Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a nursing bed with a closestool and a bathtub, which aims to solve the problems, has the functions of assisting defecation and bathing, can greatly improve the life quality of a patient, and can reduce the burden of nursing personnel.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the invention provides a nursing bed with a closestool and a bathtub, which comprises a first nursing bed, a second nursing bed, the closestool and a bathtub, wherein the second nursing bed is arranged at the side of the first nursing bed, the closestool is arranged below the first nursing bed, the first nursing bed and the closestool are matched for assisting a patient to go to the toilet, the bathtub is arranged below the second nursing bed, and the second nursing bed and the bathtub are matched for assisting the patient to take a bath.
In an embodiment of the invention, the toilet comprises a toilet body, a first water storage tank, a sewage storage tank, a toilet upper cover and an equipment box, wherein the toilet body is provided with an opening and a sewage discharge outlet, the first water storage tank is arranged on one side of the toilet body, the first water storage tank is connected with the toilet body and used for providing flushing water for the toilet body, the sewage storage tank is arranged on the lower side of the toilet body, the sewage discharge outlet of the toilet body is connected with the sewage storage tank, the sewage discharge tank is used for storing excreted sewage, the toilet upper cover is arranged on the opening of the toilet body, and the equipment box is arranged on one side of the toilet body and used for controlling the state and the action of the toilet.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a first lifting pedal and a second lifting pedal are respectively disposed on two sides of the toilet body, and the first lifting pedal and the second lifting pedal are disposed at positions corresponding to feet of a user, and a first push rod motor and a second push rod motor for lifting are respectively disposed on the first lifting pedal and the second lifting pedal.
In an embodiment of the invention, the toilet further comprises a water purifier, a clean water pipe and a nozzle, the water purifier is arranged on one side of the first water storage tank and is connected with the first water storage tank, the water purifier is used for filtering and purifying water, the nozzle is arranged in the toilet body, a spray head of the nozzle is arranged right opposite to an opening of the toilet body, the nozzle is a telescopic nozzle, and the water purifier and the nozzle are connected through the clean water pipe;
the closestool also comprises a first ultraviolet light sterilization and disinfection lamp which is arranged corresponding to the nozzle and is used for sterilization and disinfection of the nozzle;
the closestool also comprises a hot air dryer, wherein the hot air dryer is arranged beside the nozzle and used for drying after flushing;
a first liquid level meter and a second liquid level meter for measuring and alarming are respectively arranged in the first water storage tank and the sewage storage tank; an exhaust port is formed in the upper end face of the sewage storage box, and a first filter for deodorization and adsorption is arranged on the exhaust port.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first nursing bed includes a first bed frame body and a sit-up turning support, the sit-up turning support is disposed on the first bed frame body, the toilet bowl is disposed below the sit-up turning support, the sit-up turning support includes an upper half portion and a lower half portion, and the toilet bowl is disposed opposite to the lower half portion;
the upper half part is provided with a first left turnover part and a first right turnover part which are turned over relatively;
the middle part of the lower half part is provided with a sliding part which can be arranged along the length direction of the first bedstead body, and two sides of the lower half part are provided with a second left turnover part and a second right turnover part which turn over relatively.
In an embodiment of the invention, the first left turning part includes a first left turning bracket, a first bed plate, a first mattress and a fourth push rod motor, the first left turning bracket, the first bed plate and the first mattress are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the fourth push rod motor is used for pushing the first left turning bracket to turn to the left side, so as to drive the first bed plate and the first mattress to turn to the left side;
the first right overturning part comprises a first right overturning bracket, a second bed plate, a second mattress and a fifth push rod motor, the first right overturning bracket, the second bed plate and the second mattress are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the fifth push rod motor is used for pushing the first right overturning bracket to overturn towards the right side so as to drive the second bed plate and the second mattress to overturn towards the right side;
the sliding part comprises a first linear sliding rail, a second linear sliding rail, a third bed board and a third mattress which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, the first linear sliding rail and the second linear sliding rail are arranged at intervals, and the third bed board is slidably arranged on the first linear sliding rail and the second linear sliding rail;
the second left overturning part comprises a second left overturning bracket, a fourth bed plate, a fourth mattress and a sixth push rod motor, the second left overturning bracket, the fourth bed plate and the fourth mattress are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the sixth push rod motor is used for pushing the second left overturning bracket to overturn towards the left side so as to drive the fourth bed plate and the fourth mattress to overturn towards the left side;
the second right overturning part comprises a second right overturning bracket, a fifth bed board, a fifth mattress and a seventh push rod motor, the second right overturning bracket, the fifth bed board and the fifth mattress are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the seventh push rod motor is used for pushing the second right overturning bracket to overturn towards the right side so as to drive the fifth bed board and the fifth mattress to overturn towards the right side;
the supine turnover support further comprises a third push rod motor and an eighth push rod motor, the third push rod motor is used for pushing the upper half part to be supine or flat, and the eighth push rod motor is used for pushing the third bed plate to be supine or flat;
the nursing bed further comprises a linear driving mechanism, and the linear driving mechanism is used for driving the third bed board and the toilet bowl upper cover to slide back and forth along the length direction of the first bed frame body.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the bathtub includes a bathtub body, a water inlet device, a fourth heater, and a water drainage device, the fourth heater is disposed on one side of the bathtub body, the water inlet device, the fourth heater, and the bathtub are sequentially connected through a pipeline, the bathtub body is provided with a plurality of water taps, the plurality of water taps are disposed right opposite to an opening of the bathtub body, and the water drainage device is connected to the bottom of the bathtub body.
In an embodiment of the invention, the bathtub body is of a double-layer cylinder structure and comprises an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder arranged in the outer cylinder, a containing cavity is arranged between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, a water circulating pump and a thermostatic controller are arranged in the containing cavity and used for keeping the water temperature constant, and through holes communicated with the containing cavity are formed in the side wall and the bottom of the inner cylinder;
the first side wall of the inner cylinder body corresponding to the head part and/or the second side wall of the inner cylinder body corresponding to the foot part are obliquely arranged;
the bathtub body is also provided with a waterfall faucet, a jet nozzle, a colored lamp and a music player.
