The drive mechanism can be of various forms, for example, in one embodiment, the drive mechanism includes a motor and gear 52 assembly, and the drive is transmitted by the motor and gear 52. In one embodiment, the drive mechanism includes a motor, a worm gear, and a worm. In one embodiment, the driving mechanism comprises a motor, a lead screw and a nut, the nut is connected to the tubular structure, and the tubular structure is driven to rotate by driving the nut to rotate.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cylinder structure 10 is provided with a gear ring 12, the driving structure 50 comprises a driving motor 51 and a gear 52 connected to an output shaft of the driving motor 51, and the gear 52 is engaged with the gear ring 12. In some embodiments, the gear ring 12 is disposed on the cylinder structure 10, so that the cylinder structure 10 is in transmission connection with the gear 52 of the driving structure 50, when the cylinder structure 10 needs to be driven to rotate, the driving motor 51 drives the gear 52 to rotate, and the gear 52 drives the gear ring 12 to rotate, so as to realize the rotation of the cylinder structure 10. In some embodiments, the driving motor 51 is fixed to the second cylindrical body 42, and in particular, in one embodiment, the driving motor 51 is fixed to the outside of the second cylindrical body 42, and the gear ring 12 can be disposed on the outside of the second cylindrical body 42, so that the gear 52 can be directly meshed with the gear ring 12. The fixing mode of the driving motor 51 may be a snap fixing, a screw fixing or other fixing modes, as long as the driving motor 51 can be fixed well. And in another embodiment, the drive motor 51 is fixed to the inside of the second cylindrical body 42, in which case the ring gear 12 may be disposed inside the second cylindrical body 42 so that the gear 52 may be directly meshed with the ring gear 12. The fixing manner of the driving motor 51 in this form can be referred to the above, and is not described herein.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the charging box 100 is further provided with a limiting member 60, the limiting member 60 is connected to a portion of the photoelectric conversion film 30 extending out of the through opening 411, and a width and/or a height of the limiting member 60 is greater than a width and/or a height of the through opening 411. In this embodiment, by providing the limiting member 60, at least a portion of the photoelectric conversion film 30 is located outside the mounting groove 43, so that a user can directly pull out the photoelectric conversion film 30 when the charging box is needed, or the driving structure 50 is controlled to extend out of the photoelectric conversion film 30, thereby improving the extending efficiency of the photoelectric conversion film 30 and the usage versatility of the charging box 100. In an embodiment, the through hole 411 is disposed in a long strip shape, and the position-limiting member 60 may also be disposed in a long strip shape, in which case the length of the position-limiting member 60 may be slightly longer than the length of the through hole 411, or the width of the position-limiting member 60 is slightly larger than the width of the through hole 411, so as to facilitate the position limitation.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the connecting plate 44 is disposed adjacent to the first mounting opening 421 of the second cylindrical body 42, the end of the first cylindrical body 41 facing away from the connecting plate 44 is provided with a second mounting opening 412, the charging box 100 further includes an end cap 70, the driving motor 51 is disposed on the end cap 70, and the end cap 70 is mounted on the second mounting opening 412, so that the gear 52 is disposed in meshing engagement with the gear ring 12. In this embodiment, the first cylindrical main body 41 is provided with the second mounting opening 412, and when the cylindrical structure is mounted, the cylindrical structure can be disposed in the mounting groove 43 from the second mounting opening 412, and in this embodiment, the driving motor 51 is disposed on the end cover 70, so that the internal stress of the main support 40 is ensured to be uniform, the stability of the main support 40 is improved, and the driving motor 51 can be replaced or maintained conveniently. Also, when the ring gear 12 of the cylinder structure 10 is disposed outside, the position of the drive motor 51 disposed at the end cover 70 may be close to the outside, thereby facilitating the engagement of the gear 52 with the ring gear 12; when the ring gear 12 of the cylinder structure 10 is provided inside, the position of the drive motor 51 disposed at the end cover 70 may be close to the inside, thereby facilitating the engagement of the gear 52 with the ring gear 12. This end cap 70 and first cylindrical body 41 can adopt joint fixation, gluing fixation, thread fixation, bolt fixation, etc., as long as the mutual fixation of being convenient for.
Referring to fig. 11-14, in some embodiments of the invention, the end cap 70 includes:
the end cover comprises an end cover body 71, wherein the end cover body 71 is provided with a mounting column 711;
the mounting seat 72 is provided with a mounting position 721 for mounting the driving motor 51, and the mounting seat 72 is detachably connected with the mounting column 711; and
the sealing ring 73 is arranged on the surface of the end cover body 71, and is arranged around the mounting seat 72; when the end cap 70 is mounted to the second mounting opening 412, the sealing ring 73 abuts against the cylindrical structure 10.
