In this embodiment, the top connecting section 501 is provided with a glue injection channel 510, which extends from two sides of the side connecting portion 409 to the lower portions of the left sidewall 511 and the right sidewall 512 at two sides, and extends to the rear sidewall 502 transversely, extends downward from the rear sidewall 502, and converges to a glue channel, and finally extends downward to the rear engaging portion 507. The glue injection channels 510a on the left sidewall 511 and the right sidewall 512 extend downward from two sides of the side connecting through hole 509, are collected together, and finally extend downward to the bottom end of the sidewalls. An overflow glue injection channel 513 is formed in the bottom connecting section 503, and the overflow glue injection channel 513 extends upwards to the rear side wall. The glue injection enters from the side connecting through hole 509, most of glue injection flow passes through the glue injection channel to overflow, glue injection is reserved at the bottom, the glue injection further overflows through the overflow glue injection channel 13, the glue injection effect is guaranteed to the maximum extent, and therefore the section bar connecting effect is guaranteed.
Please refer to fig. 5d, which is a schematic structural diagram of the outdoor cavity connector 50 and the profile outdoor cavity 12. The profile outdoor cavity 12 has an outer arm 121 and an inner arm 122, a platform surface 120 is provided between the outer arm 121 and the inner arm 122, the outer arm 121 extends upward, and a strip groove 1211 and a flat steel sheet groove are provided thereon. In the present invention, in order to fit the connector, the top end of the inner arm 122 is provided with a limit protrusion 1222 extending toward the outer arm. When the connecting piece is used, the connecting piece is pushed into the platform surface 120, the front end of the connecting piece is clamped with the limiting protrusion 1222 through the front end clamping groove 515, the rear end of the connecting piece is clamped with the rubber strip groove 1211 through the rear end clamping part 507 to form a basic clamping relation, and then a fastening piece, such as a bolt or a common jackscrew 100, penetrates through the mounting hole 505 until penetrating through the section bar to form fastening.
Please refer to fig. 6, which is a schematic structural diagram of a third embodiment, wherein the same structures in the present embodiment have the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment. The section bar outdoor cavity connecting piece 60 comprises a top connecting section 601, a rear side wall 602 and a bottom connecting section 603, wherein the top connecting section 601 is provided with a side connecting part 609, the top connecting section 601 and the bottom connecting section 603 are integrally connected and formed through the rear side wall 602, and an operating area 606 is formed between the top connecting section 601 and the bottom connecting section 603. The bottom connecting section 603 extends obliquely upward from the lower front end of the bottom connecting section towards the rear side wall 602 to form an inclined mounting surface 604, and a mounting hole 605 penetrating through the bottom connecting section 603 is formed in the inclined mounting surface 604. The rear side of the rear sidewall 602 is provided with a rear end engaging portion 607. The front side of the bottom connecting section 603 is provided with a front end engaging groove 615.
The difference between this embodiment and the above solution is that the top connecting section 601 includes a first top connecting section 601a and a second top connecting section 601b which are arranged at an interval, and the side connecting region 601c is formed between the first top connecting section 601a and the second top connecting section 601 b. The longitudinal profile is provided with mounting holes corresponding thereto, and when the transverse profile and the longitudinal profile are connected to each other, the fastening is achieved by bolts passing through the profiles and the side connection areas 601 c. This embodiment is convenient for the extrusion, guarantees that whole atress is firm.
Meanwhile, the lower end surface of the bottom connecting section 603 has an upwardly curved arch portion 603a, and the curved arch portion 603a is provided with a preformed through hole 605. The transverse profile component 1 and the longitudinal profile component 2 both comprise an inner profile chamber cavity 11 and an outer profile chamber cavity 12 which are connected in a separated manner through a heat insulation strip 13. The effective connection of the transverse mullion and the longitudinal mullion of the door and window or the longitudinal mullion and the transverse frame is realized by respectively connecting the transverse profile component 1 and the longitudinal profile component 2 with the profile indoor cavity 11 and the profile outdoor cavity 12 through the indoor cavity connecting piece 20 and the outdoor cavity connecting piece 50, and finally realizing the connection. The common use of the profile outdoor cavity in the prior art is free state connection with only a single-side hook, with the risk of falling off and failure to achieve effective connection. The front and back card in this scheme of adoption is solid, combines the mode of fastener again, can solve corresponding problem.
