As shown in fig. 12 and 14, the cleaning module 3 includes a water supply pipe 31, a water discharge pipe 32, a mounting shell 35, a water shell 37, a second winding roller 39, a scraping strip 40, a third winding roller 41, a first spiral spring 47, and a second spiral spring 48, wherein as shown in fig. 16 and 17, the mounting shell 35 has four cavities independent from each other, and as shown in fig. 17, the lower ends of the four cavities are provided with through holes 44 for connecting the four cavities; as shown in fig. 2, the mounting shell 35 is fixedly mounted in the four communicated first mounting grooves 7; as shown in fig. 14, one second winding roller 39 and one third winding roller 41 are rotatably mounted in each of the four cavities of the mounting case 35; the third winding roller 41 in each of said cavities is close to the ventilation opening 8 with respect to the second winding roller 39; as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the lower ends of the four-sided filter screen 2 pass through the upper end surface of the mounting case 35 and are wound on four third winding rollers 41, respectively; the four second winding rollers 39 are respectively wound with a section of sticky hair belt 51, one end of each of the four sections of sticky hair belts 51 is fixedly wound on the four second winding rollers 39, the other end of each of the four sections of sticky hair belts 51 is respectively wound on the four third winding rollers 41, and the sticky hair belts 51 wound on the third winding rollers 41 and the filter screen 2 are wound in a mode of alternately overlapping each other; as shown in fig. 19, a first spiral spring 47 is installed between the four second winding rollers 39 and the mounting case 35, and a second spiral spring 48 is installed between the four third winding rollers 41 and the mounting case 35.
The sticky tape 51 designed by the invention can adsorb dirt on the filter screen 2 wound on the third winding roller 41 together with the sticky tape in the winding process, and can clean the filter screen 2. The first scroll spring 47 designed by the invention has the function that in the descending process of the light-transmitting top plate 1, the first scroll spring 47 plays a scroll pulling and retracting role on the sticky fur belt 51 wound on the second winding roller 39; the second scroll spring 48 designed by the present invention plays a scroll pulling and retracting role for the filter screen 2 wound on the third winding roller 41 during the descending process of the transparent top plate 1.
As shown in fig. 15 and 18, a water shell 37 is mounted in each of the four cavities of the mounting shell 35, and each water shell 37 has uniformly distributed nozzles 46; as shown in fig. 14, the spray head 46 cooperates with a sticky tape 51 in the corresponding cavity; the four water shells 37 are sequentially connected with one another through four connecting water pipes 45, the lower end of one water shell 37 in the four water shells 37 is provided with a water feeding pipe 31, and the water feeding pipe 31 is connected with a high-pressure water pipe; a scraping strip 40 is respectively arranged in each of the four cavities of the mounting shell 35, and the four scraping strips 40 are respectively matched with the four sections of the sticky hair tapes 51 wound on the four second winding rollers 39 in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the drain pipe 32 is installed at the lower side of the installation case 35, and the drain pipe 32 is connected with a drain passage.
As shown in fig. 2, the lower end of the ventilation opening 8 formed on the roof 4 has a second mounting groove 9; two electric push rods 5 in each group of electric push rods 5 in the two groups of electric push rods 5 are mutually crossly arranged; for each electric push rod 5, the lower end thereof is mounted on the bottom surface of the second mounting groove 9 in a hinged manner, and the upper end thereof is mounted on the lower side of the frame of the light-transmitting top plate 1 in a hinged manner. Design like this has guaranteed that printing opacity roof 1 can vertically open, has higher ventilation and printing opacity effect after vertical opening, can also reach the effect of automatic clearance filter screen 2 dirt through blowing of wind simultaneously.
As shown in fig. 13, one side of the lower end of the four-sided filter screen 2 is respectively provided with a limiting strip 33, and the limiting strips 33 are matched with the top surface in the mounting shell 35. The filter screen 2 pulled out of the outer side of the mounting shell 35 at each time can be kept in a tensioning state through the designed limiting strip 33, and the filter screen 2 cannot be loosened, so that large stirring is easily generated under blowing of wind, and dirty things on the filter screen 2 enter the room. The magnetic attraction strips 34 on the filter screen 2 can be completely adsorbed and matched, so that the phenomenon that the gap appears at the matched part of the magnetic strips to influence the filtering effect is avoided.
