The invention provides a deodorizing method and system for an intelligent toilet, wherein an exhaust fan and an aromatherapy spraying machine are installed in the intelligent toilet, and the deodorizing method for the intelligent toilet comprises the following steps: acquiring the number of human bodies in the toilet; acquiring an ammonia concentration value in the toilet; and regulating and controlling the exhaust fan and the aromatherapy spraying machine according to the number of the human bodies and the ammonia concentration value.
