Abstract
The invention provides a multifunctional physical training device, which belongs to the technical field of training devices and comprises a net, an arm stretching device and two net racks with the same structure; the bottoms of the two ball net racks are respectively and fixedly provided with a first bottom plate and a second bottom plate through connecting shafts; each ball net rack comprises a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod; the first support rod and the second support rod are both provided with a long groove at the same side, and moving plates are arranged in the two long grooves in a sliding manner and are both provided with a first driving device for driving the moving plates to move; a net winding column is erected at the end part of each moving plate and is driven to rotate by a second driving device; the arm stretching device comprises a top plate, two tension ropes, a seat fixedly connected with the second bottom plate through a support column and a backrest connected with the seat through a telescopic rod; two rope winding devices for winding the tension rope are arranged on the top plate. The device can switch the net mode according to the training items, and simultaneously provides the function of arm stretching.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of training devices, in particular to a multifunctional physical training device.
Background
The sports has the functions of body building, entertainment, education and the like, can reasonably guarantee the healthy life of people, and is an essential link. Physical activity is used as a basic means for physical exercise, so that the aims of strengthening physique, improving health and cultivating various psychological qualities and intention qualities of people are fulfilled. Sports has many forms of training including freehand running without equipment, walking, jumping, and ball games with equipment.

four corners of the net are respectively fixed on the four net winding columns;
the arm stretching device comprises a top plate, two tension ropes, a seat fixedly connected with the second bottom plate through a support column and a backrest connected with the seat through a telescopic rod; the top plate is fixedly arranged on the second support rod, and two rope winding devices for winding the tensile rope are arranged on the top plate; the two tension ropes fall to two sides of the backrest.

A multifunctional physical training device is shown in figures 1-4 and comprises a net 8, an arm stretching device and two net frames which are same in structure and are symmetrically arranged; the bottoms of the two ball net racks are respectively fixedly provided with a first bottom plate 1 and a second bottom plate 17 through connecting shafts 18;
each ball net rack comprises a first supporting rod 3 and a second supporting rod 4, as shown in fig. 2 and 3; the first support rod 3 and the second support rod 4 are both provided with a long groove at the same side, the two long grooves are both provided with a moving plate 21 in a sliding manner, and both are provided with a first driving device for driving the moving plate 21 to move; the movement 21 is driven by the first device, so that the height of the whole ball net is adjusted, and the ball net is convenient to adapt to different sport project schemes; a net winding column 7 is erected on the inner side of each moving plate 21, and the net winding columns 7 are driven to rotate by a second driving device;
four corners of the net 8 are respectively fixed on the four net winding columns 7; the second driving device drives the net winding column 7 to rotate, so that the net can be wound on the cylindrical surface of the net winding column 7, the vertical distance of the net is adjusted, and the net winding machine is suitable for different training occasions;
the arm stretching device comprises a top plate 9, two tension ropes 12, a seat 15 fixedly connected with a second bottom plate 17 through a support column 16, and a backrest 14 connected with the seat 15 through a telescopic rod 24, as shown in fig. 4; the top plate 9 is fixedly arranged on the second support rod 4, and two rope winding devices for winding the tension rope 12 are arranged on the top plate 9; the two tension ropes 12 fall to the two sides of the backrest 14; the user sits on the seat 15 and pulls the pull rope 12 with both hands to stretch, so as to warm up the body and avoid the influence on the body when the body is not warmed up and the movement is caused.