In an embodiment of the invention, the second nursing bed includes a second bed frame body, a second bed body disposed at a middle portion of the second bed frame body, and a transfer device, the second bed body includes a fixing portion and a rotating portion, the fixing portion is fixedly disposed on the second bed frame body, the rotating portion is rotatably disposed on the second bed frame body, the bathtub body is disposed below the second bed body and is disposed corresponding to the rotating portion, the rotating portion is rotated to expose or cover the bathtub body, and the transfer device is used for transferring a patient between the second bed body and the bathtub body.
In an embodiment of the invention, the first nursing bed and/or the second nursing bed are further provided with a blowing device, a heating device, a bed curtain, a camera for remote monitoring and recording storage, a spotlight and a reading lamp for illumination, a transfusion bottle bracket for hanging a transfusion bottle, a universal wheel for movement, a detachably arranged table plate, a multimedia display screen with a display function, a control box for controlling the state and the action of the nursing bed and a handheld controller, wherein the control box adopts a PLC control system, and a PLC touch screen is arranged on the control box.
The invention also provides a method for installing the nursing bed with the closestool and the bathtub, which is characterized in that,
pre-assembling a plurality of upright columns, a plurality of cross beams and a plurality of longitudinal beams;
after pre-assembling in place, measuring, aligning, adjusting, connecting or welding by using a standard link, and fixing to form a first bedstead body and a second bedstead body;
installing a closestool at the bottom of the first bedstead body, and installing a bathtub at the bottom of the second bedstead body;
installing a supine turnover support in the middle of the first bedstead body, wherein the upper half part of the supine turnover support is close to the first water storage tank, and the lower half part of the supine turnover support is close to the closestool body;
mounting the seventh bedstead and the rotating frame on the second bed body;
a first left overturning support and a first right overturning support are arranged on the upper half part of the supine overturning support, and a second left overturning support, a first linear sliding rail, a second linear sliding rail and a second right overturning support are arranged on the lower half part of the supine overturning support;
a third push rod motor, a fourth push rod motor, a fifth push rod motor, a sixth push rod motor, a seventh push rod motor, an eighth push rod motor and a linear driving mechanism are arranged at the positions corresponding to the first left overturning bracket, the first right overturning bracket, the first linear slide rail, the second left overturning bracket and the second right overturning bracket;
a cooling fan, a bed curtain, a second heater, a camera, a multimedia display screen and a control box are arranged on the first bedstead body and/or the second bedstead body;

The invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) the bed frame body is provided with a mattress for sleeping and resting;
(2) the first left turnover part can assist the patient to turn over to the left side, the first right turnover part can assist the patient to turn over to the right side, so that the function of assisting in turning over is realized, and the supine turnover support can assist in the function of assisting in sitting up;
(3) the desk board is arranged, and has the functions of dining on a bed, processing files by a computer, working and the like;
(4) the multimedia display screen is arranged and can be used for watching videos, teleconferences and the like;
(5) the closestool can assist a patient in defecation, the water storage tank can provide flushing water for the closestool body, and the sewage discharge tank can store excreted sewage so as to perform centralized sewage discharge in the subsequent process;
(6) the inside of the closestool body is provided with the nozzle which can be used for the functions of hydrotherapy massage, hydrotherapy defecation, cleaning after defecation and the like;
(7) the third bed board can be raised or laid flat relative to the leg position of the patient, and can assist in lifting the leg;
(8) the first left turnover part and the first right turnover part are turned left and right, and the supine turnover bracket and the third bed board are raised and laid flat to assist rehabilitation movement;
(9) can assist the patient to take a bath;
(10) the bed curtain has a privacy protection function, and the cooling fan and the second heater are matched with the bed curtain and can be used for adjusting the temperature;
(11) the camera is matched with the multimedia display screen, and can provide on-line video remote monitoring and emergency assistance guidance for patients.
Detailed Description
The present invention will now be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which embodiments of the invention are shown.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a toilet suitable for a nursing bed, including a toilet body 07, a first water tank 01, a waste storage tank 06, a toilet upper cover 44 and an equipment tank 66, wherein the toilet body 07 has an opening and a sewage discharge outlet, the first water tank 01 is disposed at one side of the toilet body 07, the first water tank 01 is connected to the toilet body 07 for providing flushing water for the toilet body 07, the waste storage tank 06 is disposed at a lower side of the toilet body 07, the sewage discharge outlet of the toilet body 07 is connected to the waste storage tank 06 for storing excrement, the toilet upper cover 44 is disposed at the opening of the toilet body 07, and the equipment tank 66 is disposed at one side of the toilet body 07 for controlling a state and an operation of the toilet. The closestool can assist patient's stool and urine, and possesses upper and lower water system, and first water storage box 01 can reduce the peculiar smell for closestool body 07 provides the flush water, and the excreted filth can be stored to the blow off tank, and the follow-up blowdown of concentrating can be carried out to keep the cleanness of closestool.
The volume of the sewage storage tank 06 is large enough, generally 100 to 200 liters, and can at least contain more than once flushing after defecation, and according to the use frequency of patients, sewage is discharged once a week for a few times, and sewage is discharged once in 1 to 2 days for a great time, thereby greatly reducing the workload and burden of nursing staff.
