Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to a closed drainage device, and belongs to the technical field of medical equipment.
Background
The negative pressure sealing drainage technology (VSD) is a brand new treatment method that a medical sponge dressing with a drainage tube is used for covering or filling the wound surface with skin and soft tissue defects, the wound surface is sealed by a semipermeable bio-membrane to form a sealed space, and finally the drainage tube is connected with a negative pressure source to promote the wound surface to heal through controllable negative pressure.
The method is characterized in that: the controllable negative pressure promotes the increase of blood flow and the synthesis of protein, promotes the growth of granulation and accelerates the healing of wound surfaces; meanwhile, power is provided for omnibearing active drainage. The sealing of the biological semipermeable membrane isolates the infection chance of the wound surface contacting with the external environment. The omnibearing drainage changes the traditional point or local drainage into the surface drainage, and ensures that necrotic tissues and exudates at each position of the wound surface can be sucked out at any time.
Each part of the existing negative pressure closed drainage technology is a discrete part, the operation of one-time closed drainage is very complicated, a drainage tube and a flushing tube need to be inserted into a semipermeable membrane for sealing, the operation is difficult, the sealing effect is not good frequently, and the drainage effect is not good; and it is troublesome to reassemble all the components once again to replace the components.

when in use, the sealing cavity 41 is aligned with the wound of a patient, the device is tightly attached to the wound of the patient and is fixed by a bandage or an adhesive tape, and due to the ductility of the elastic sealing cushion layer 4 and the action of the sealing ring 23, the device has excellent sealing performance and can not generate air leakage; the drainage catheter 21 is communicated with a negative pressure source, the flushing catheter 22 is communicated with a flushing fluid input source, the flushing fluid input source and the negative pressure source are started, the flushing fluid flows into the sealed cavity 41 through the flushing catheter 22 and the U-shaped connecting catheter 24 to clean the wound, the flushing fluid cannot flow out of the wound range under the enclosure of the sealed cavity 41, and the wound can be effectively cleaned; the cleaned liquid passes through the soft pad 3 under the action of negative pressure and flows out of the drainage catheter 21.
After the device is used for a period of time, the cushion 3 with polluted inner part can be detached and replaced, and then the device is used after replacement; if the drainage catheter 21, the irrigation catheter 22 and the "U" -shaped connecting catheter 24 are also contaminated after a period of use, the plug 2 and the "U" -shaped connecting catheter 24 can be replaced correspondingly.

Referring to fig. 6 and 7, further, in this embodiment, the bottom of the gland 1 is circular, the elastic gasket 4 is circular, and the outer diameter of the elastic gasket 4 is not smaller than the diameter of the bottom of the gland 1.
