A novel three-axle bogie of a large-axle-weight railway wagon borne by a full side bearing relates to the technical field of railway transportation equipment. The axle box suspension device comprises an axle pair, a rolling bearing device, a framework, an axle box suspension device, a foundation brake device and a lower side bearing, wherein the framework comprises a framework steel structure, and the framework steel structure comprises two symmetrically arranged side beams and a cross beam which are assembled. The key technology is that an elastic hinge is arranged in the center of a cross beam, and 4-6 lower side bearings are circumferentially distributed on two side beams by taking the elastic hinge as the center. The invention has the beneficial effects that: an elastic hinge is arranged in the center of the cross beam, and lower side bearings are circumferentially distributed on the two side beams by taking the elastic hinge as the center to form a full side bearing bogie. Under the same load working condition, the requirement of the bogie on the structural strength of the cross beam is greatly reduced, and the design difficulty is reduced. The conventional three-axle bogie of the railway wagon mainly adopts a structural form that a center plate is loaded in a centralized mode (side bearings are not loaded) or a center plate part is loaded (the center plate and the side bearings are loaded together). The center plate is positioned in the center of the bogie, right above the middle axle and below the underframe of the vehicle body. From the aspect of load transmission, the load of the vehicle body is transmitted to the bogie through the center plate wholly or mainly. Therefore, compared with a two-axle bogie with the same axle weight, the traditional three-axle bogie has higher requirement on the strength of a central disc bearing structure; meanwhile, with the continuous increase of axle weight, not only can the load of the center plate be correspondingly increased, but also the diameter of the axle body of the axle and the diameter of wheels are generally increased, so that the height of the whole axle from the rail surface is increased; the design space of the core plate bearing structure is very limited due to the limitation of factors such as the distance between the car coupler and the ground and the height of the rail surface, the loading condition is very bad, the design difficulty is very high, and the application of the three-axle bogie on a large-axle heavy truck is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a three-axle bogie structure of a large-axle-weight railway wagon, which can evenly distribute the load of a wagon body and effectively improve the integral stress condition of a framework. The technical scheme is as follows:
the axle box suspension device comprises an axle pair, a rolling bearing device, a framework, an axle box suspension device, a foundation brake device and a lower side bearing, wherein the framework comprises a framework steel structure, and the framework steel structure comprises two symmetrically arranged side beams and a cross beam which are assembled. The key technology is that an elastic hinge is arranged in the center of a cross beam, and 4-6 lower side bearings are circumferentially distributed on two side beams by taking the elastic hinge as the center.
The framework is of a double H-shaped coreless structure as a whole.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the elastic hinge is arranged in the center of the cross beam, the lower side bearings are circumferentially distributed on the two side beams by taking the elastic hinge as the center, the integral structural strength of the framework is fully utilized, the center plate single-point bearing of the traditional railway wagon three-axis bogie is converted into four lower side bearings which are distributed on the side beams and are in central symmetry distribution, the vertical load is evenly distributed, the center of the bogie does not have the center plate, but the elastic hinge in the center of the cross beam of the bogie bears the horizontal load, only the horizontal force is transmitted, the bogie mainly bearing by the side beams is formed, and the cross beam only transmits the full side bearing (namely the side bearings bear the whole vertical load) of the horizontal force. Under the same load working condition, the requirement of the bogie on the structural strength of a cross beam positioned right above a middle axle is greatly reduced, and the design difficulty is reduced; and the impact on the structural strength of the frame is relatively small as the axle weight increases (e.g., the vertical load increases by 4kN, for the present invention, by 1kN at each side bearing). And the height of the vertical section of the cross beam can be made smaller, so that the requirement of a vehicle with a lower part of floor surface is met (namely, the height of the vehicle floor can be lower by adopting the bogie of the invention under the same condition). The problems that the diameter of the wheel is increased, the height of the vertical section of the framework is increased and the height requirement of the floor surface of the vehicle is met under the condition of large axle weight are effectively solved.
2. The lower side bearings are distributed in a circumferential manner, so that the vehicle body cannot be subjected to unbalance loading or the upper side bearings and the lower side bearings are separated when the vehicle body rotates relative to the bogie; the upper side bearing and the lower side bearing are in rolling friction, so that a proper turning resistance moment can be provided, and the straight line running stability and the curve passing capacity of the vehicle are ensured.
3. The elastic hinge after the vehicle falls has proper horizontal rigidity and vertical displacement, and can ensure that the elastic hinge can not bear vertical load exceeding the allowable limit under various vehicle working conditions.
4. The bogie structure is widely applied to the field of railway wagons, and is particularly suitable for various railway wagons with large axle weight (the axle weight reaches 30t) and large load.

The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the following detailed description, which is intended to further illustrate the principles of the invention and is not intended to limit the invention in any way, but is equivalent or similar to the present invention without departing from its scope.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the invention comprises a wheel pair 11, a rolling bearing device 12, a framework 13, an axle box suspension device 14, a foundation brake device 15 and a lower side bearing 16, wherein the framework 13 comprises a framework steel structure 21, and the framework steel structure 21 comprises two side beams 31 and a cross beam 32 which are symmetrically arranged along the longitudinal central axis of a bogie and assembled together. The key technology is that the elastic hinge 23 is installed in the center of the cross beam 32 through an elastic hinge installation seat 34, and 4-6 lower side bearings 16 are circumferentially distributed on the two side beams 31 through lower side bearing installation seats 33 by taking the elastic hinge 23 as the center.
The framework 13 is of a double H-shaped centerless disk structure as a whole and has sufficient strength and rigidity.
And a wear sleeve 22 is arranged between the elastic hinge 23 and the elastic hinge mounting seat 34.
The elastic hinge 23 is fixed on the elastic hinge mounting seat 34 by the gland 24 and the fastener 25.
The upper and lower cover plates of the side beam 31 are of a segmented welding or integral structure, and the upper cover plate is provided with a lower side bearing mounting seat 33.
The lower side bearing 16 comprises an upper liner plate 41, a lower liner plate 42 and an elastic body 43, and has high vertical rigidity and sufficient bearing capacity.

A novel three-axle bogie of a large-axle-load railway wagon borne by a full side bearing comprises a wheel pair (11), a rolling bearing device (12), a framework (13), an axle box suspension device (14), a foundation brake device (15) and a lower side bearing (16), wherein the framework (13) comprises a framework steel structure (21), and the framework steel structure (21) comprises two symmetrically arranged side beams (31) and a cross beam (32) which are assembled; the novel bearing is characterized in that the elastic hinge (23) is installed in the center of the cross beam (32) through an elastic hinge installation seat (34), and 4-6 lower side bearings (16) are circumferentially distributed on the two side beams (31) by taking the elastic hinge (23) as the center.
2. The novel full side bearing loaded three-axle bogie for large axle-weight railway trucks according to claim 1 characterized in that the frame (13) is of a double H-shaped centreless disc structure as a whole.
3. The novel full side bearing loaded three-axle bogie for a large axle load railway wagon according to claim 1, characterized in that a wear sleeve (22) is arranged between the elastic hinge (23) and the elastic hinge mounting seat (34).
4. The new type of all side bearing loaded three axle bogie for large axle weight railway wagon as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the elastic hinge (23) is fixed on the elastic hinge mounting seat (34) by a gland (24) and a fastener (25).
