As shown in fig. 1, in the first embodiment, a protective cover 10 includes a base layer 1, a connection glue layer 2, and a shock-absorbing layer 3. Wherein, the base layer 1 has a first surface 11 and a second surface 12 which are oppositely arranged, the connecting glue layer 2 is arranged on the second surface 12, and the shock absorbing layer 3 is arranged on the surface of the connecting glue layer 2 far away from the base layer 1. In the present embodiment, the first surface 11 of the base layer 1 is contiguous to the surface of the touch panel 20 away from the display panel 30, that is, in the whole display screen 100, the shock absorbing layer 3 is disposed at the outermost layer, and the base layer 1 is disposed at the inner side of the shock absorbing layer 3.
In the present embodiment, the base layer 1 is made of a high hardness, brittle material, and mainly provides a certain hardness to the entire protective cover plate 10. For example, the base layer 1 may be an ultra-thin glass, and the ultra-thin glass is chemically thinned and strengthened, so that the ultra-thin glass has better impact resistance and bending property. Specifically, in this embodiment, the thickness of the ultra-thin glass is less than 50um, the compressive stress is greater than 700Mpa, and the thickness of the chemical strengthening layer formed after the chemical strengthening treatment of the ultra-thin glass is greater than 10 um. In addition, in the present embodiment, the light transmittance of the ultra-thin glass is greater than 90%, so that the protective cover plate 10 may have good light transmittance. Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, the haze of the ultra-thin glass is less than 1%, so that a user can more clearly see the display content of the display panel 30 on the side of the protective cover 10 away from the display panel 30. As shown in the following table, the main parameters of the base layer 1 in the present embodiment are shown.
In the following table, HC Spec refers to the specification requirements for ultra-thin glass, Econy (30um) and Econy (50um) refer to the specification characteristics for two common ultra-thin glasses with thicknesses of 30um and 50 umd. Meanwhile, a certain amount of energy can be absorbed by the OCA, so that the impact force acting on the base layer 1 is reduced.
In this embodiment, the adhesion of the OCA is 4N/25mm or more, so that the base layer 1 and the shock-absorbing layer 3 are bonded more firmly. In addition, the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the OCA is-30 ℃ to-50 ℃, and the Storage Modulus (Storage module) thereof is maintained at less than 200Mpa at each temperature, so that the OCA has good elasticity and bending capability, thereby effectively preventing the protective cover plate 10 from being creased due to pulling and extrusion between the base layer 1 and the shock-absorbing layer 3 during the folding process of the display screen 100.
Through the setting, make the protection apron 10 that this embodiment provided have good bending performance, in the test of buckling, protection apron 10 can be when the radius of buckling is 3mm, through 200K times bending test after bad phenomena such as touch function abnormity, crease, laminating separation with the optical cement.
As shown in fig. 1, in the first embodiment, the protective cover 10 has a light shielding layer 4, so that the protective cover 10 has a visible region and a non-visible region 102 disposed outside the visible region. Wherein, the area of the shock absorption layer 3 corresponding to the visible area is a first intermediate area 34, the area of the shock absorption layer 3 corresponding to the invisible area 102 is a first edge area 35, the light shielding layer 4 is formed on the first edge area 35, and the assembled light shielding layer 4 is located between the shock absorption layer 3 and the connection glue layer 2. In this embodiment, the light shielding layer 4 may be an ink layer, and may be disposed on the shock absorbing layer 3 by printing, which is more convenient for the light shielding layer 4 to be disposed, and may reduce the manufacturing cost of the protective cover plate 10 to a certain extent.
Of course, in other embodiments, the light shielding layer 4 may also be disposed on the base layer 1, for example, as shown in fig. 2, in the second embodiment provided by the present invention, the region of the base layer 1 corresponding to the visible region is the second middle region 13, the region of the base layer 1 corresponding to the non-visible region 102 is the second edge region 14, and the light shielding layer 4 is formed on the second edge region 14. Meanwhile, the light shielding layer 4 is provided between the connection layer and the base layer 1, so that the light shielding layer 4 can be prevented from being scratched by foreign matter.
