An even adjustable tensioning mechanism for winding cloth strips is characterized by comprising a base (1), a supporting plate (2), a supporting seat (3), a tensioning mechanism (4) and a winding mechanism (5), wherein the base (1) is horizontally arranged, the supporting plate (2) and the supporting seat (3) are vertically and fixedly arranged at the top end of the base (1), the supporting seat (3) is positioned beside the supporting plate (2), the tensioning mechanism (4) is arranged at one side of the supporting plate (2), the winding mechanism (5) is arranged on the supporting seat (3), the winding mechanism (5) comprises a winding driving component (6), a winding adjusting component (7) and four arc-shaped winding plates (8), the winding driving component (6) is horizontally and fixedly arranged at one side of the supporting plate (2) far away from the supporting base (1), and the winding adjusting component (7) is rotatably arranged on the supporting seat (3), the output and the transmission of rolling adjusting part (7) of rolling drive assembly (6) are connected, arc receipts board (8) distribute along the output ring shape of rolling adjusting part (7), four arc receipts board (8) all are connected with the output transmission of rolling adjusting part (7), straining device (4) are including tensioning subassembly (9) and two leading wheels (10), one side that backup pad (2) are close to supporting seat (3) can be installed to leading wheel (10) pivoted, the vertical fixed mounting of tensioning subassembly (9) is on backup pad (2) is close to the lateral wall of take-up pulley (30) one side, tensioning subassembly (9) are including take-up pulley (30) that can vertical lift and rotatory, two leading wheels (10) are located the both sides top of take-up pulley (30) respectively.

The uniform adjustable tensioning mechanism for winding the cloth strips as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tensioning assembly (9) further comprises a guide rail (11), a tension spring (12), a slider (13), a fixed seat (14) and a first rotating shaft (15), the guide rail (11) is vertically and fixedly installed on the side wall of one side, close to the supporting seat (3), of the supporting plate (2), the fixed seat (14) is horizontally and fixedly installed on the supporting plate (2), the fixed seat (14) is located under the guide rail (11), the slider (13) is slidably arranged on the guide rail (11), a horizontal connecting plate (16) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the slider (13), the tension spring (12) is vertically arranged between the fixed seat (14) and the horizontal connecting plate (16), the top end of the tension spring (12) is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the horizontal connecting plate (16), the bottom end of the tension spring (12) is fixedly connected with the top end of the fixed seat (14), the first rotating shaft (15) is horizontally and rotatably arranged on the sliding block (13), and the tensioning wheel (30) is horizontally and fixedly sleeved on the first rotating shaft (15).

The uniformly adjustable tensioning mechanism for winding the cloth strips as claimed in claim 2, wherein two limiting columns (17) are further horizontally and fixedly arranged on one side of the supporting plate (2) close to the guide rail (11), and the two limiting columns (17) are respectively positioned at two ends of the guide rail (11).

The uniform adjustable tensioning mechanism for winding the cloth strips as claimed in claim 1, wherein the winding driving assembly (6) comprises a rotary driving motor (18), a bearing seat (19) and a second rotating shaft (20), the rotary driving motor (18) is horizontally and fixedly installed on one side, away from the supporting seat (3), of the supporting plate (2), the bearing seat (19) is fixedly installed on the side wall of the supporting plate (2), the second rotating shaft (20) is horizontally arranged, two ends of the second rotating shaft (20) are respectively and rotatably arranged on two sides of the top end of the supporting seat (3), the second rotating shaft (20) and the arc-shaped winding plate (8) are coaxially arranged, an output shaft of the rotary driving motor (18) is fixedly connected with one end of the second rotating shaft (20) through the bearing seat (19), and the other end of the second rotating shaft (20) is in transmission connection with the winding adjusting assembly (7).

The uniformly adjustable tensioning mechanism for winding cloth strips as claimed in claim 4, wherein the winding adjusting assembly (7) comprises a first striker plate (21), second striker plate (22) and link assembly, the equal vertical setting of first striker plate (21) and second striker plate (22), one side of backup pad (2) is kept away from in second pivot (20) first striker plate (21), first striker plate (21) and second pivot (20) tip fixed connection, second striker plate (22) fixed mounting is on arc receipts board (8), one side that second striker plate (22) are located arc receipts board (8) and are close to backup pad (2), link assembly can gliding setting is on second pivot (20), first striker plate (21) is connected with the link assembly transmission, link assembly is connected with arc receipts board (8) transmission, arc receipts board (8) and first striker plate (21) sliding connection.

The uniform adjustable tensioning mechanism for winding the cloth strips as claimed in claim 5, wherein the connecting rod assembly comprises a sliding shaft sleeve (23) and a plurality of hinged rods (24), the sliding shaft sleeve (23) is slidably sleeved on the second rotating shaft (20), a first hinged mounting plate is arranged on the sliding shaft sleeve (23), a second hinged mounting plate is arranged in the middle of the inner arc of the arc-shaped winding plate (8), the hinged rods (24) are located between the arc-shaped winding plate (8) and the sliding shaft sleeve (23), one end of each hinged rod (24) is hinged to the sliding shaft sleeve (23) through the first hinged mounting plate, and the other end of each hinged rod (24) is hinged to the arc-shaped winding plate (8) through the second hinged mounting plate.

The uniform adjustable tensioning mechanism for winding the cloth strips as claimed in claim 6, wherein four limiting sliding grooves (25) are formed in the first material blocking plate (21), an extending plate (26) is arranged on one side of the arc-shaped winding plate (8), one end of the extending plate (26) is fixedly connected with the side wall of the arc-shaped winding plate (8), the other end of the belt extending plate (26) penetrates through the limiting sliding grooves (25) to extend outwards, two groups of rotatable bearing wheels (27) are arranged on the extending plate (26), the bearing wheels (27) are respectively located at two ends of the first material blocking plate (21), and the outer side walls of the two groups of bearing wheels (27) are respectively attached to the side walls of two sides of the first material blocking plate (21).

The uniform adjustable tensioning mechanism for winding the cloth strips as claimed in claim 1, wherein a second fixing plate (28) is further arranged on the supporting plate (2), the second fixing plate (28) is located between the two guide wheels (10), a scraper (29) is fixedly mounted at the top end of the second fixing plate (28), and a scraper of the scraper (29) is located right above the guide wheel (10) on the side close to the winding mechanism (5).