The inside of the equipment box 66 can be equipped with a water pump, a fan, a filtering component, a heating component, an electromagnetic valve, an ultraviolet sterilization lamp and a PLC controller, and is used for controlling the functions of the intelligent closestool such as hydrotherapy massage, hydrotherapy defecation, after-defecation cleaning, drying and flushing.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the toilet suitable for the nursing bed further includes a water purifier 38, a clean water pipe 39 and a nozzle 57, the water purifier 38 is disposed at one side of the first water storage tank 01, the water purifier 38 is connected to the first water storage tank 01, the water purifier 38 is used for filtering and purifying water, the nozzle 57 is disposed in the toilet body 07, a nozzle head of the nozzle 57 is disposed opposite to an opening of the toilet body 07, and the water purifier 38 and the nozzle 57 are connected through the clean water pipe 39. The nozzle 57 is a retractable nozzle. The water purifier 38 may be a water purifier 38 equipped with polypropylene wool, activated carbon, and a reverse osmosis membrane. Water is taken from the first water storage tank 01, is sequentially filtered by polypropylene cotton and activated carbon, is filtered by a reverse osmosis membrane, enters the storage tank of the water purifier 38, and provides purified water required for flushing private parts of buttocks of a patient for the closestool through the clear water pipe 39. The hydrotherapy massage is beneficial to relieving tension and defecation of patients, and can be used for patients with constipation symptoms to aim the anus at the water flow sprayed from the nozzle 57 and gradually increase the water pressure until the water is flushed into the rectum for a certain time to discharge the excrement. After the toilet is used, the private parts of the buttocks can be washed clean by clean water, and then the buttocks are dried by hot air. After the toilet is used, no toilet paper is needed, and the toilet bowl is prevented from being blocked.
The toilet further includes a first ultraviolet light sterilizing lamp (not shown) disposed corresponding to the nozzle 57 for sterilizing the nozzle 57 to ensure the cleanness of the nozzle 57.
The toilet further includes a hot air dryer (not shown) disposed beside the nozzle 57 for drying the washed buttocks, thereby obviating the use of toilet paper.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, a first water inlet pipe 40 for water inlet is connected to the first water storage tank 01, a free end of the first water inlet pipe 40 is used for being connected to a tap water inlet hose 03, water is added into the first water storage tank 01 through a water supply pump, a delivery pipe 114 and a first delivery pump 113 are arranged between the first water storage tank 01 and the toilet body 07, and water in the first water storage tank 01 is delivered into the toilet body 07 through the first delivery pump 113 and the delivery pipe 114.
Referring to fig. 3, in another embodiment, the toilet suitable for a nursing bed further includes a vacuum pump 109, the vacuum pump 109 is connected to the toilet body 07 and the waste storage tank 06 through a pipeline, and the vacuum pump 109 is used for evacuating the waste storage tank 06 to form a vacuum toilet. Still be provided with pressure sensor in the dirty case 06 of storage, store up dirty case 06's entry, exit and all be equipped with the solenoid valve, wherein, the solenoid valve theory of operation of the entrance of the dirty case 06 of storage is as follows: the electromagnetic valve at the inlet of the dirt storage tank 06 is started or stopped according to a signal sent by a pressure sensor in the dirt storage tank 06, so as to start or stop the vacuum pump 109 to maintain the vacuum degree of the dirt storage tank, and the electromagnetic valve at the outlet of the dirt storage tank 06 is used for controlling the starting or stopping working principle of the vacuum pump 109. The vacuum pump 109 is also provided with an exhaust port provided with a second filter 110 for deodorization and adsorption.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a sewage storage tank 06 is connected to a sewage hose 51 for sewage disposal, and a sewage pipe rolling support 56 for accommodating the sewage hose 51 is disposed at one side of the sewage storage tank 06. The sewage hose 51 can be detached and stored in the sewage pipe rolling bracket 56.
Be equipped with immersible pump 04 in the dirty case 06 of storage, the both ends of blowdown hose 51 are blowdown inlet section 36 and blowdown export section respectively, and immersible pump 04's exit linkage blowdown inlet section 36 sets up, and blowdown export section is equipped with stop valve 37. The submersible pump 04 is a cutting type submersible pump 04, and can cut and crush solid matters into fluid for discharging.
The sewage outlet section of the sewage hose 51 is connected with a section of rigid plastic straight pipe or metal straight pipe, and the outlet of the rigid plastic straight pipe or metal straight pipe is provided with a sealing end cover 50. When in use, the sealing end cover 50 is taken down, the rigid plastic straight pipe or the metal straight pipe is inserted into a sewer, and then the stop valve 37 is opened for sewage discharge; after the sewage disposal is completed, the sewage disposal hose 51 and the rigid plastic or metal straight pipe are washed by tap water, then the sealing end cover 50 is covered, and the sewage disposal hose 51 is wound and stored.
The toilet suitable for the nursing bed further comprises a toilet seat 58, the toilet seat 58 is arranged on the toilet body 07, and the shape of the toilet seat 58 is matched with that of the opening of the toilet body 07. The toilet seat 58 is provided with a first heater for heating, so that the toilet seat 58 can be heated, and the comfort level is improved. The toilet upper cover 44 is provided with a second ultraviolet sterilizing lamp and an ozone generator 49, which have ultraviolet sterilizing and ozone deodorizing functions. After the closestool is used, the second ultraviolet sterilization lamp and the ozone generator are turned on, ultraviolet sterilization is used for sterilization, and generated ozone is used for deodorization, so that the comfort, freshness and no peculiar smell of the environment in the bed are ensured.
The first water storage tank 01 and the sewage storage tank 06 are respectively provided with a first liquid level meter 02 and a second liquid level meter 05 for measurement and alarm. Pressure sensors are arranged inside the water storage tank 01 and the sewage storage tank 06, and can sense the pressure difference of different liquid levels in the water storage tank 01 and the sewage storage tank 06. When the liquid level in the water storage tank 01 is lower than a certain value, the pressure sensor in the water storage tank 01 feeds back to the first liquid level meter 02, and the first liquid level meter 02 can give out a prompt and add water in time. When the liquid level in the dirty case 06 of storage is higher than a definite value, during pressure sensor in the dirty case 06 of storage feedbacks the second level gauge 05, the second level gauge 05 can send the suggestion to and in time carry out the blowdown, in addition, when the liquid level of dirty case 06 of storage reached and sets up the upper limit, the flushing system will be closed, must not have water again and get into the closestool. The caregiver can periodically or non-periodically cut the submersible pump 04 according to the liquid level indicated by the second liquid level meter 05 and discharge the waste water containing the excrement to the sewage through the sewage hose 51.