As shown in fig. 19, the outer circumferential surfaces of the four third winding rollers 41 are respectively provided with an arc-shaped notch 49, the arc-shaped notch 49 is matched with the limiting strip 33 installed on the corresponding filter screen 2, and the preferred arc-shaped notch 49 is larger than the notch required by the limiting strip 33, so that the limiting strip 33 can still enter the arc-shaped notch 49 after the filter screen 2 contracts and stretches. The arc-shaped notch 49 can ensure that the limiting strip 33 on the filter screen 2 is just clamped in the arc-shaped notch 49 when being wound on the third winding roller 41, and the winding effect cannot be influenced by the extrusion of the limiting strip 33 and the outer circular surface of the third winding roller 41.
As shown in fig. 16, a square opening 52 for allowing the filter screens 2 to enter and exit is formed on the upper end surface of the mounting shell 35, and the four square openings 52 form a loop opening; as shown in fig. 14, a sealing ring 36 is installed at the clip opening; the sealing ring 36 seals the filter screen 2 and the mounting housing 35.
As shown in fig. 17, four shaft holes 43 are symmetrically formed on two side surfaces of the four cavities of the mounting shell 35, and a fifth mounting groove 42 is formed in each shaft hole 43 formed on one side surface of the two side surfaces of each cavity; as shown in fig. 19, two ends of the second winding roller 39 and the third winding roller 41 are respectively provided with a supporting rotating shaft 50, and the second winding roller 39 and the third winding roller 41 are respectively rotatably installed in the four cavities through the supporting rotating shafts 50 and the corresponding shaft holes 43 thereon; a second spiral spring 48 installed on each second winding roller 39, having an inner end fixedly installed on the corresponding support rotation shaft 50 and an outer end fixedly installed on the inner circumferential surface of the corresponding fifth installation groove 42; the first wrap spring 47 is installed at each third winding roller 41 with its inner end fixedly installed at the corresponding supporting rotating shaft 50 and its outer end fixedly installed at the inner circumferential surface of the corresponding fifth installation groove 42.
As shown in fig. 14 and 17, a partition plate 38 for separating the first winding roller 12 and the second winding roller 39 is installed in each of the four cavities of the installation case 35. The isolation plate 38 is used for isolating the third winding roller 41 to a certain extent, and prevents the sewage flushed down in the installation shell 35 from splashing on the filter screen 2 on the third winding roller 41 and affecting the cleaning of the filter screen 2.
As shown in fig. 4, a transparent side plate 6 is slidably mounted in a second mounting groove 9 formed in the roof 4, and the frame of the transparent side plate 6 is composed of transparent glass mounted in the frame; the upper end of the four-sided frame of the light-transmitting side plate 6 is provided with an induction locking block, the lower sides of the four-sided frame of the light-transmitting top plate 1 are respectively provided with an induction locking module 10, and the induction locking module 10 is matched with the induction locking block.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the four frames of the transparent top plate 1 are respectively provided with a mounting cavity 15, and the lower sides of the four mounting cavities 15 are respectively provided with a through hole 19; as shown in fig. 6, the two ends of the first winding rollers 12 are provided with mounting rotating shafts 29, and the four first winding rollers 12 are rotatably mounted in the four mounting cavities 15 through the mounting rotating shafts 29 at the two ends thereof, as shown in fig. 13, a section of connecting belt 30 is respectively wound on each of the four first winding rollers 12, and one end of the connecting belt 30 extends out of the through holes 19 on the lower sides of the four mounting cavities 15 and is fixedly connected with the four-sided filter screen 2. The connecting belt 30 designed by the invention has the advantages that when the light-transmitting top plate 1 is closed, because a distance is reserved between the third winding roller 41 and the lower side surface of the light-transmitting top plate 1, if the filter screen 2 is reserved in the distance, the filter screen 2 in the distance cannot be wound on the third winding roller 41 and cannot be cleaned; in order to ensure that the filter screen 2 is completely retracted to the third winding roller 41 and cleaned by the sticky fur belt 51 on the third winding roller 41, the connecting belt 30 is additionally arranged at the upper end of the filter screen 2, and when the filter screen 2 extends out, the connecting belt 30 is wound by the first winding roller 12 and is positioned in the filter top plate; when the filter screen 2 retracts, one end of the connecting belt 30 connected with the filter screen 2 extends into the mounting shell 35, so that the filter screen 2 can be completely retracted onto the third winding roller 41 and cleaned by the adhesive hair belt 51 on the third winding roller 41.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, an adjusting mechanism 11 is installed on the transparent top plate 1, and the four electric push rods 5 swing to drive the four first winding rollers 12 to rotate through the adjusting mechanism 11.
