Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent park and a construction method thereof, wherein a platform company is established based on the industrial direction of the park, and a general research and development platform is constructed on the basis to reduce the research and development cost of enterprises, attract industrial related enterprises to stay, and finally realize mutual title and common development of the resident enterprises and the platform enterprises. Simultaneously, this wisdom garden adopts garden informatization subsystem, realizes the management of wisdom garden.

Intelligent park and construction method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of park management, in particular to an intelligent park and a construction method thereof.
Background
Along with the rapid development of economy, in order to reduce management cost, realize the collaborative sharing of company's resource to obtain more efficient whole benefit, in recent years, the government has built all kinds of wisdom gardens with the cooperation planning of private company, including industry garden, commodity circulation garden, urban industry garden, science and technology garden, intention garden etc.. These parks have complete and reasonably arranged supporting facilities for water supply, power supply, gas supply, communication, roads, storage and the like, and can meet the requirements of production and scientific experiments in a certain specific industry.
Currently, management of smart parks is mainly focused on managing service functions, including:
1. in the aspect of informatization, a unified organization management coordination framework, a business management platform and an internal and external service operation platform are established for companies in the garden;
2. establishing a uniform work flow and a coordination, scheduling and sharing mechanism, and forming companies in the park into a closely-connected whole by integrating the cloud platforms and taking the cloud platforms as hubs so as to obtain the benefits of high efficiency, coordination, interaction and integration;
3. establishing a unified emergency management and daily management system and an internal service and an external service, wherein:
the emergency management system is used for carrying out omnibearing monitoring, early warning, judgment, decision-making, scheduling and disposal on various emergency events in a park, and takes a plan as a core, and is based on daily management and sensing of the park to form a unified emergency coordination and emergency command system which comprises a video conference system, a multimedia intelligent early warning and environment sensing early warning system, a unified alarm receiving and handling system, an event report management system, a major event guarantee and linkage management system, a comprehensive display and emergency disposal system, a park emergency scheduling command system and a plan management and decision-making support system;
the daily management system is mainly used for managing park resources such as manpower, materials, equipment, materials, vehicles, houses and the like, and comprises the management of manpower resources and training, the management of customer relationship, a unified financial and settlement system, the management of property, the management of assets and materials, the management of cooperative office work and the management of real estate and business;
the intra-park service comprises intra-park logistics service and tracing service, intra-park financial service, promotion activity and tracking, commercial comprehensive service, desktop cloud service, virtual resource renting service, software cloud service of medium and small companies and network resource service; and park outside service comprises establishing an external network portal, unifying external information release and interactive communication interfaces, and realizing the unification of the large online shopping mall and the trading center, external communication consultation and recruitment promotion, and park activity propaganda and communication interactive management.
4. A unified comprehensive management platform is established, and a park comprehensive management service system is established according to application requirements of safety, environmental protection, emergency, energy, economy, parks, office work of companies and the like of parks.
However, the architecture and management of the existing smart campus are limited to the management service function, the technical development and capability improvement of the resident companies are limited, and the companies in the campus fight against each other, so that the integration of the power of each company is difficult to realize, and the mutual integration promotion cannot be realized. In addition, because the existing park has no unified research and development software platform and a public research and development hardware platform, the resident company still needs to repeatedly build a generalized software system and repeatedly purchase some generalized equipment with low utilization rate, and the research and development cost per se and the research and development efficiency cannot be reduced and improved by relying on the smart park, so that the existing smart park lacks the attraction to potential resident companies.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at partial or all problems in the prior art, the invention provides a method for constructing an intelligent park, which comprises the following steps:
determining the industrial direction of the garden;
construction park infrastructure and management system includes:
constructing a park informatization subsystem for the management of the intelligent park; and
constructing a general research and development platform based on the industrial direction of the park, and providing a research and development, testing and processing platform for companies in the intelligent park;
forming a platform company according to the industry direction, wherein the platform company is used for carrying out basic technology research and development and basic equipment development of the industry direction; and
according to the research and development direction of the platform company, a resident company is introduced and cultured, and the resident company is used for customizing and developing the target market demand and the customer demand of the resident company on the basis of the technology and the equipment of the basic classes provided by the platform company.
Further, the platform company is formed by introducing existing companies, which are the technologically leading companies in the campus industry direction.
Further, the platform company is constructed by cooperating with the park by an existing company, which is a company leading the technology in the industrial direction of the park.
Further, the platform company performs development of general core technologies and modules, including development of chips and/or controllers.
Further, the campus informatization subsystem comprises:
a data management and control center;
a private cloud computing environment; and
based on a company management platform of a service-oriented architecture.
Further, the general research and development platform is a scientific research platform based on system engineering, and comprises:
a universal research and development platform;
a universal test platform; and
installing and processing the system.
Further, the installation and processing system includes a digital plant based on a flexible integrated final assembly.
The intelligent park constructed based on the method comprises a platform company and a resident company, wherein the platform company and the resident company use a general research and development platform to research and develop products and process a testing machine, and meanwhile, the intelligent park realizes the management of the platform company and the resident company through a park informatization subsystem.
On one hand, the construction method of the intelligent park, provided by the invention, provides basic technology and equipment research and development for the intelligent park through a construction platform company, is used as development guidance and technology traction, follows new technology development, develops advanced scientific research and technology attack, enlarges industrialization scale, cultivates excellent scientific and technological innovation companies and talents, lays a good foundation for innovation development of each resident company, and improves the technical capability of the resident company; on the other hand, through building a general research and development platform, the collaborative research and development of companies in the garden are promoted, the research and development efficiency is improved, the research and development quality is improved, and the research and development cost is reduced, so that the resident companies are attracted to reside. The entrance company surrounds the research and development direction of the platform company, and develops customized products facing to all directions of the market field by depending on basic technologies and equipment provided by the platform company, so that the market breadth and depth of the products are expanded, the economic benefit is greatly improved, the platform company and the entrance company share the newly added economic benefit to form a good cycle, and the companies in the garden can cooperate with each other, promote each other, develop together and do great work.