The closestool upper cover 44 is arranged at the opening of the closestool body 07 along the horizontal direction of the closestool body 07, and compared with the existing closestool with a hinged cover, the closestool upper cover 44 can reduce the space occupied by the closestool in the vertical direction and reduce the overall height of the multifunctional nursing bed.
The two sides of the toilet body 07 are respectively provided with a first lifting pedal 08 and a second lifting pedal 35, the first lifting pedal 08 and the second lifting pedal 35 are arranged corresponding to the feet of a user, and the first lifting pedal 08 and the second lifting pedal 35 are respectively provided with a first push rod motor 46 and a second push rod motor 47 for lifting. For the patient with general paralysis, the legs and feet lose the control ability, and the first lifting pedal 08 and the second lifting pedal 35 which can be lifted and lowered can help the patient to get on or off the bed before and after defecation.
An exhaust port is formed in the upper end face of the dirt storage box 06, and a first filter 42 for deodorization and adsorption is arranged at the exhaust port. When the water is flushed, the dirt storage tank 06 can release gas, and in order to prevent peculiar smell, the first filter 42 is arranged at the exhaust port to ensure that the exhausted gas has no peculiar smell.
A movable water tap (not shown) is arranged on one side of the toilet body 07, and the water tap is connected with the water purifier 38 through an electromagnetic valve, a second delivery pump and a hose for further cleaning. The water tap can also be provided with an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp for sterilization and disinfection.
Referring to fig. 10, the present invention provides a bathtub suitable for a nursing bed, which includes a bathtub body 70, a water inlet device, a fourth heater 71 and a water drainage device, wherein the fourth heater 71 is disposed at one side of the bathtub body 70, the water inlet device, the fourth heater 71 and the bathtub are sequentially connected through a pipeline, a plurality of water taps are disposed on the bathtub body 70, the plurality of water taps are disposed opposite to an opening of the bathtub body 70, and the water drainage device is connected to a bottom of the bathtub body 70. When the bathtub is used, the water for bathing is added into the bathtub body 70 through the water inlet device, the water temperature is heated and adjusted through the fourth heater 71, and after bathing is finished, the water for bathing is discharged through the water discharge device. The fourth heater 71 may be an electric tankless water heater.
The water inlet device comprises a second water storage tank 147, a first water delivery pump 150, a water feeding pipeline 144, a water inlet pipeline 151 and a water inlet pipe support 143, the first delivery pump 113 is arranged at a water outlet of the second water storage tank 147, the water outlet of the second water storage tank 147 is connected with a water inlet of the fourth heater 71 through the water feeding pipeline 144, the water inlet pipeline 151 is connected with a water inlet of the second water storage tank 147 and used for water inlet of the second water storage tank 147, and the water inlet pipe support 143 is arranged on one side of the bathtub body 70 and used for accommodating the water inlet pipeline 151. The second water storage tank 147 can be internally provided with a liquid level meter for measuring liquid level and alarming, and when the liquid level in the second water storage tank 147 is lower than a certain value, the liquid level meter can give out a prompt and add water in time. The water inlet of the second water storage tank 147 can be provided with an electromagnetic valve, and when the electromagnetic valve is started or stopped by a signal sent by the liquid level meter, the water adding amount of the second water storage tank 147 is further controlled.
The drain device includes a drain pipe 142, a drain pump 141, and a drain pipe holder 140, the drain pipe 142 is connected to the bottom of the tub body 70, the drain pump 141 is connected to the drain pipe 142, and the drain pipe holder 140 is used to receive the drain pipe 142.
The outlet end of the drainage pipeline 142 is connected with a section of rigid plastic straight pipe and a stop valve 37 for controlling the on-off of the drainage pipeline 142, and the outlet of the rigid plastic straight pipe is provided with a sealing end cover 50. When in use, the sealing end cover 50 is taken down, the rigid plastic straight pipe is inserted into a sewer, and then the stop valve 37 is opened for sewage discharge; after the drainage is completed, the drainage pipe 142 and the rigid plastic straight pipe are flushed with tap water, and then the sealing end cover 50 is covered, and the drainage pipe 142 is wound and stored.
A lifting frame 119 is further arranged below the bathtub body 70 and used for adjusting the height of the bathtub body 70 so that the height of the bathtub body 70 is flush with that of the second bed body, and therefore nursing staff can transfer patients conveniently.
The bathtub body 70 is a double-layer cylinder structure, and comprises an outer cylinder body and an inner cylinder body arranged in the outer cylinder body, a containing cavity is arranged between the inner cylinder body and the outer cylinder body, and the side wall and the bottom of the inner cylinder body are both provided with through holes communicated with the containing cavity. The water in the containing cavity can enter the inner cylinder body through the through hole to carry out surfing massage. The first side wall of the inner cylinder body corresponding to the head and/or the second side wall corresponding to the feet are obliquely arranged, so that the patient can lie conveniently.
The left side or the right side or the left and right sides of the inner tank body corresponding to the head part are provided with waterfall faucets for improving the bathing effect and the comfort level.
The jet nozzles are arranged on the inner cylinder body corresponding to the bottom and the periphery of the bathtub, and can be used for carrying out hydrotherapy massage on the body of a bather, promoting blood circulation and improving bathing comfort and experience.
The inner cylinder body is provided with colored lamps corresponding to the bottom and the periphery of the bathtub, thereby providing colorful and warm atmosphere and improving the comfort and experience of bathers.
The bathtub body 70 is provided with a Bluetooth music player corresponding to the control panel of the bathtub, so that pleasant music and a warm atmosphere can be provided for the space occupied by the bathtub, and the comfort and experience of bathers can be improved.
