In order to overcome the defects that when equipment is used, people are inconvenient to take out medical appliances, the working efficiency is low and the medical appliances are inconvenient to use, the technical problem is that: the medical care cart is convenient for people to take out medical appliances, has high working efficiency and is convenient for people to use.
The technical proposal is as follows: a cart for medical instrument care, comprising: a frame; the rollers are at least two and symmetrically arranged on the frame; the handle is arranged on the frame; the placing component is arranged on the rack and is placed in a sliding mode; the clamping assembly is arranged on the frame and is used for clamping in a rotating mode; and the collecting assembly is arranged on the frame.
Optionally, the placement component comprises: the first fixing rods are at least two and symmetrically arranged on the frame; the first frame body is arranged on the first fixed rod; the sliding sleeves are at least two and are symmetrically arranged on the frame in a sliding manner; the at least two connecting rods are arranged on the sliding sleeve; the second frame body is arranged on the connecting rod; the screen plates are arranged on the second frame body and the first frame body.
Optionally, the clamping assembly includes: the circular blocks are symmetrically provided with square holes, and at least two circular blocks are arranged in the square holes; the torsion springs are at least two and are arranged between the round block and the square hole; the blocking rods are at least two and are all arranged on the circular block in a sliding mode; the pulling rod is arranged on the blocking rod; and two first springs are arranged between the blocking rod and the circular block.
Optionally, the collection assembly includes: the waste liquid collecting frame is arranged on the frame; a connecting pipe installed between the waste liquid collecting frame and the first frame body; a hose installed between the bottom of the first frame and the second frame; the first liquid outlet pipe is arranged on the waste liquid collecting frame; the valve is arranged on the first liquid outlet pipe; and the supporting ring is arranged on the waste liquid collecting frame, and the end part of the first liquid outlet pipe is positioned in the supporting ring.
Optionally, the method further comprises the following steps: the liquid outlet box is arranged on the frame; the two sliding rails are symmetrically arranged on the liquid outlet box; the two long strip blocks are arranged in the sliding rail in a sliding manner; the cover plate is arranged between the left strip block and the right strip block; the cross rod is arranged between the two right rollers; a bump mounted on the cross bar; the second fixed rod is arranged on the frame; the cylinder body is arranged on the second fixed rod; the liquid inlet pipe is arranged between the cylinder body and the liquid outlet box; the second liquid outlet pipe is arranged on the cylinder body; the piston is slidably arranged in the cylinder body; the vertical rod is arranged on the piston; an arc-shaped plate which is arranged on the vertical rod; the second spring is arranged between the arc-shaped plate and the cylinder body; the two third fixing rods are symmetrically arranged on the second frame body; the two special-shaped rods are symmetrically arranged on the second frame body; and the spray pipe is arranged on the third fixed rod and the special-shaped rod, the right end of the spray pipe is communicated with the second liquid outlet pipe, and at least two small holes are formed in the bottom of the spray pipe.
The beneficial effects are that: according to the invention, the medical equipment can be placed through the placement component, and can be classified while being placed, the equipment can be clamped through the clamping component, so that the device is more convenient for people to use, the sterilized wastewater can be collected through the collection component, and the medical equipment can be sterilized while the equipment is moved through the cooperation of the arc-shaped plate and the convex block, so that the medical equipment can be sterilized by replacing manual work through a tool, the labor is saved, the working efficiency of people is improved, and the device is more convenient for people to use.

The staff puts into the second framework 8 with medical instrument, place enough medical instrument in the second framework 8 after, the staff pulls the second framework 8 and upwards remove, thereby drive slip cap 6 through connecting rod 7 and inwards slide in frame 1, after the second framework 8 risees to suitable height, the staff blocks slip cap 6 through the chucking subassembly, afterwards, the staff can put into first framework 5 with medical instrument, after putting, the staff disinfects medical instrument, the water after the disinfection falls to first framework 5 and second framework 8 bottoms through otter board 9, after the disinfection is accomplished, the staff takes out the medical instrument after the disinfection, so, can adjust the height of equipment, make things convenient for people to put into or take out medical instrument more.