In this embodiment, the mounting post 711 may be provided with a first connecting hole, the mounting base 72 may be provided with a second connecting hole, and then the connecting piece is arranged to pass through the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole, so that the mounting base 72 is connected with the end cover body 71, or the mounting base 72 may be provided with an inserting hole, and the mounting base 72 is inserted and fixed in the inserting hole through the mounting post 711 to fix the mounting base 72 to the end cover body 71. It can be understood that the end cover body 71 and the mounting seat 72 can be made of hard plastics, so as to improve the structural stability of the end cover body 71 and the mounting seat 72. By providing the seal ring 73, on the one hand, the joint between the end cap 70 and the first cylindrical body 41 can be sealed well, and on the other hand, vibration of the drive motor 51 can be damped and weakened, thereby improving usability of the charging box 100. It will be appreciated that the sealing ring 73 may be secured to the end cap body 71 by glue or by interference fit with the end cap body 71. The sealing ring 73 can be made of flexible materials, specifically rubber, silica gel and the like.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the surface of the cylinder structure 10 facing the end cap 70 is recessed to form a mounting hole, a ball 13 is disposed in the mounting hole, and when the end cap 70 is mounted to the second mounting opening 412, the ball 13 rotatably abuts against the end cap 70. In this embodiment, by providing the balls 13, sliding friction between the cylindrical structure 10 and the end cover 70 (when the end cover 70 has the sealing ring 73, the cylindrical structure 10 is abutted against the sealing ring 73) is changed into rolling friction, so as to improve the rotation efficiency of the cylindrical structure 10, and further, the balls 13 can also serve as a bearing for rotating the cylindrical structure 10, so as to improve the rotation stability of the cylindrical structure 10. In an embodiment, the two end faces of the cylindrical structure 10 are provided with rolling balls 13, when the cylindrical structure 10 is installed in the main bracket 40 and covers the end cover 70, the balls 13 at one end of the cylindrical structure 10 can abut against the connecting plate 44, and the balls 13 at the other end can abut against the end cover 70, so as to further reduce the rotating friction force for the cylindrical structure 10, and form a bearing for supporting the cylindrical structure 10, thereby improving the rotating efficiency of the cylindrical structure 10.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 9, in some embodiments of the present invention, a support plate 422 is disposed in the second cylindrical body 42, the support plate 422 partitions the second cylindrical body 42 into a first chamber 423 and a second chamber 424, the support plate 422 is provided with a communication hole 4221, the communication hole 4221 communicates the first chamber 423 and the second chamber 424, and the first mounting port 421 is disposed in the first chamber 423. Through the arrangement of the supporting plate 422, on one hand, the structural strength of the second cylindrical main body is higher, and on the other hand, the second cylindrical main body 42 can be partitioned into different chambers, so that components with different functions can be mounted in the different chambers conveniently, and the component mounting efficiency of the charging box 100 is improved. And providing the communication hole 4221 in the support plate 422 makes the entire circuit structure of the charging cartridge 100 more compact, thereby making the reliability of the charging cartridge 100 higher.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, a mounting plate 4241 connected to a support plate 422 is provided in the second chamber 424, the mounting plate 4241 and the support plate 422 form a mounting space 4241a in which the battery 20 is mounted, and the communication hole 4221 communicates the first chamber 423 and the mounting space 4241 a. In this embodiment, the support plate 422 and the mounting plate 4241 fix the battery 20 at a common position, and fix the battery 20 at a plurality of degrees of freedom, thereby improving the fixing stability of the battery 20. In one embodiment, the mounting plate 4241 is cylindrical, one end of the cylindrical mounting plate 4241 is connected to the support plate 422, and the battery 20 is disposed in the cylindrical mounting plate 4241, so that the mounting plate 4241 can fix the battery 20 with more degrees of freedom, and further guarantee the stability of fixing the battery 20. The combination of the space 4241a and the gap 4242 is the second chamber 424.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in some embodiments of the present invention, the charging box 100 further includes a charging seat 80, the charging seat 80 is provided with a charging slot 81 for accommodating a device 200 to be charged, the charging seat 80 is provided with a charging male plug 82, the battery 20 is provided with a charging female plug 21, and the charging seat 80 is inserted into the first cavity 423 from the first installation port 421, so that the charging male plug 82 is detachably and electrically connected to the charging female plug 21. It will be appreciated that the charging slot 81 can be positioned near one edge of the charging dock 80 such that the distance between the charging slot 81 and the opposite edge is greater. Of course, the charging slot 81 may be disposed near the middle position of the charging stand 80, or the like, as long as it is convenient to position the device to be charged 200. The positions of the charging male head 82 and the charging female head 21 can be interchanged, so long as a good hot plug effect is achieved. Settle rechargeable devices 200 through setting up charging seat 80, improve the stability when rechargeable devices 200 charge, and then improve the charging efficiency of box 100 that charges.