The plurality of faucets on the tub body 70 include a water outlet faucet 155, a direct flush faucet 160 and a shower faucet 161. The bathtub body 70 is further provided with a plurality of control switches, including a waterfall manual switch 158, a drain valve knob 154, a hot water knob 156, a cold water knob 157, a surf massage manual switch 159, a touch screen control switch 162, and a constant temperature manual control knob 163.
Referring to figures 18 to 19, the reservoir of the bath may be common to the reservoir of the toilet. The bathtub and the toilet may also be each provided with a water reservoir.
Referring to fig. 10-17, the present invention further provides a nursing bed with a bathtub, which comprises a second frame body 78 (labeled in the figures), a second bed body disposed in the middle of the second frame body 78, a transfer device and the bathtub, wherein the second bed body comprises a fixing portion and a rotating portion, the fixing portion is fixedly disposed on the second frame body 78, the rotating portion is rotatably disposed on the second frame body 78, the bathtub body 70 is disposed below the second bed body and is disposed corresponding to the rotating portion, the rotating portion exposes or covers the bathtub body 70, and the transfer device is used for transferring a patient between the second bed body and the bathtub body 70. Nursing bed when using, moves the patient to the fixed part on, rotates the rotating part, exposes bathtub body 70, then places transfer device in bathtub body 70 to make transfer device and fixed part parallel and level, then move the patient to transfer device on, remove transfer device, the patient falls into bathtub body 70, transfer patient's in-process only need carry out the translation, do not need many people to accomplish in coordination, can alleviate nursing staff's burden greatly.
The transfer device comprises an air bag 122, an inflation air compressor 164, an inflation pipeline 123 connecting the air bag 122 and the inflation air compressor 164, and a valve, wherein the valve is used for controlling the on-off of the inflation pipeline 123. The bladder 122 is lightweight and convenient to carry, and in addition, the buoyancy of the bladder 122 can be used to enable a patient to slowly fall into the bathtub body 70.
The rotating part includes a rotating shaft 74, a bearing 75, a rotating frame 89, a rotating bed body and a rotating motor 73, two ends of the rotating shaft 74 are rotatably disposed on the second frame body 78 through the bearing 75, the rotating motor 73 is connected to the rotating shaft 74 for driving the rotating shaft 74 to rotate, the rotating frame 89 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 74, and the rotating bed body is disposed on the rotating frame 89. The rotating bed body comprises an eighth bed board 76 and an eighth mattress 77, and the eighth bed board 76 and the eighth mattress 77 are sequentially arranged on the rotating frame 89 from bottom to top.
The fixing part includes a seventh frame 146 fixedly disposed, and a seventh deck 170 and a seventh mattress 145 disposed on the seventh frame 146. The width of the fixing part can be set according to the body size of the patient.
The second bed frame body 78 is further provided with a blowing device 80, a third heater 81 and a second bed curtain 79, and the blowing device 80 and the third heater 81 are arranged right opposite to the second bed body and can blow the body of a patient dry. The second bed curtain 79 is arranged around the second bed frame body 78, and the nursing bed can be surrounded by the second bed curtain 79 after being unfolded, so that a comfortable independent space is provided for a patient, and privacy can be protected.
The second bed frame body 78 is further provided with a spot light 121 and a reading light 107 for illumination, a hanging bottle support 125 for hanging a hanging bottle, a camera 48 for remote monitoring and recording storage, a multimedia display screen 22 with a display function and a handheld controller 306 for controlling the state and action of the nursing bed. The spotlight 121 may be used for basic lighting, when brighter light is required, such as when reading, the reading light 107 may be turned on, and the reading light 107 may be movably disposed on the bed frame body to adjust the light as required. The infusion bottle support 125 is arranged to facilitate infusion for a patient requiring infusion. The multimedia display screen 22 can be used for the patient to watch the entertainment, in addition, through the multimedia display screen 22 and the camera 48, the relatives and medical personnel in the distant place of the patient can remotely monitor the physical state of the patient from time to time through videos, and once an emergency occurs, the nursing staff can also give remote nursing guidance and the like through videos. This function is particularly important for solitary old people.
Guard rails (not shown) are detachably arranged on two sides of the second bedstead body 78 along the length direction, a table plate 61 (not shown) is detachably and movably arranged on the guard rails, and the table plate 61 can move on the guard rails along the length direction of the bedstead body, so that the guard rails can be detached from the bedstead body when people need to get on or off a bed; when the table plate 61 is used, the guard rail may be installed on the frame body. Referring to fig. 30, in one embodiment, the guard rail structure on one side of the frame body 23 includes a first rail 312, a second rail 316, a protection pillar 314, and a locking device 313, wherein the first rail 312 and the second rail 316 are hinged to the frame body 23, the locking device 313 can be a locking bolt, and the locking device 313 controls the connection or disconnection between the first rail 312 and the second rail 316.
The bottom of the second frame body 78 is provided with a plurality of universal wheels 105 for movement, so as to facilitate the movement of the whole nursing bed. The universal wheel 105 can be a universal wheel 105 with a brake, which facilitates the movement and fixation of the nursing bed.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the present invention further provides a nursing bed with a toilet, comprising: the first bed frame body 23, the sit-up turning support 33 and the toilet bowl, wherein the sit-up turning support 33 is arranged on the first bed frame body 23, the toilet bowl is arranged below the sit-up turning support 33, the sit-up turning support 33 comprises an upper half part and a lower half part, and the toilet bowl is arranged relative to the lower half part;
the upper half part is provided with a first left turnover part and a first right turnover part which are turned over relatively;
the middle part of the lower half part is provided with a sliding part which can slide along the length direction of the first bedstead body 23, and the two sides of the lower half part are provided with a second left turnover part and a second right turnover part which turn over relatively.
When the human body lies, the left hand side is the left side, and the right hand side is the right side. The first bed frame body 23 is composed of four vertical columns, ten longitudinal beams and ten cross beams, wherein the ten longitudinal beams and the ten cross beams are connected with the four vertical columns, and the cross beams with different numbers can be arranged between the longitudinal beams according to needs.