When a worker pulls the second frame body 8 to ascend, the sliding sleeve 6 is driven to slide inwards on the frame 1 through the connecting rod 7, when the sliding sleeve 6 slides inwards to be in contact with the blocking rod 13, the sliding sleeve 6 pushes the blocking rod 13 to rotate inwards, the torsion spring 12 is compressed, when the sliding sleeve 6 slides inwards to be separated from the blocking rod 13, under the action of the reset of the torsion spring 12, the blocking rod 13 rotates outwards to reset to clamp the sliding sleeve 6, after the use is completed, the worker pulls the pulling rod 14 to slide downwards, the blocking rod 13 slides downwards in the circular block 11 to not block the sliding sleeve 6 any more, the first spring 15 is stretched, then the sliding sleeve 6 slides outwards to reset under the action of gravity, after reset, the worker releases the pulling rod 14, and under the action of the reset of the first spring 15, the blocking rod 13 slides upwards to reset, and the pulling rod 14 slides upwards to reset accordingly, so that the use is more convenient for people.
After the medical instrument is put into the first frame body 5 and the second frame body 8, the staff disinfects the medical instrument in the equipment through tools, the disinfected water in the first frame body 5 flows into the bottom of the second frame body 8 through the hose 171 and then flows into the waste liquid collecting frame 16 through the connecting pipe 17, after the disinfection is finished, the staff opens the valve 19, the waste water flows out through the first liquid outlet pipe 18, and therefore, the disinfected water can be collected and treated, and the use of people is more convenient.

On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, 6, 7 and 8, the device further comprises a liquid outlet box 21, a slide rail 22, a strip block 23, a cover plate 24, a cross rod 25, a lug 26, a second fixing rod 27, a cylinder 28, a liquid inlet pipe 29, a second liquid outlet pipe 30, a piston 31, a vertical rod 32, an arc plate 33, a second spring 34, a third fixing rod 35, a special-shaped rod 36 and a spray pipe 37, wherein the liquid outlet box 21 is fixedly connected on the right side of the machine frame 1 through bolts, the slide rail 22 is symmetrically arranged on the top of the liquid outlet box 21, the strip block 23 is slidably arranged in the slide rail 22, a cover plate 24 is arranged between the left strip block 23 and the right strip block 23, a cross rod 25 is connected with the lug 26 through a key, the right side of the machine frame 1 is welded with the second fixing rod 27, the cylinder 28 is fixedly connected on the second fixing rod 27 through bolts, the cylinder 28 is communicated with the liquid outlet box 21 through the liquid inlet pipe 29, the second liquid outlet pipe 30 is slidably arranged in the cylinder 28, the piston 31 is slidably arranged on the cylinder 28, the bottom of the piston 31 is welded with the vertical rod 32, the bottom of the special-shaped rod 32 is welded with the third fixing rod 37, the spray pipe 37 is symmetrically arranged on the left side of the third fixing rod 35, and the spray pipe 37 is symmetrically arranged on the bottom of the third fixing rod 35, and the spray pipe 37 is symmetrically arranged on the top of the spray pipe 35, and the spray pipe 37 is welded on the top and the third fixing rod 35.
The working principle of the above embodiment: when a worker moves the pushing device, the roller 2 rotates to drive the lug 26 to rotate through the cross rod 25, when the lug 26 rotates to be in contact with the arc plate 33, the lug 26 pushes the arc plate 33 to move upwards, thereby driving the piston 31 to slide upwards in the cylinder 28 through the vertical rod 32, the second spring 34 is compressed, and further the liquid medicine in the cylinder 28 is pushed into the second liquid outlet pipe 30 to be sprayed out through the small hole 38 on the spraying pipe 37 to disinfect the medical instrument, when the lug 26 rotates to be separated from the arc plate 33, under the action of the reset of the second spring 34, the vertical rod 32 moves downwards to reset, the piston 31 slides downwards to reset to suck the liquid medicine in the liquid outlet box 21 into the cylinder 28 through the liquid inlet pipe 29, when the liquid medicine needs to be added into the liquid outlet box 21, the worker pulls the cover plate 24 to move forwards, the long bar block 23 slides forwards in the slide rail 22, and then people pour the liquid medicine into the liquid outlet box 21, and after pouring enough liquid medicine, the worker pushes the cover plate 24 to move backwards to reset to cover the liquid outlet box 21, so that the medical instrument does not need to be disinfected through tools, and the working efficiency of the disinfection is improved.