Referring to fig. 4 to 8, in some embodiments of the present invention, the charging seat 80 is further provided with a first permanent magnet, the first permanent magnet 83 is disposed adjacent to the charging male head 82, a gap 4242 is formed between the mounting plate 4241 and the cavity wall of the second cavity 424, the gap 4242 is provided with an electromagnet 90, the electromagnet 90 is disposed adjacent to the charging female head 21, and the first permanent magnet 83 is disposed toward the electromagnet 90; when the charging seat 80 needs to be separated from the first chamber 423, the electromagnet 90 is powered, so that the magnetism generated by the electromagnet 90 and the magnetic pole of the first permanent magnet 83 facing the electromagnet 90 are arranged in the same polarity, at the moment, repulsion force is generated between the first permanent magnet 83 and the electromagnet 90, and the charging seat 80 is pushed out of the first chamber 423. The electromagnet 90 is arranged in the gap 4242 between the mounting plate 4241 and the wall of the second chamber 424, so that the electromagnet 90 can be well fixed, the overall volume of the charging box 100 is saved, and the electromagnet 90 and the first permanent magnet 83 have a large contact area, so that a large repulsive force is generated between the electromagnet 90 and the first permanent magnet 83. It will be appreciated that the electromagnet 90 may be powered by the battery 20, and that the energization of the electromagnet 90, and thus the direction of the energization, may be controlled by a control switch. The control switch can be a diode, a relay and the like, and can be conveniently controlled.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the battery 20 is further provided with a second permanent magnet 22, the second permanent magnet 22 is disposed in the installation space 4241a and adjacent to the female charging head 21, and the second permanent magnet 22 and the first permanent magnet 83 are disposed in opposite magnetic poles facing each other. When the charging seat 80 is inserted into the first chamber 423, because the magnetic poles of the first permanent magnet 83 and the second permanent magnet are arranged in an opposite polarity manner, attraction force is generated between the first permanent magnet 83 and the second permanent magnet, so that the charging seat 80 is well adsorbed and fixed in the first chamber 423, the fixation of the charging seat 80 is improved, and the charging efficiency of the charging box 100 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in some embodiments of the present invention, the charging seat 80 is further provided with a first guiding structure 84 guiding in the first direction, the cavity wall of the first chamber 423 is provided with a second guiding structure 4231, and the first guiding structure 84 is matched with the second guiding structure 4231 so that the charging seat 80 enters the first chamber 423 in the first direction. Through setting up guide structure for charging seat 80 can follow the first cavity 423 of established orientation entering, this guide structure can be the cooperation of guide post and guiding hole, perhaps be the cooperation of guide rail, the quantity of this guide post and guiding hole can be a plurality of, the position of setting can be for the evenly distributed of mutual unanimity, also can be for apart from inconsistent distribution mode, so, can prevent staying to a certain extent, guarantee to charge public first 82 and the cooperation effect of female head 21 of charging, improve the charge efficiency of box 100 that charges. Referring to the drawings, the first guiding structure 84 can be a guiding convex rib, the second guiding structure 4231 is a guiding groove, and one end of the guiding convex rib is arranged in a streamline manner, so that the guiding convex rib can be conveniently inserted into the guiding groove, and the installation efficiency of the charging stand 80 is improved. It will be appreciated that the guiding in the first direction, where the first guiding structure 84 is a guiding rib, i.e. the guiding rib extends in a first direction, may be the length of the first chamber 423.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the charging box 100 further includes an electrical interface electrically connected to the battery 20 and used for connecting an external circuit. Through setting up the electrical property interface for thereby the box 100 that charges can also charge to battery 20 with external circuit intercommunication, has improved the charging effect of the box 100 that charges. The electrical interface may be disposed at the end cap 70, and the electrical interface is disposed in a hole formed in the end cap 70 for mounting the electrical interface.

