The structure is a pure mechanical structure, can realize locking of parts under the condition of no electricity, prevents abnormal disassembly, and is safe and reliable.
Referring to fig. 11, in this embodiment, a micro switch 536 is further provided, and when the trigger portion triggers the locking mechanism, an alarm signal is sent out, and the micro switch can normally operate in an electrified state, specifically, a touch rod 535 is vertically provided on the trigger portion, a contact 5351 protruding outward is provided at an end of the touch rod, the micro switch is vertically provided and located on a motion path of the contact, when the trigger portion moves down, the contact starts to contact with a contact piece on the micro switch and triggers the micro switch, and after the trigger, the micro switch gives an alarm signal to a control circuit in the stamp, and the alarm signal can trigger a remote or local alarm, and simultaneously tells the local or remote that the stamp triggers an abnormal detachable locking state.
The invention also provides a locking method of the intelligent seal, which comprises the following steps:
s1, when the screw contacting the valve core 45 is disassembled, the valve core is pushed to move outwards under the action of the elastic force of the first elastic component until the second limiting part on the limiting pin 44 contacts with the end part of the inner end of the limiting sleeve, at the moment, the valve core moves to the outer limit, and the limiting pin is limited by the limiting sleeve, so the limiting pin and the valve core cannot be punched outwards under the action of the elastic force, and the safety is good;
s2, in the process of limiting the valve core, the valve core is positioned between the first cavity and the second cavity, the first cavity and the second cavity in the valve cavity are communicated, thereby communicating the sliding chamber 203, the third flow passage 2031, the first flow passage 204, the valve chamber, the second flow passage 205, and the oil storage chamber 202, and the volume of the oil in the valve seat 2 is smaller than the sum of the volumes of the flow passages and the chamber, so that the internal oil pressure is reduced, the lower end of the sliding plug loses the oil pressure, loses the force balance, the sliding plug is pushed to move downwards under the action of the elastic force of the third elastic component, oil in the sliding cavity is extruded and then sequentially flows through the third flow channel 2031, the first flow channel 204, the first cavity, the second cavity and the second flow channel to the oil storage cavity, and air in each flow channel and the cavity is extruded out of the exhaust port after hydraulic oil enters, so that the oil can rapidly and smoothly flow along each flow channel until the sliding plug moves to the lower limit position;

s31, in the process that the trigger part moves downwards, the second inclined guide surface 531 on the trigger part 53 pushes the first inclined guide surface 611 at the end part of the lock tongue, so that the lock tongue moves in the direction of overcoming the guide rod of the third elastic component, and is inserted into the annular limiting groove 351 on the side wall of the guide rod, the guide rod cannot move axially, and the locking of the guide rod is completed; when the trigger part moves to the lower limit position, the first vertical surface on the lock tongue is contacted with the second vertical surface on the trigger part, so that the lock tongue cannot rebound under the action of the elastic part, and the locking reliability is improved;
s32, simultaneously, the trigger part drives the connecting rod connected with the trigger part to move downwards, so that the lock rod 741 on the connecting rod is driven to move downwards, the straight lock rod is inserted into the annular groove 711 in the side wall of the top column 71, at the moment, the top column cannot move axially, and the valve seat is locked;
