Claims (7)

1. A special container comprises a 40-foot container body and ramp groups which are respectively arranged outside two ends of the container body, wherein each ramp group comprises two ramps which are arranged at intervals and can support anchor parking wheels, and after an anchor parking vehicle enters the container body, wheel blocks which are respectively fixed on the floor of the container body below front wheels on two sides of a traction vehicle head block the front sides of the front wheels; the container is characterized in that two ends of the container body are respectively provided with a split door, the center of the inner side surface of the top plate of the container body is provided with an upper roller slideway, and the middle parts of the inner side surfaces of the side plates at two sides of the container body are respectively provided with corresponding side roller slideways; an upper gap 1 is reserved between the lower side of the upper roller slideway and the upper side face of the mooring tower after the top of the anchoring vehicle is laid down, and a side gap 2 is reserved between the side roller slideway and the side corresponding to the anchoring semitrailer; a plurality of heavy lifting ring screws for connecting a bolt fastener are respectively fixed at intervals on the longitudinal two sides of the top surface of the floor at the two ends of the container body; a pair of wheel blocks are respectively arranged on two sides of a semitrailer for anchor parking; a ramp storage fixing mechanism is arranged at the position, corresponding to the rear end position of the semi-trailer for anchoring and parking, of one end of the container body.
2. The special container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper gap 1 and the side gap 2 are 25mm to 30 mm.

The special container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower parts of the side plates at both sides of the container body, which are far away from the traction vehicle head, are respectively provided with a split window, and the positions of the windows after the split windows are opened correspond to the positions of the first rear wheel and the second rear wheel of the semi-trailer entering the container body; and the pair of wheel stoppers are respectively fixed on the front side of the first rear wheel and the rear side of the second rear wheel on the two sides of the semitrailer.

The special container according to claim 1, wherein said upper roller slide and said side roller slide are identical in structure and respectively comprise a corresponding upper slide base plate and two side slide base plates, and a plurality of nylon roller assemblies, wherein said upper slide base plate and said two side slide base plates are laterally outwardly convex, said roller assemblies comprise nylon rollers and inverted n-shaped roller seats, and said nylon rollers are embedded in said roller seats and hinged by means of wheel axles; a plurality of roller seats are fixed on the upper slideway bottom plate or the side slideway bottom plate at intervals; the upper slideway bottom plate is fixed on the lower side of the top plate of the container body and corresponds to the position of the mooring tower after the top of the anchor parking is laid down; the side sliding channel bottom plates are respectively fixed in the middle of the inner side surfaces of the two side plates of the container body and correspond to the two sides of the semitrailer of the anchoring vehicle.

The special container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side plates of the ramp at both sides of the ramp are right trapezoid, the right trapezoid is provided with a plurality of lightening holes, the vertical end plate is provided with two convex positioning pins side by side, and the end surfaces at both ends of the bottom frame of the container body are respectively provided with positioning pin holes corresponding to the positioning pins; the middle part of the lowest edge of the ramp is provided with a notch, two corners at the bottom of the ramp close to the vertical end panel are respectively provided with a through hole, and the positions of the notch and the through hole correspond to the positions of the ramp accommodating and fixing mechanisms.

The special container as claimed in claim 5, wherein the ramp storage fixing mechanism is symmetrically arranged on one end of the floor of the container body far away from the traction vehicle head, and comprises a pair of through holes and positioning screws which are distributed in a triangular shape on the floor, the pair of through holes are positioned at two corners of the bottom side of the triangle, nuts are welded at the positions of the lower side surface of the floor corresponding to the through holes, and the positioning screws are fixed at the positions of the top corners of the triangle; when the ramp is stored and fixed, the middle part of the positioning screw is clamped into the notch, and the fixing screws respectively penetrating through the through holes are screwed into the nuts to fix the ramp on one end of the floor of the container body.
7. A method for locating an anchor vehicle in a fixed special container as claimed in any one of claims 1-7, characterized by the following a, different steps of entering and locking the anchor vehicle in the special container loaded by the anchor vehicle, B, driving the anchor vehicle out of the special container loaded by the anchor vehicle:
A. the anchoring vehicle enters and is locked in the container special for loading the anchoring vehicle
A1) Opening side-by-side door and side-by-side window

