the method comprises the following steps: the packaging bags on the packaging bag roller 8 sequentially pass through the first guide roller 9 and the second guide roller 10, the food to be packaged is placed on the conveying belt 5 in pairs along two sides of the raised strip 6, the first motor 3 is matched with the commutator to drive one of the driving rollers 4 to rotate, the two driving rollers 4 drive the conveying belt 5 to convey the food to be packaged, meanwhile, the output shaft of the second motor 7 drives the packaging bag roller 8 to rotate, and the packaging bag roller 8 drives the first guide roller 9 and the second guide roller 10 to rotate through the gear and the chain 11 so as to convey the packaging bags;
step two: when packaged food is conveyed to a packaging bag on a packaging frame 2 by a conveying belt 5, the packaging bag continues to convey the food, a piston rod of a first air cylinder 14 pushes a longitudinal blade 15 downwards, the longitudinal blade 15 penetrates through a gap between adjacent limiting rods 12 on chains 11 on two sides to cut the packaging bag into two pieces, the two packaging bags respectively convey the food on the two sides, piston rods of second air cylinders 24 on two fixing frames 16 contract, two moving plates 18 move oppositely by matching with two pull rods 23 and a rotating plate 22, the two moving plates 18 drive two arc-shaped cylinders 20 to move oppositely through hot pressing blocks 19, the two arc-shaped cylinders 20 extrude the packaging bag into a cylindrical shape, two sides of the packaging bag extend to the two hot pressing blocks 19, and the two hot pressing blocks 19 seal the packaging bag;
step three: the packaging bag is continuously conveyed to a position between the upper hot pressing plate 253 and the lower hot pressing plate 254, an output shaft of the third motor 26 drives the first screw rod 257 and the second screw rod 259 to rotate, the first screw rod 257 and the second screw rod 259 respectively drive the two connecting blocks 258 to move oppositely, further the upper hot pressing plate 253 and the lower hot pressing plate 254 are driven to move oppositely, the packaging bag is punched by the punching head group 255 on the upper hot pressing plate 253 and the lower hot pressing plate 254, the packaging bag is cut by the transverse blade 256, the packaging bag is hot-pressed by the upper hot pressing plate 253 and the lower hot pressing plate 254, the packaging bag is sealed, and the sealed packaging bag is conveyed out of the packaging frame 2.

1. The food wholesale packaging machine with the automatic punching and cutting mechanism is characterized by comprising a material conveying frame (1) and a packaging frame (2), wherein the material conveying frame (1) and the packaging frame (2) are arranged adjacently, two driving rollers (4) are arranged on the material conveying frame (1), the two driving rollers (4) are in transmission connection through a conveying belt (5), and a raised line (6) is arranged on the conveying belt (5);
the packaging machine is characterized in that a packaging bag roller (8), a first guide roller (9) and a second guide roller (10) are arranged on the packaging frame (2), two gears are respectively arranged on the packaging bag roller (8), the first guide roller (9) and the second guide roller (10), the packaging bag roller (8), the first guide roller (9) and the second guide roller (10) are connected with two chains (11) through six gear transmissions, a plurality of limiting rods (12) are symmetrically arranged on opposite surfaces of the two chains (11), a packaging top shell (13) is arranged on the packaging frame (2), a first air cylinder (14) is arranged on the packaging top shell (13), and a longitudinal blade (15) is arranged at the end part of a piston rod of the first air cylinder (14);
two fixing frames (16) are arranged in the packaging top shell (13), two fixing strips (17) are mounted on the fixing frames (16), two moving plates (18) are arranged between the two fixing strips (17) in a sliding mode, a positioning plate (21) is mounted between the two fixing strips (17), a rotating plate (22) is mounted on the positioning plate (21) in a rotating mode, two pull rods (23) are connected to the rotating plate (22) in a rotating mode, the two pull rods (23) are respectively connected with the two moving plates (18) in a rotating mode, hot pressing blocks (19) are mounted on the lower surface of each moving plate (18), and two arc-shaped cylinders (20) are symmetrically mounted at the bottoms of the two hot pressing;

The food wholesale packaging machine with the automatic punching and cutting mechanism is characterized in that the first guide roller (9) and the second guide roller (10) are arranged on the same plane, the packaging bag roller (8) is arranged below the first guide roller (9) and the second guide roller (10), two gears on the packaging bag roller (8), the first guide roller (9) and the second guide roller (10) are arranged at positions close to two sides, a plurality of limiting rods (12) are arranged on the chain (11) at equal intervals, a gap is formed between the limiting rods (12) of opposite surfaces of the two chains (11), the packaging bag roller (8) is used for installing a packaging bag, one end of the packaging bag roller (8) is connected with an output shaft of the second motor (7), and the second motor (7) is arranged on one side of the packaging frame (2).

The food wholesale packaging machine with the automatic punching and cutting mechanism is characterized in that the first lead screw (257) and the second lead screw (259) are longitudinally arranged in the fixed shell (252), the fixed shell (252) is fixed on the outer wall of the packaging top shell (13), the first lead screw (257) is fixedly connected with the second lead screw (259), the first lead screw (257) and the second lead screw (259) have the same thread number and the opposite thread directions, the top of the fixed shell (252) is provided with the third motor (26), an output shaft of the third motor (26) penetrates through the fixed shell (252) to be connected with the first lead screw (257), two sliding blocks are arranged on two sides of the two connecting blocks (258), two sliding rails are arranged in the fixed shell (252), and the connecting blocks (258) are slidably connected with the two sliding rails through the two sliding blocks.

step two: food to be packaged is conveyed to packaging bags on a packaging frame (2) by a conveying belt (5), the packaging bags continue to convey the food, a piston rod of a first air cylinder (14) pushes a longitudinal blade (15) downwards, the longitudinal blade (15) penetrates through gaps of adjacent limiting rods (12) on chains (11) on two sides to cut the packaging belts, the packaging bags are cut into two pieces, the two packaging bags respectively convey the food on the two sides, piston rods of second air cylinders (24) on two fixing frames (16) shrink, two movable plates (18) are matched with two pull rods (23) to move towards a rotating plate (22), the two moving plates (18) drive the two arc-shaped cylinders (20) to move in opposite directions through the hot pressing blocks (19), the packaging bags are extruded into a cylindrical shape by the two arc-shaped cylinders (20), the two sides of the packaging bags extend to the two hot pressing blocks (19), and the packaging bags are sealed by the two hot pressing blocks (19);