Claims (8)

1. A charging box for charging a device to be charged, comprising:
the device comprises a cylindrical structure, a clamping device and a control device, wherein the cylindrical structure is provided with a containing cavity, and an opening communicated with the containing cavity is formed in the end part of the cylindrical structure;
the battery is arranged in the accommodating cavity; and
the photoelectric conversion film is wound on the outer cavity wall of the accommodating cavity and is electrically connected with the battery;
the equipment to be charged is inserted into the containing cavity from the opening and is detachably and electrically connected with the battery;
the charging box further comprises a main support, wherein a mounting groove is formed in the main support, the cylindrical structure can be rotatably inserted into the mounting groove, the main support is further provided with a through hole, the through hole is communicated with the mounting groove, and at least part of the photoelectric conversion film penetrates through the through hole;
the main support includes:
a first cylindrical body, the through-hole being provided in the first cylindrical body;
the second cylindrical main body is arranged in the first cylindrical main body, the mounting groove is formed between the second cylindrical main body and the first cylindrical main body, the cylindrical structure can be rotatably inserted between the first cylindrical main body and the second cylindrical main body, the second cylindrical main body is arranged in the containing cavity, the second cylindrical main body is provided with a first mounting opening, and the equipment to be charged is inserted in the second cylindrical main body from the first mounting opening and is detachably and electrically connected with the battery; and
one side of the connecting plate is connected with the first cylindrical main body, and the other side of the connecting plate is connected with the second cylindrical main body;
the charging box further comprises a driving structure, the driving structure is accommodated in the accommodating cavity and is in transmission connection with the cylinder structure, and the driving structure drives the cylinder structure to rotate so as to enable the photoelectric conversion film to move at the through hole;
a support plate is arranged in the second cylindrical main body, the support plate divides the second cylindrical main body into a first cavity and a second cavity, a communication hole is formed in the support plate, the communication hole is communicated with the first cavity and the second cavity, and the first mounting hole is formed in the first cavity;
the second chamber is internally provided with an installation plate connected with a support plate, the installation plate and the support plate form an installation space for installing the battery, and the communication hole is communicated with the first chamber and the installation space;
the charging box also comprises a charging seat, the charging seat is provided with a charging groove for placing equipment to be charged, the charging seat is provided with a charging male head, the battery is provided with a charging female head, and the charging seat is inserted into the first cavity from the first mounting port so that the charging male head is detachably and electrically connected with the charging female head;
the charging seat is further provided with a first permanent magnet, the first permanent magnet is adjacent to the charging male head, a gap is formed between the mounting plate and the cavity wall of the second cavity, an electromagnet is arranged in the gap, the electromagnet is adjacent to the charging female head, and the first permanent magnet faces the electromagnet.
2. A charging box according to claim 1, wherein said cylindrical structure is provided with a gear ring, and said driving structure includes a driving motor and a gear connected to an output shaft of said driving motor, said gear being disposed in meshing engagement with said gear ring.
3. A charging box according to claim 2, wherein said drive motor is fixed to said second cylindrical body;
and/or the charging box is further provided with a limiting piece, the limiting piece is connected to the part, extending out of the through hole, of the photoelectric conversion film, and the width and/or height of the limiting piece is larger than that of the through hole.
4. A charging box according to claim 2, wherein said connecting plate is provided adjacent to a first mounting opening of said second cylindrical body, and an end of said first cylindrical body facing away from said connecting plate is provided with a second mounting opening, said charging box further comprising an end cap, said drive motor being provided at said end cap, said end cap being mounted at said second mounting opening so that said gear is disposed in meshing engagement with said ring gear.
5. A charging box according to any of claim 4, wherein the end cap comprises:
the end cover comprises an end cover body, wherein the end cover body is provided with a mounting column;
the mounting seat is provided with a mounting position for mounting the driving motor, and the mounting seat is detachably connected with the mounting column; and
the sealing ring is arranged on the surface of the end cover body and surrounds the mounting seat; when the end cover is arranged at the second mounting opening, the sealing ring is abutted against the cylinder structure;
and/or, the surface of the cylinder structure facing the end cover is sunken to form a mounting hole, a ball is arranged in the mounting hole, and when the end cover is mounted at the second mounting opening, the ball can be rotationally abutted to the end cover.
6. The charging box according to claim 1, wherein the battery is further provided with a second permanent magnet disposed in the installation space and adjacent to the female charging head, and the second permanent magnet and the first permanent magnet are disposed in opposite magnetic poles facing each other.
7. A charging box according to claim 1, wherein the length direction of the first chamber is defined as a first direction, the charging base is further provided with a first guiding structure which guides the first direction, the wall of the first chamber is provided with a second guiding structure, and the first guiding structure and the second guiding structure are matched to enable the charging base to enter the first chamber along the first direction.
8. A charging box according to claim 1, further comprising an electrical interface electrically connected to the battery and adapted to connect to an external circuit.