Further, it should be understood that the embodiments shown in the figures are illustrative representations and are not necessarily drawn to scale.

It should be noted that the embodiment of the present invention describes the process steps in a specific order, however, this is only for the purpose of illustrating the specific embodiment, and does not limit the sequence of the steps. In order to better realize the clustered operation and the innovative development, each resident company is made to be strong, the fusion advantages of each resident company are exerted, and the effect that 1+1 is larger than 2 is realized, the invention provides the intelligent park and the construction method thereof. The solution of the invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for constructing an intelligent park according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method for constructing an intelligent park includes:
step 101, determining the industrial direction of the park. The industrial direction of the park should follow the development of new technologies;
step 102, building a park infrastructure and management system, comprising:
constructing a park informatization subsystem for the management of the intelligent park; and
based on the garden industry direction, construct general research and development platform for company in the wisdom garden provides research and development, test and processing platform. Through the construction of the general research and development platform, the research and development cost of companies in the intelligent park can be reduced, and the attraction to the companies is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the campus informatization subsystem comprises:
the data management and control center is used for establishing a unified organization management coordination framework, a business management platform and an internal and external service operation platform for companies in the park;
the private cloud computing environment is used for establishing a unified workflow and a coordination, scheduling and sharing mechanism, and forming companies in the intelligent park into a closely-connected whole so as to obtain high-efficiency, coordination, interaction and overall benefits; and
the system is based on a company management platform facing a service architecture and is used for managing application requirements of safety, environmental protection, emergency, energy, economy, parks, company office work and the like of parks.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the general research and development platform is a research and development platform based on system engineering, and is used for product development of companies in the intelligent park, including:
a universal research and development platform;
a universal test platform; and
a mounting and processing system, which in one embodiment of the invention comprises a digital shop based on a flexible integrated assembly.

In accordance with the industry direction, platform companies are formed for performing basic technology development and basic device development in the industry direction, and the basic technologies and devices developed by the platform companies have a very wide application market, and may include development of core technologies and modules, such as chips and/or controllers. In one embodiment of the present invention, the platform company is formed by introducing an existing company, which should be the technologically leading company in the campus industry direction; in yet another embodiment of the present invention, the platform company is formed by the cooperation of an existing company with the campus, the existing company being the technologically leading company in the industry direction of the campus; and

The platform company is responsible for research and development of basic technologies and improves the technical capability of the resident company, drives the technology improvement of the whole park, and enlarges the market breadth and depth of products through the resident company. The resident company develops various application products on the technical basis of the platform company, and the economic benefit is greatly improved. The resident company utilizes basic technology and equipment of the platform company, the technical level of the resident company is greatly improved, the research and development cost is reduced, more energy is used for product development and market expansion facing to the market, the economic benefit is improved, and the platform company and the resident company share the newly increased economic benefit. The platform company and the resident company form a good cycle, develop together and have strong workmanship.

Claims (8)

1. A construction method of a smart park, which realizes management of the smart park by constructing a park informatization subsystem, is characterized by further comprising the following steps:
determining the industrial direction of the garden;
constructing a general research and development platform based on the industrial direction of the park, and providing a research and development, test and processing platform for companies in the intelligent park;
forming a platform company configured to perform basic technology development and basic equipment development in the industry direction, depending on the industry direction; and
according to the development direction of the platform company, introducing and cultivating a resident company, wherein the resident company is configured to perform customized development aiming at the target market demand and the customer demand of the resident company on the basis of the technology and the equipment of the basic class provided by the platform company.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the platform company is formed by introducing an existing company.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the platform company is formed by an existing company building in cooperation with a campus.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the platform company conducts chip and/or controller development.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the campus informatization subsystem comprises:

a universal test platform; and
installing and processing the system.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the installation and processing system comprises a digital shop based flexible integrated assembly.

An intelligent park constructed based on the method of any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising a platform company and an in-dwelling company, wherein the platform company and the in-dwelling company use a general purpose research and development platform for product research and development and tester processing, and the intelligent park manages the platform company and the in-dwelling company through a park informatization subsystem.
