The monitoring terminal 102 may further read the tag information corresponding to the electrical device to obtain the device identity of the electrical device, and may send a historical monitoring information query request carrying the device identity to the server 104, after receiving the request, the server 104 may retrieve the historical monitoring information of the electrical device corresponding to the device identity returned by the server 104 from the database and send the historical monitoring information to the monitoring terminal 102, and the monitoring terminal 102 may receive the historical monitoring information of the electrical device corresponding to the device identity returned by the server 104, so that the source of the monitoring information of the electrical device may be traced according to the historical monitoring information. The historical construction information query request may include a time period that needs to be queried, where the time period may be determined by the construction terminal 102 or may be a fixed time period, and the historical construction information returned by the server 104 may include construction result information, construction terminal information for construction, construction personnel information, and the like.
Through the embodiment, the monitoring terminal 102 can search the historical monitoring information of the power equipment through the equipment identity corresponding to the power equipment, so that the obtaining efficiency of the monitoring information of the power equipment is improved.
In one embodiment, the authentication result information includes: the quality monitoring information corresponding to the electric equipment and/or the image information comprising the electric equipment.
In this embodiment, the monitoring result information may be a monitoring result input by the monitoring person at the monitoring terminal 102 after the monitoring of the electrical device to be monitored is completed, and the monitoring result may include quality monitoring information corresponding to the electrical device, and may further include image information including the electrical device. The quality monitoring information of the power equipment can be related information such as whether the power equipment is produced according to set quality in the manufacturing process, the quality condition of the produced power equipment and the like; the image information of the power device may be image information of the power device during manufacturing, and may include, for example, image information at each manufacturing stage of the power device, image information at the time of final manufacturing completion, and the like. The monitoring result may include other information, and the monitoring result information may be associated with the device id in the tag information corresponding to the electric power device.
Through the embodiment, the monitoring result information acquired by the monitoring terminal 102 may include quality monitoring information of the power equipment, and may further include image information including the power equipment, so that the quality of the monitoring result information is improved.
In one embodiment, the tag information is an ultra high frequency passive RFID tag.
In this embodiment, the tag information may be tag information installed in the power device, each power device may be installed with unique tag information, the tag information installed in the power device may be an ultrahigh frequency passive RFID tag, specifically, an ultrahigh frequency passive RFID tag adopting an ISO/IEC 18000-6C standard, and an equipment identity identifier of the power device may be stored in the ultrahigh frequency passive RFID tag. Among them, the ISO/IEC 18000-6C standard may be a partially modified standard in the Gen2 standard, and has a better encryption technology.
Through the embodiment, the ultrahigh frequency passive RFID tag can be installed in the power equipment, so that the monitoring terminal 102 can acquire the relevant monitoring information of the power equipment according to the ultrahigh frequency passive RFID tag, and can associate and record the monitoring result information and the equipment identity corresponding to the ultrahigh frequency passive RFID tag, thereby improving the efficiency of acquiring and recording the monitoring information of the power equipment.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a power equipment monitoring information recording method in another embodiment. First, the utility company may complete the signing of the purchase contract with the supplier, the management terminal located in the utility company may allocate a lifelong unique device id to each electrical device according to the details of the electrical devices in the purchase contract, and may write the device id into unique tag information through the monitoring terminal 102, where the tag information may be an RFID tag, and the supplier may install the RFID tag on the corresponding electrical device.
In the monitoring stage, a monitoring worker can download a monitoring task through the monitoring terminal 102, read the RFID tag installed in the power device, obtain content information to be monitored specifically from the server 104, record corresponding monitoring result information in the monitoring terminal 102 according to the monitoring situation on site after monitoring is completed, and upload the monitoring result information to the server 104, the server 104 can associate the monitoring result information uploaded by the monitoring terminal 102 with the corresponding device identification, and the server 104 can synchronize the monitoring result information to the management terminal corresponding to the monitoring terminal 102.
According to the embodiment, the monitoring task including the information of the electric power equipment to be monitored is acquired from the server, the tag information of the electric power equipment is read, the information of the content to be monitored of the electric power equipment is requested to be acquired from the server according to the identity of the electric power equipment in the tag information, and the monitoring result information input by a monitoring person based on the information of the content to be monitored can be acquired and sent to the server, so that the server stores the equipment identity of the electric power equipment and the monitoring result information in a correlation mode. Compared with the traditional mode that the monitoring information is recorded manually and needs to be recorded on a computer for the second time, the scheme sets the label information on the power equipment to be monitored and manufactured, obtains corresponding monitoring and manufacturing contents according to the label information by using the monitoring and manufacturing terminal, can record results on the monitoring and manufacturing terminal, can also upload the monitoring and manufacturing results to the server to be stored in association with the corresponding identification of the power equipment, can also synchronize the monitoring and manufacturing result information to the corresponding management terminal, and achieves the effect of improving the recording efficiency of the monitoring and manufacturing information of the power equipment.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2-3 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-3 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternatively with other steps or at least some of the other steps or stages.