The wheel chock is respectively fixed on one end of the floor of the container body, and the position of the wheel chock corresponds to the position of a front wheel of a traction vehicle head when the anchoring vehicle is parked in the container body;
A4) anchoring vehicles driven into container bodies
A traction vehicle head of the anchor parking is aligned with the center of the container body, slowly drives into the container body through a ramp until a front wheel of the traction vehicle head touches a wheel block, at the moment, an upper gap 1 is reserved between an upper roller slideway in the center of the inner side of a top plate of the container body and the upper side surface of a mooring tower on which the top of the anchor parking vehicle is laid down, and side gaps 2 are respectively reserved between side roller slideways in the middle of the inner side surfaces of side plates on two sides of the container body and the corresponding side of the anchor parking semitrailer; a driver unloads the detachable vehicle door on one side of the traction vehicle head and gets off the vehicle, and walks out of the container body from a side plate on one side of the container body and a neutral position on one side of the traction vehicle head;
A5) wheel chock installation positioning
The first rear wheel and the second rear wheel of the semitrailer of the anchoring vehicle can be observed from a window formed by the oppositely-opened windows in the opened state, and two pairs of wheel stoppers are respectively positioned and fixed on the front side and the rear side of the first rear wheel on the two sides of the semitrailer, so that the anchoring vehicle is completely positioned in the container body;
A6) mounting fastener
Respectively connecting the tighteners with heavy lifting ring screws on two sides of the front end of a traction vehicle head for anchoring and parking, hooks in corresponding positions on two sides of the front end of the traction vehicle head, and heavy lifting ring screws on two sides of the rear end of a semitrailer for anchoring and parking and hooks in corresponding positions on two sides of the rear end of the semitrailer, tightening the tighteners one by one, and fixing the anchoring vehicle in the container body;
A7) respectively take in and fix the ramp in one end of the container body far away from the traction vehicle head
Respectively pulling the ramps outside the two ends of the container body outwards to enable the two positioning pins on one end of each ramp to be separated from the positioning pin holes on the end faces of the two ends of the bottom frame of the container body respectively, and then fixing the two ramps on the floor at one end, far away from the traction vehicle head, of the container body side by side through ramp accommodating and fixing mechanisms respectively; then the side-by-side doors and the side-by-side windows are respectively closed, and the container body loaded with the anchoring vehicle can be lifted;
B. anchoring vehicle driving out of container body
B1) Opening side-by-side door and side-by-side window
Repeating the process of the step A1), and respectively opening the split doors at the two ends of the container body and the split windows at the two sides of the container body;
B2) ramp for respectively installing two ends of container body
Repeating the process of the step A2), and finishing the installation of the ramps at the two ends of the container body;
B3) device for removing all wheel blocks and fastening
Respectively removing wheel blocks on the front side of a front wheel of the traction vehicle head and wheel blocks on the front side of a first rear wheel and the rear side of a second wheel on two sides of the semitrailer, simultaneously removing fastening devices on two sides of the front end of the traction vehicle head and two sides of the rear end of the semitrailer, and unlocking the anchoring vehicle;
B4) special container for loading anchoring vehicle when anchoring vehicle runs out
A driver enters the container body from a neutral position between a side plate of the container body and one side of the traction vehicle head, gets on the traction vehicle head, and drives the anchor parking to drive away from the container body from the ramp;
B5) respectively accommodating and fixing the ramp in one end of the container body far away from the traction vehicle head
And D, repeating the process of the step A7), finishing the storage and fixation of the ramp, and then closing the split doors at the two ends of the unloaded container body and the split windows at the two sides of the container body.
