of carrier, 0.5 to 10 percent of dispersant, 10 to 90 percent of ultraviolet absorption component and 0.1 to 5 percent of toner.
In this embodiment, the carrier is food grade carrier vegetable oil and fat, and the dispersant is food contact grade organic or inorganic silicon oxide.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the PET plastic package with the ultraviolet absorption function, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: weighing and preparing raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise a carrier, a dispersing agent, an ultraviolet absorption component and a toner;
step 2: grinding the raw materials;
and step 3: firstly, placing a carrier in a stirring kettle, slowly adding an ultraviolet absorption component into a reaction kettle to be stirred together with the carrier, then adding a dispersing agent, and finally adding a toner to be uniformly stirred together;
and 4, step 4: after stirring, taking out the stirred slurry, mixing the slurry with dried PET slices according to a certain proportion, beating a colorimetric plate by using an injection molding machine, and injecting a blank;
and 5: and heating the bottle blank after blank injection and blowing the bottle to prepare the PET plastic package.
In this example, in step 4, the agitated slurry is 0.1% to 0.15% of the PET plastic packaging.
In this example, in step 4, a colorimetric plate is placed on a chromatograph, a standard sample-retaining plate to which an ultraviolet absorber is added in the same ratio is compared, and a toner is appropriately added for toning according to the difference in detection results.
In this embodiment, in step 5, after the bottle preform is blown, a bottle sheet with a certain thickness is cut, and the spectrometer is used to measure the ultraviolet transmittance, so as to detect the product quality.
The advantageous effects of the invention are further illustrated by the following specific examples and experimental data:
example 1:
20 percent of food-grade carrier vegetable oil, 5 percent of inorganic food contact-grade silicon oxides, 75 percent of benzoxazinone and modified vanillin, 1 percent of food contact-grade toning dye,
in the vitamin water project of domestic customer A, the weight of a PET bottle body is 21 g, the wall thickness is 0.35 mm, the capacity is 500 ml, 0.12% of the formula ultraviolet absorbent is added, and the rest is PET resin, so that the product completely reaches the product nutrition, taste, color and appearance standards required by the customer under the specified detection conditions (40 ℃, and the storage time is 180 days), and the physical indexes of transparency, toughness, strength and the like of the bottle body also meet the internal control standards of the customer. The customer uses a foreign brand ultraviolet absorbent with the same addition proportion, but the unit price is very high, and the product of my department can save nearly million yuan of material cost for the customer every year.
Example 2:
15 percent of food-grade carrier vegetable oil, 4.5 percent of food contact organic or inorganic silicon oxide, 80 percent of benzoxazinone/modified vanillin, 0.5 percent of food contact toning dye,
according to the aerated fruit juice beverage project of Korean client B, the weight of a bottle is 42 g, the wall thickness is 0.35 mm, the capacity is 1.5L, 0.13% of the formula ultraviolet absorbent is added, and the balance is PET resin, so that in the quality guarantee period, all indexes of the product completely meet the quality requirements of clients, and the appearance, the toughness, the physical properties and other performance indexes of the bottle meet the internal control standards of the clients. The product quality of the customers is effectively protected in the shelf life.
The corresponding UV screening test was carried out using the bottle of example 1, as can be seen from FIG. 1: the protection of vitamin A is obvious by absorbing and shielding ultraviolet rays on the premise of keeping the transparent appearance of the PET container, the vitamin A has various physiological functions of promoting growth, maintaining normal secretion of bones, eyesight and mucous epithelium and the like, has the function of preventing precancerous lesions, and is manifested as slow growth and hypo-adaptability to form night blindness in the absence of the vitamin A.
As shown in fig. 2, the protection of vitamin B6 by the uv-ray of the PET package of the present invention is also evident on the premise of maintaining the transparent appearance of the PET container, and vitamin B6 is an essential substance for human fat and sugar metabolism, treating anemia, and inhibiting vomiting.
As shown in fig. 3: the PET package of the invention can effectively protect some food-grade toning dyes, such as FD & C5 yellow.