In one embodiment, there is provided a power equipment monitoring information recording system including: the manufacturing terminal 102 and the server 104;
the server 104 is configured to send a monitoring task to the monitoring terminal 102, where the monitoring task includes information of the electrical device to be monitored;
the monitoring terminal 102 is configured to request to acquire content information to be monitored for the power device from the server 104 according to the device identity, acquire monitoring result information input by a monitoring person based on the content information to be monitored, and send the monitoring result information to the server 104;
the server 104 is further configured to store the device identity of the electrical device and the monitoring result information in an associated manner.
According to the embodiment, the monitoring terminal reads the tag information of the power equipment by acquiring the monitoring task including the information of the power equipment to be monitored from the server, requests to acquire the content information to be monitored of the power equipment from the server according to the identity of the power equipment in the tag information, and can also acquire the monitoring result information input by a monitoring person based on the content information to be monitored and send the monitoring result information to the server, so that the server stores the equipment identity of the power equipment and the monitoring result information in a correlation manner. Compared with the traditional mode that the monitoring information is recorded manually and needs to be recorded on a computer for the second time, the scheme sets the label information on the power equipment to be monitored, the monitoring terminal is used for acquiring corresponding monitoring content according to the label information and recording results on the monitoring terminal, and meanwhile, the monitoring results can be uploaded to the server and stored in association with the corresponding identification of the power equipment, so that the effect of improving the recording efficiency of the monitoring information of the power equipment is achieved.
In one embodiment, the system further comprises: a management terminal;
and the management terminal is configured to receive and store the monitoring result information sent by the server 104 and the device identity identifier corresponding to the monitoring result information.
Through the embodiment, the server can send the result information and the corresponding equipment identity identifier to the management terminal corresponding to the monitoring terminal after acquiring the monitoring result information sent by the monitoring terminal, so that the synchronization of the monitoring result information is realized, and the recording efficiency of the monitoring information of the power equipment can be improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, there is provided an electrical equipment monitoring information recording apparatus, which can be applied to a monitoring terminal 102, including: a first obtaining module 402, a reading module 404, a second obtaining module 406, and a sending module 408, wherein:
a first obtaining module 402, configured to obtain a monitoring task from a server, where the monitoring task includes information of an electrical device to be monitored.
A reading module 404, configured to read tag information of the power device; the tag information includes an equipment identity of the power equipment.
A second obtaining module 406, configured to request to obtain content information to be monitored for the electrical device from the server according to the device identity.
The sending module 408 is configured to obtain monitoring result information input by a monitoring person based on the content information to be monitored, and send the monitoring result information to the server, so that the server stores the device identity of the electrical device and the monitoring result information in an associated manner.
In one embodiment, the above apparatus further comprises: and the writing module is used for writing the equipment identity into the label corresponding to the power equipment so as to associate the equipment identity with the label.
In one embodiment, the above apparatus further comprises: and the synchronization module is configured to send a terminal identifier corresponding to the monitoring terminal to the server 104, so that the server 104 synchronizes the monitoring result information to the management terminal corresponding to the terminal identifier.
In one embodiment, the above apparatus further comprises: the third acquisition module is used for acquiring the equipment identity carried in the label information corresponding to the power equipment; sending a history monitoring information inquiry request based on the equipment identity identification to the server 104; and receiving historical monitoring information of the electrical equipment corresponding to the equipment identity returned by the server 104 to obtain the source tracing information of the electrical equipment.
For specific limitations of the power device manufacturing information recording apparatus, reference may be made to the above limitations of the power device manufacturing information recording method, which are not described herein again. The modules in the electrical equipment monitoring information recording device can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be an authentication terminal, and the internal structure thereof may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen and an input device which are connected through a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operating system and the computer program to run on the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a power equipment monitoring information recording method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, there is provided a computer device including a memory in which a computer program is stored and a processor that implements the power device monitoring information recording method as described above when the processor executes the computer program.
