1. Experimental Material
a. Experimental samples: the maximum recommended amount of the solid beverage for oral administration to human bodies of the solid beverage samples prepared in the above example 2 is 30g per day, and the weight of adults is calculated according to 60kg, and the equivalent dose is 0.5 g/kg/day.
b. Experimental animals: kunming mice, clean grade, weight 22-25g, half female and half male, purchased from Zhejiang medical science institute.
2. Experimental methods
24 Kunming mice are randomly divided into 2 groups, namely a control group and an experimental group, wherein each group comprises 12 mice and male and female halves. Feeding 0.0125g of the maximum daily dose to each mouse according to the reduced dose, adding 6ml of warm water into 0.0125g of a medicine-food homologous formula for tonifying primordial qi to prepare a liquid preparation, performing gavage administration for 3 times at intervals of 4h every time, wherein the gavage volume is 2ml/0.004g every time, performing gavage on warm water with the same volume as that of a control group every time, continuously administering for 15 days, and observing the difference between the control group and an experimental group.
