When the syringe is pushed down by the push plate 305, the needle head falls into the left collecting frame 503, meanwhile, after the piston rod of the syringe is broken, the broken piston rod falls into the right collecting frame 503, meanwhile, an operator can throw the syringe with the broken piston rod into the right collecting frame 503, when a proper amount of needle head is arranged in the left collecting frame 503 or a proper amount of syringe is arranged in the right collecting frame 503, the operator can pull the limiting plate 506 to swing upwards to separate from the clamping plate 507, when the limiting plate 506 swings upwards to be in a vertical state, the collecting frames 503 on the left side and the right side can be pulled to move outwards to the outside of the frame body 1, then the needle head and the syringe are taken out for processing, after the needle head and the syringe are all taken out, the collecting frame 503 is pushed to move inwards to reset, and the limiting plate 506 is pulled to swing downwards to reset to be clamped on the clamping plate 507.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 4, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 mainly in that the present embodiment further includes an elastic member 7 and a material pushing rod 8, a guide slot 6 is formed in the middle of the left side of the top of the placing base 2, the material pushing rod 8 capable of pushing the needle cylinder is slidably disposed in the guide slot 6, and the elastic member 7 is connected between the bottom end of the material pushing rod 8 and the bottom of the guide slot 6.
When an operator puts the injector into the placing seat 2, the needle cylinder is in contact with the material pushing rod 8, the needle cylinder enables the material pushing rod 8 to move downwards, the elastic part 7 is compressed, the piston rod of the needle cylinder is broken, the operator pulls the handle 3011 to drive the swinging pressing block 301 to swing upwards to loosen the needle cylinder, the material pushing rod 8 moves upwards to push the needle cylinder to move out of the placing seat 2 under the action of the elastic part 7, and the needle cylinder falls into the right collecting frame 503. Therefore, the needle cylinder does not need to be manually taken down by an operator and is thrown into the right collecting frame 503, so that the operation is convenient and fast.

Meanwhile, when the piston rod is broken, the second u-shaped baffle 9 can block the burst piston rod. Therefore, the operator is not required to pull the limiting plate 506 all the time, time and labor are saved, and the second u-shaped baffle 9 can prevent the piston rod from bursting to the ground to affect the surrounding environment.