The supine flip stand 33 further includes a third pusher motor 31 for pushing the upper half to be supine or flat.
The first left overturning part comprises a first left overturning bracket 09, a first bed board 10 and a first mattress 11 which are arranged from bottom to top in sequence; the first right turning part comprises a first right turning bracket 27, a second bed board 28 and a second mattress 29 which are arranged from bottom to top in sequence; the sliding part comprises a first linear slide rail 16, a second linear slide rail 45, a third bed board 17 and a third mattress 18 which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, the first linear slide rail 16 and the second linear slide rail 45 are arranged at intervals, and the third bed board 17 is slidably arranged on the first linear slide rail 16 and the second linear slide rail 45; the second left overturning part comprises a second left overturning bracket 12, a fourth bed plate 13 and a fourth mattress 14 which are arranged from bottom to top in sequence; the second right turning part comprises a second right turning bracket 24, a fifth bed board 25 and a fifth mattress 26 which are arranged from bottom to top in sequence.
First mattress 11, second mattress 29, third mattress 18, fourth mattress 14, fifth mattress 26, sixth mattress and seventh mattress 145 may be the same or different, may be formed of high elastic cotton pad or sponge pad covered by natural cowhide or artificial leather or fabric with special surface treatment, and has the characteristics of softness, air permeability, water resistance and mite resistance.
The first left overturning part further comprises a fourth push rod motor 32 for pushing the first left overturning bracket 09 to overturn towards the left side; the first right turning part further comprises a fifth push rod motor 30 for pushing the first right turning bracket 27 to turn right; the second left turning part further comprises a sixth push rod motor 34 for pushing the second left turning bracket 12 to turn to the left; the second right flip part further includes a seventh pusher motor 52 for pushing the second right flip bracket 24 to flip to the right.
The supine turn bracket 33 further comprises an eighth push rod motor 307 for pushing the third bed plate 17 to be supine or flat, the maximum supine angle of the upper half of the supine turn bracket 33 is such that the patient can lean on the third bed plate 17 when going to the toilet, and the supine turn bracket has a supporting function.
The nursing bed further comprises a linear driving mechanism 15, and the linear driving mechanism 15 is used for driving the third bed board 17 and the toilet bowl upper cover 44 to slide back and forth along the length direction of the first bed frame body 23.
The first bed frame body 23 is further provided with a heat dissipation fan 19, and the heat dissipation fan 19 is arranged right opposite to the supine turnover support 33. The heat dissipation fan 19 may be a common fan or a semiconductor cooling fan, which is not limited in the present invention.
The first bed frame body 23 is provided with a first bed curtain 20 around the first bed frame body, and the nursing bed can be surrounded by the first bed curtain 20 after being unfolded.
The first bed frame body 23 is further provided with a second heater 21 for heating, and the second heater 21 is arranged right opposite to the supine turnover support 33. The second heater 21 may be a radiant infrared heater, or may be other types of heaters, which are not limited in the present invention.
The first bedframe body 23 is also provided with a camera 48 for remote monitoring and recording.
The first frame body 23 is further provided with a spot light 121 and a reading light 107 for illumination, and a hanging bottle support 125 for hanging a hanging bottle. The spotlight 121 may be used for basic lighting, and when a brighter light is required, such as when reading, the reading lamp 107 may be turned on, and the reading lamp 107 may be movably disposed on the first frame body 23 to adjust the light as required. The infusion bottle support 125 is arranged to facilitate infusion for a patient requiring infusion.
Guard rails are detachably arranged on two sides of the first bed frame body 23 in the length direction, a table plate 61 is detachably and movably arranged on the guard rails, and the table plate 61 can move on the guard rails along the length direction of the first bed frame body 23. When the user needs to get on or off the bed, the guard rail can be detached from the first bedstead body 23; when the table plate 61 is used, the guard rail may be installed on the first frame body 23.
The first frame body 23 is provided at the bottom thereof with a plurality of casters 105 for movement to facilitate the movement of the entire nursing bed. The number of the universal wheels 105 may be six, and the six universal wheels 105 are uniformly disposed on both sides of the first frame body 23. The universal wheels 105 can be universal wheels with brakes, which facilitate the movement and fixation of the nursing bed.
Referring to fig. 18 to 22, the present invention further provides a nursing bed with a toilet bowl and a bathtub, wherein the nursing bed with the toilet bowl and the nursing bed with the bathtub are combined to form a double bed structure. The nursing bed with the toilet and the nursing bed with the bathtub can be fixedly connected with each other or can be relatively movable, and the invention is not limited to this.
The first bed frame body 23 and/or the second bed frame body 78 are further provided with a multimedia display screen 22 with a display function.
The first bed frame body 23 and/or the second bed frame body 78 are/is further provided with a control box 43 for controlling the state and the action of the nursing bed, the control box 43 adopts a PLC control system, and the control box 43 is provided with a PLC touch screen, so that all electrical systems of the nursing bed are integrated. The PLC control system is a digital operation control system with a microprocessor and used for automatic control, and can load control instructions into a memory at any time for storage and execution. The programmable control system consists of functional units such as a CPU, an instruction and data memory, an input/output interface, a power supply, a digital-analog converter and the like. The various electrical devices involved in the nursing bed of the present invention are integrated and controlled by the PLC control system, as shown in fig. 29. The toilet may also be equipped with an independent PLC control system for controlling the various functions of the toilet. But not limited thereto, the control system of the toilet and the control system of the entire nursing bed may be the same, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The care bed further comprises a hand-held controller 306, the hand-held controller 306 being used to control the care bed status and actions. The hand-held controller 306 may be a bluetooth wireless intelligent remote control. Bluetooth is an open global specification for wireless data and voice communications, and is a special short-range wireless technology connection that establishes a communication environment for fixed and mobile devices based on a low-cost short-range wireless connection. Bluetooth enables some portable mobile devices and computer devices today to connect to the internet without a cable and have wireless access to the internet. The nursing bed can realize the operation control of various devices through a keyboard or voice, and is convenient to operate. But not limited thereto, the handheld controller 306 may also be a smartphone controller and an iPad controller, and the control is performed by downloading a corresponding APP in the smartphone or the iPad, which is not limited in this disclosure.