In one embodiment, there is provided a computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, the computer program, when executed by a processor, implementing the power equipment monitoring information recording method as described above.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is specific and detailed, but not to be understood as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A power equipment monitoring information recording method is applied to a monitoring terminal, and comprises the following steps:
sending a monitoring task request instruction to a server, and acquiring a monitoring task sent by the server, wherein the monitoring task comprises information of electric power equipment to be monitored; the electrical equipment to be monitored characterizes the electrical equipment in the manufacturing process;
reading tag information of the power equipment; the tag information comprises an equipment identity of the power equipment;
requesting to acquire content information to be monitored for the power equipment from the server according to the equipment identity;
acquiring the monitoring result information input by a monitoring person based on the content information to be monitored, and sending the monitoring result information to the server, so that the server stores the equipment identity identification of the power equipment and the monitoring result information in an associated manner; the monitoring result information includes: the quality monitoring information comprises quality monitoring information corresponding to the power equipment and/or image information of the power equipment, wherein the quality monitoring information comprises whether the power equipment is produced according to set quality or not, and the image information comprises image information of the power equipment in each manufacturing stage and image information when the power equipment is manufactured;
sending a terminal identification corresponding to the monitoring terminal to the server; the server is used for inquiring a receiving address of a corresponding management terminal according to the terminal identification, and synchronizing the monitoring result information to the management terminal corresponding to the terminal identification based on the receiving address; the management terminal characterizes a device of the monitoring and manufacturing entrusting party.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining the monitoring task from the server, further comprising:
writing the equipment identity into a label corresponding to the power equipment so as to associate the equipment identity with the label.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
acquiring an equipment identity carried in label information corresponding to the electric equipment;
sending a historical monitoring information query request based on the equipment identity identification to the server;
and receiving historical monitoring information of the electric power equipment corresponding to the equipment identity returned by the server to obtain the source tracing information of the electric power equipment.
4. The method of any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the tag information is an ultra high frequency passive RFID tag.
5. An electrical equipment monitoring system, comprising: monitoring a terminal and a server;
the monitoring terminal is used for sending a monitoring task request instruction to the server;
the server is used for sending a monitoring task to the monitoring terminal according to the monitoring task request instruction, wherein the monitoring task comprises information of the electric power equipment to be monitored; the electrical equipment to be monitored characterizes the electrical equipment in the manufacturing process;
the monitoring terminal is used for reading the label information of the power equipment; the tag information comprises an equipment identity of the power equipment; according to the equipment identity identification, requesting to acquire content information to be monitored of the power equipment from the server, acquiring monitoring result information input by a monitoring person based on the content information to be monitored, and sending the monitoring result information to the server; the monitoring result information includes: the quality monitoring information comprises quality monitoring information corresponding to the power equipment and/or image information of the power equipment, wherein the quality monitoring information comprises whether the power equipment is produced according to set quality or not, and the image information comprises image information of the power equipment at each manufacturing stage and image information when the power equipment is manufactured;
the server is further used for storing the equipment identity of the electric power equipment and the monitoring result information in an associated manner;
the monitoring terminal is also used for sending a terminal identifier corresponding to the monitoring terminal to the server;
the server is further used for inquiring a receiving address of a corresponding management terminal according to the terminal identifier, and synchronizing the monitoring result information to the management terminal corresponding to the terminal identifier based on the receiving address; the management terminal characterizes the device of the supervision and manufacturing entrusting party.
6. An electric power equipment monitoring information recording device, which is applied to a monitoring terminal, the device comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a monitoring module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for sending a monitoring task request instruction to a server and acquiring a monitoring task sent by the server, and the monitoring task comprises information of electric power equipment to be monitored; the electrical equipment to be monitored characterizes the electrical equipment in the manufacturing process;
the reading module is used for reading the label information of the power equipment; the tag information comprises an equipment identity of the power equipment;
a second obtaining module, configured to request, according to the device identity, to obtain content information to be monitored for the power device from the server;
the sending module is used for obtaining monitoring result information input by a monitoring person based on the content information to be monitored and sending the monitoring result information to the server so that the server stores the equipment identity identification of the power equipment and the monitoring result information in an associated manner; the monitoring result information includes: the quality monitoring information comprises quality monitoring information corresponding to the power equipment and/or image information of the power equipment, wherein the quality monitoring information comprises whether the power equipment is produced according to set quality or not, and the image information comprises image information of the power equipment at each manufacturing stage and image information when the power equipment is manufactured;
the synchronization module is used for sending a terminal identifier corresponding to the monitoring terminal to the server; the server is used for inquiring a receiving address of a corresponding management terminal according to the terminal identification, and synchronizing the monitoring result information to the management terminal corresponding to the terminal identification based on the receiving address; the management terminal characterizes a device of the monitoring and manufacturing entrusting party.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
and the writing module is used for writing the equipment identity into a label corresponding to the electric power equipment so as to associate the equipment identity with the label.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the tag information is an ultra high frequency passive RFID tag.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
