The first chamber is internally provided with a siphon structure, the siphon structure comprises a siphon column arranged on the bottom wall of the first chamber and provided with a siphon hole and a siphon cap for covering the siphon column, the distance between the upper end of the siphon hole and the bottom wall of the first chamber is smaller than or equal to the height of the partition board, and the lower end of the siphon hole is communicated with the water outlet;