Aiming at the groups with different receiving levels and consumption capacities in the society, the invention can also adopt a common squatting toilet or a sitting toilet to replace the toilet from the cost consideration, so as to reduce the cost, and the water supply and drainage system of the toilet can also well help the disabled patients to solve the problem of defecation on the bed. As shown in fig. 4, compared with the above-mentioned toilet, the conventional sitting type toilet does not have the facility box 66, the water purifier 38, and the nozzle 57, does not have the hydrotherapy massage and the hydrotherapy stool function, has a simpler structure, and can reduce the cost of the toilet part. As shown in FIG. 5, the common squat toilet can include a squat toilet base 191, a squat toilet body 194 arranged in the squat toilet base 191, a squat toilet support rod 192 arranged on the squat toilet base 191 and a squat toilet seat 193 arranged on the squat toilet support rod 192, wherein the squat toilet seat 193 is arranged right opposite to the squat toilet body 194, and the squat toilet seat 193 is arranged to facilitate the toilet for the patient with the inconvenience of legs and feet.
The first frame body 23, the second frame body 78, the supine-turn bracket 33, the swivel bracket, the first left-turn bracket 09, the first right-turn bracket 27, the first linear slide rail 16, the second linear slide rail 45, the second left-turn bracket 12, and the second right-turn bracket 24 are made of the same or different materials. The first bed frame body 23, the supine turning support 33, the first left turning support 09, the first right turning support 27, the first linear slide rail 16, the second linear slide rail 45, the second left turning support 12 and the second right turning support 24 are made of aluminum profiles, or steel materials, or composite profiles formed by one or more of glass fibers, basalt fibers and carbon fibers and aluminum profiles; or a composite section formed by one or more of glass fiber, basalt fiber and carbon fiber and steel, or a composite section formed by one or more of glass fiber, basalt fiber and carbon fiber and one of adhesives such as epoxy resin, polyurethane, unsaturated resin and the like.
Referring to fig. 1-29, the present invention further provides a method for installing a nursing bed with a toilet and a bathtub, which comprises the following steps:
pre-assembling a plurality of upright columns, a plurality of cross beams and a plurality of longitudinal beams;
after pre-assembling in place, measuring, aligning, adjusting, connecting or welding with standard linking elements, and fixing to form a first bed frame body 23 and a second bed frame body 78;
a toilet is installed at the bottom of the first frame body 23, and a bathtub is installed at the bottom of the second frame body 78;
the supine-turn bracket 33 is arranged in the middle of the first bedstead body 23, the upper half part of the supine-turn bracket 33 is arranged close to the first water storage tank 01, and the lower half part of the supine-turn bracket 33 is arranged close to the closestool body 07;
the seventh frame 146 and the rotary frame 89 are mounted on the second frame body 78;
a first left overturning bracket 09 and a first right overturning bracket 27 are arranged at the upper half part of the supine overturning bracket 33, and a second left overturning bracket 12, a first linear sliding rail 16, a second linear sliding rail 45 and a second right overturning bracket 24 are arranged at the lower half part of the supine overturning bracket 22;

Referring to fig. 1 to 29, the functions of the nursing bed with a toilet and a bathtub according to the present invention will be described in detail as follows:
(1) sleeping and resting functions
The nursing bed of the invention firstly satisfies the rest of the patient, has the function of a common bed, the patient can sleep and rest like the common bed, please refer to fig. 23, but is more comfortable than the common bed, and the temperature of the microenvironment of the nursing bed can be adjusted by putting down the bed curtain, starting the second heater 21 for heating or starting the cooling fan for blowing and cooling according to the requirement.
(2) Intelligent auxiliary turning-over device
Patients who lose the ability of controlling the body cannot turn over after being bedridden for a long time, can only lie there by using a traditional common bed, the back is pressed under the bed and is airtight, the back often has eczema if the back is light, and the back is ulcerated if the back is severe. The nursing bed of the invention can help patients turn over. Referring to fig. 24-25, the first left turn support 09 and the first right turn support 27 can be used to assist the patient in turning left and right respectively, so as to avoid the patient lying on his back and prevent eczema and ulcer on his back. The maximum turning angle of the first left turning bracket 09 and the first right turning bracket 27 is degrees. Specifically, when the fourth push rod motor 32 is started, the first left turning bracket 09, the first bed board 10 and the first mattress 11 on the first left turning bracket 09 are pushed to turn over, and the patient is further pushed to turn over left; when the fifth push rod motor 30 is started, the first right turning bracket 27 and the second bed board 28 and the second mattress 29 on the first right turning bracket 27 are pushed to turn, and the patient is further pushed to turn right. The turning time, frequency and time duration in each sleeping position can be controlled automatically or manually in a programmed way according to the condition of the patient.
(3) Intelligent auxiliary leg lifting device
Paralysis of the lower extremities and those who lose control of the body, when they are not in motion for a long period of time, may cause muscular atrophy and accelerated aging. The nursing bed can assist a patient in lifting legs. Referring to fig. 28, the eighth push rod motor 307 is activated to automatically raise the third bed plate 17 and the third mattress 18 upward, thereby exercising the leg muscles of the patient.
(4) Intelligent auxiliary sit-up
Referring to fig. 26, the upper half of the nursing bed is provided with a supine turning support 33, the lower front end of which is provided with two rotatable links (not shown), and the third push rod motor 31 is started to raise the upper half to be at a certain angle with the horizontal part, and the maximum rotatable degree is vertical. In addition to sleep, the incapacitated patient may get up to surf the internet, read a book, work, etc. with the help of the smart bed sit-up function, as shown in fig. 27.