As shown in fig. 9, a third mounting groove 16 is formed on one side of one mounting cavity 15 of the four mounting cavities 15 formed in the transparent top plate 1, a circular through hole 17 is formed on one side of the third mounting groove 16, and a fourth mounting groove 18 communicated with the lower end surface is formed on one side of the circular through hole 17.
As shown in fig. 11, the adjusting mechanism 11 includes a first gear 13, a timing belt 14, a first rotating shaft 20, a first synchronizing wheel 21, a second synchronizing wheel 22, a second gear 23, a third gear 24, a fourth gear 25, an arc-shaped rack 26, a supporting plate 27, and a connecting plate 28, wherein as shown in fig. 6 and 7, one first gear 13 is fixedly mounted on each of mounting rotating shafts 29 at two ends of four first winding rollers 12, and two adjacent first gears 13 are engaged with each other; as shown in fig. 8, the second timing belt 14 is fixedly installed on the installation rotating shaft 29 at one end of one 12 of the four first winding rollers 12, the first rotating shaft 20 is rotatably installed in the circular through hole 17, the first synchronizing wheel 21 is fixedly installed at one end of the first rotating shaft 20 and is located in the third installation groove 16, and the first synchronizing wheel 21 and the second synchronizing wheel 22 are connected through the timing belt 14; the third gear 24 is fixedly arranged at the other end of the first rotating shaft 20 and is positioned in the fourth mounting groove 18, the second gear 23 and the fourth gear 25 are rotatably arranged at the lower side of the light-transmitting top plate 1 through two supporting plates 27, and the second gear 23 is meshed with the fourth gear 25; the second gear 23 meshes with the third gear 24; one end of the arc-shaped rack 26 is fixedly arranged on a hinged shaft of one electric push rod 5 of the four electric push rods 5 hinged with the transparent top plate 1 through a connecting plate 28; the arc-shaped rack 26 is engaged with the fourth gear 25.
After the light-transmitting top plate 1 rises, in order to clean the filter screen 2 close to the mounting shell 35, the distance between the clinging position of the filter screen 2 and the sticky hair belt 51 and the top surface of the mounting shell 35 is more than or equal to the distance between the clinging position of the filter screen 2 and the sticky hair belt 51 and the spray head 46.