(5) Bed for eating and watching TV
The table 61 is detachably and movably disposed, and both ends thereof are clamped on two longitudinal beams functioning as guardrails. When eating, the meal is placed on the movable table board 61 as shown in fig. 27, the third push rod motor 31 raises the upper half part of the nursing bed, and the patient is pushed to sit up, and can sit in front of the dining table to eat like a normal person. The first bedstead body 23 is provided with a multimedia display screen 22, and people can sit there to watch TV and enjoy art programs and the like after meals.
(6) Working on bed
Referring to fig. 27, the patient sits up with the assistance of the nursing bed of the present invention, turns on the overhead spot light 121 or the reading light 107 (not shown), and uses a computer, internet, and file processing on the table 61, or uses the camera 48 and the multimedia display screen 22 to perform office activities such as remote video conference. The closestool upper cover 44 is covered, a soft sofa cushion is arranged on the closestool upper cover 44, workers can sit on the closestool as well as the patients with allowable physical conditions, and sitting comfort can be adjusted at any time by stepping on the height-adjustable pedals by two feet.
(7) Intelligent auxiliary defecation
The patient with paralysis of lower limbs loses the ability of free movement and can not walk to the toilet independently. The nursing bed of the invention can assist the defecation of the patient. When the patient needs, can press the switch, start third push rod motor 31, will nurse the first half of bed and slowly raise, push the patient to the posture of sitting upright, on the closestool can be ridden to the homeopathy, third bed board 17 and mattress slowly slide forward simultaneously and expose the closestool, can make things convenient for the disability patient to relieve oneself. When in defecation, the first bed curtain 20 at the periphery of the nursing bed can be put down, the put-down first bed curtain 20 forms a private space, like an independent single-room toilet, and the section view only exposes the posture of the patient sitting on the closestool for defecation. The first lifting pedal 08 and the second lifting pedal 35 on the two sides of the closestool body 07 can help a patient to lift two legs to the height of the bed surface after defecating, then the patient is forked on the fourth mattress 14 and the fifth mattress 26 on the two sides respectively, the third bed board 17 and the closestool upper cover 44 are in sliding return, the closestool body 07 is sealed by the closestool upper cover 44 provided with a sealing ring, and the patient can lie on the bed by bending backwards. After defecation, the urinal can start an automatic or manual flushing function, the first delivery pump 113 is started to take water from the first water storage tank 01, deliver the water into the closestool body 07 through the delivery pipeline 114, and flush excrement and urine into the excrement storage tank 06 in a pulse rotary flushing mode.
(8) Intelligent auxiliary bathing
When a patient needs to take a bath, the patient is moved to the seventh mattress 145, the rotating motor 73 is started, the eighth bed plate 76 and the eighth mattress 77 are rotated to the side of the bathtub body 70 to expose the bathtub body 70, then the first water delivery pump 150 is turned on to carry out a water adding operation, water is heated to a predetermined temperature by the fourth heater 71, and then the water is poured into the bathtub body 70 to a half depth for standby through the water outlet tap 155. The air bag 122 is placed in the bathtub body 70, the height of the lifting frame 119 is adjusted to enable the air bag 122 to be flush with the fixed part, the patient is moved to the air bag 122, then the air bag 122 is deflated, the patient slowly falls into the bathtub body 70, and then the air bag 122 is removed; after bathing, the air bag 122 is placed in the bathtub body 70, the air bag 122 is inflated, the patient is lifted under the buoyancy of the air bag 122, then the third heater 81 and the blowing device 80 are turned on, the body of the patient is dried, and the patient is lifted back to the seventh mattress 145. When a patient leaves the bathtub, the ozone deodorization function can be started, and meanwhile, the blowing device 80 and the third heater 81 on the top of the head are used for blowing the residual water in the bathtub body 70 to dry, so that the bathtub body 70 and the second bed body are kept fresh. The used drain pipe 142 is stored in the drain pipe holder 140, and the eighth deck 76 and the eighth mattress 77 are rotated back to the initial position by turning on the rotating motor 73, thereby covering the bathtub body 70.
(9) Intelligent auxiliary rehabilitation exercise
Quadriplegia and patients who lose control over the body are in bed for a long time, and blood circulation is not smooth, so the patients are not healthy for a long time. The nursing bed provided by the invention is designed with a plurality of sets of procedures for assisting the disabled patient to exercise, promotes blood circulation and is beneficial to the health of the patient. In normal times, the disabled patient is in the lying posture shown in fig. 23, and can be converted into the sitting posture shown in fig. 27 with the help of the intelligent bed of the present invention, and after maintaining a certain time, the disabled patient returns to the lying posture shown in fig. 23, and the eighth push rod motor 307 is activated to push the third mattress 18 under the leg to raise up, so as to raise the legs, as shown in fig. 28. The set of actions can be programmed to form a complete set of gymnastics for assisting the disabled patient to exercise, which comprises the following steps:

Similarly, the actions of turning left and right can be linked up to be compiled into a movement program. First, starting from the lying position shown in fig. 23, the fifth pusher motor 30 is started to raise the second mattress 29, and the patient is pushed to the right turn-over position shown in fig. 24, and stays for a certain period of time, and then returns to the lying position shown in fig. 23. Then the fourth push rod motor 32 is started to lift up the first mattress 11, the disabled patient is pushed to the left turn-over posture shown in fig. 25, the disabled patient stays for a certain time and then returns to the lying posture shown in fig. 23, and the whole motion program is as follows:
lying-lie, turning over right-lie, turning over left-lie, lying-lie
It can also be:

The patient can be directly turned from the right turning to the left turning without lying down between the right turning and the left turning, so that the patient is shaken up to enhance the blood circulation and promote the rehabilitation.
The frequency, the period, the height and the strength of the sit-up, the leg lifting and the speed of the left-right turning over of the body can be programmed into a plurality of different programs, and the functions of standardization, modularization, automation and intellectualization are realized. The programs can be adjusted at any time according to the needs of the patient, and the programs can also be manually controlled to realize the personalized movement.