When the electric push rod 5 drives the light-transmitting top plate 1 to move upwards, the corresponding articulated shaft of the electric push rod 5 articulated with the light-transmitting top plate 1 drives the arc-shaped rack 26 to rotate upwards through the connecting plate 28, the arc-shaped rack 26 rotates to drive the fourth gear 25 to rotate, the fourth gear 25 rotates to drive the second gear 23 to rotate, the second gear 23 rotates to drive the third gear 24 to rotate, the third gear 24 rotates to drive the first rotating shaft 20 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 20 rotates to drive the first synchronizing wheel 21 to rotate, the first synchronizing wheel 21 rotates to drive the second synchronizing wheel 22 to rotate through the synchronous belt 14, the second synchronizing wheel 22 rotates to drive the corresponding first winding roller 12 to rotate, the first winding roller 12 rotates to drive the other three first winding rollers 12 to rotate through the first gear 13, namely, the four first winding rollers 12 rotate simultaneously, and the four first winding rollers 12 rotate to take back the connecting belt 30 wound thereon; when the electric push rod 5 drives the transparent top plate 1 to move downwards, the hinge shaft of the corresponding electric push rod 5 hinged to the transparent top plate 1 drives the arc-shaped rack 26 to rotate downwards through the connecting plate 28, and the four first winding rollers 12 are rotated through the transmission of the fourth gear 25, the second gear 23, the third gear 24, the first synchronizing wheel 21, the second synchronizing wheel 22 and the first gear 13, so that the connecting belt 30 is led out, and the connecting belt 30 is pulled by the filter screen 2 to extend outwards. The diameter of the third gear 24 designed by the invention is smaller than that of the first synchronous wheel 21, and the design can ensure that the first winding roller 12 can relatively rotate by a larger angle under the condition that the arc-shaped rack 26 rotates by a small angle, so that the situation that the filter screen 2 is not compensated by the connecting belt 30 due to the small swing angle of the electric push rod 5 is prevented.
The sticky hair tape 51 used in the device is manufactured by a method similar to that of a sticky hair device for cleaning clothes on the market, the specific manufacturing method of the sticky hair tape 51 is the prior art, and the technology can ensure that the sticking capability of the sticky hair tape 51 after being washed up by water cannot be reduced.
The specific working process is as follows: when the ventilation dustproof equipment designed by the invention is used, when ventilation is needed, the electric push rod 5 is controlled to extend, the electric push rod 5 drives the light-transmitting top plate 1 to be opened upwards, and the filter screens 2 on the four sides are pulled by the light-transmitting top plate 1 to extend outwards; after the four-side filter screen 2 extends out, the magnetic attraction strips 34 of the filter screen 2 rope attract each other to connect the four-side filter screen 2 together, so that the light transmission experience of indoor residents is enhanced by opening the light transmission top plate 1, and meanwhile, the ventilation performance is also ensured; and impurities in the wind are filtered through the four-side filter screen 2.
After long-time use, if dirt is found on the filter screen 2, the cleanliness of the blown air is reduced, and the transparent top plate 1 is opened and closed in a reciprocating manner through the electric push rod 5; when the four-side filter screen 2 is opened, the four-side filter screen is pulled out, and the sticky hair belt 51 is wound on the second winding roller 39; when the four-side filter screen 2 is closed, the four-side filter screen 2 is retracted, in the retracting process, the sticky hair belt 51 arranged on the four second winding rollers 39 winds towards the third winding roller 41, dirt on the four-side filter screen 2 is adsorbed on the sticky hair belt 51 in the winding process, when the four-side filter screen is opened again, the sticky hair belt 51 can take out the adsorbed dirt together, the dirt adsorbed on the sticky hair belt 51 is washed by high-pressure water sprayed by the spray head 46 arranged on the water shell 37, and meanwhile, dirt which is adsorbed on the sticky hair belt 51 and is not easy to wash down is scraped by the scraping strip 40 arranged in the mounting shell 35; the dirt on the sticky fur belt 51 is cleaned through high-pressure impact and scraping, and the cleaned dirt is communicated with the sewage and is discharged through the drain pipe 32; when the filter screen 2 is cleaned, the transparent top plate 1 is opened and closed in a reciprocating mode, so that the filter screen 2 is pulled out and retracted in a reciprocating mode, the hair sticking belt 51 adsorbs dirt on the filter screen 2 in a reciprocating mode, and a high cleaning effect is achieved.
If the transparent top plate 1 is opened in rainy days, the transparent experience of indoor residents is enhanced, and at the moment, in order to prevent rainwater from flowing into the indoor space through the filter screen 2, the switch controls the induction lock module 10 on the transparent top plate 1 and the induction lock block on the transparent side plate 6, so that the transparent side plate 6 is driven to be opened when the transparent top plate 1 rises and is opened, the periphery is blocked, and rainwater is prevented from entering; in the present invention, if the transparent side plate 6 is to be opened in a state where the transparent top plate 1 is opened, the transparent top plate 1 needs to be closed and then opened again.
