A Radiology Information System (RIS) includes a Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). By matching with peripheral modules such as medical classification and retrieval, radiological material management, image equipment management and department information reports, quality control and field tracking and error statistics of patients in the whole process are realized, a basis is provided for evidence-making inversion of doctor-patient disputes, and management of radiology departments enters a clear digital management stage. The RIS process consists of detachable process links. Each link, in addition to performing a specific task, handles unexpected scenarios including error handling and quality control. The image archiving and communication system has the main task of storing various medical images (including images generated by equipment such as nuclear magnetism, CT, ultrasound, various X-ray machines, various infrared instruments, microscopes and the like) which are generated daily in a digital mode through various interfaces (analog, DICOM and network), can be quickly called back for use under certain authorization when needed, and is added with auxiliary diagnosis management functions.
During daily use, a doctor registers patient information in a RIS system of a hospital, and a medical scanning device receives corresponding information acquired from the RIS system through a DICOM network. Generally, as long as the medical scanning equipment is installed, the information which can be acquired from the RIS system and the position displayed after the information is acquired are fixed, and if more information is required to be acquired or the displayed information is required to be adjusted, a medical scanning equipment manufacturer needs to be found to add corresponding functions.
The medical scanning apparatuses include X-ray imaging apparatuses (digital radiography, CT, X-ray machine), magnetic resonance imaging apparatuses, ultrasonic imaging apparatuses (a-type, B-type, C-type, M-type, and the like), thermal imaging apparatuses (infrared imaging, optical scanning imaging, and the like), nuclear medicine imaging apparatuses (PET, SPECT, and the like), and optical imaging apparatuses (medical endoscopic imaging). The present application is applicable to any one of the above devices or a combination of devices.
The embodiment provides a data list adjusting method. Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a data list adjustment method in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S102, a first list, a second list and a third list are obtained.
In particular, the method of the present embodiment is applied to a medical imaging system, in particular to any one of the medical scanning apparatuses described above. The first list comprises first data displayable by the medical scanning device; the second list comprises second data acquired by the medical scanning device from the information system; the third list includes a mapping of portions of the first data to the second data. The first list, the second list and the third list are all stored in the medical scanning device. The first data includes: scanning the mapping relation between the equipment user information and the first identification; in particular, stored in the first list is a set of correspondences between field names and TAG numbers that can be displayed in the medical scanning device. Wherein, the scanning equipment user information corresponds to the field name, and the first identification corresponds to the TAG number. The second data includes: the mapping relation between the information system user information and the second identifier; specifically, the second list stores the corresponding relationship between the name of the RIS field and the RIS TAG number acquired from the RIS system, wherein the RIS system is an information system, the name of the RIS field corresponds to user information of the information system, and the RIS TAG number corresponds to the second identifier. The third list stores a mapping between a portion of the first data in the first list and the second data in the second list, because not all of the first data in the first list exists corresponding to the second data in the second list. For example, 5 first data are stored in the first list, 10 second data are stored in the second list, and 3 corresponding relationships between the first data and the second data are stored in the third list.
In one embodiment, obtaining the second list comprises: acquiring user information fed back by an information system; and acquiring information of the information system corresponding to a second identifier according to the second identifier in the medical digital imaging protocol to generate a second list. Specifically, the medical scanning device sends an information acquisition instruction to the information system, the information system feeds back user information of the inquired patient to the medical scanning device after receiving the instruction, and the medical scanning device acquires information system user information corresponding to a second identifier according to the second identifier contained in the medical digital imaging protocol after receiving the user information and generates a corresponding second list. More specifically, a button for acquiring user information is displayed on the interactive interface of the medical scanning device, and the staff sends an instruction for inquiring the patient user information to the RIS system by clicking the button. After receiving the instruction, the RIS system searches the user information corresponding to the corresponding patient and feeds the user information back to the medical scanning equipment. For example, the medical scanning device needs to search for the information of "zhang san", and sends an instruction for acquiring the user information of "zhang san" to the RIS system, and after receiving the instruction, the RIS system searches for the user information corresponding to "zhang san", where the user information includes: name, gender, age, etc. And feeding back the user information corresponding to Zhang III to the medical scanning equipment. After receiving the user information, the medical scanning device searches the user information returned by the RIS system according to the second identifier in the Dicom protocol for which information is actually returned by the RIS system. That is, the user information corresponding to the second identifier is searched in the user information. Then, a corresponding relationship between the name of the RIS field and the RIS TAG number is generated. I.e. a second list is generated.
And step S104, acquiring a list adjusting instruction input by a user, and adjusting the third list according to the list adjusting instruction, the first list and the second list.
Specifically, the list adjustment instruction includes: any one of a modify instruction and a delete instruction. That is, the user can modify the mapping relationship in the third list by adjusting the instruction. When the list adjusting instruction is a modifying instruction, the medical scanning equipment modifies a mapping relation in the third list or adds a mapping relation according to the modifying instruction; and when the list adjusting instruction is a deleting instruction, the medical scanning equipment deletes one mapping relation in the third list according to the deleting instruction.
In one embodiment, the list adjustment instruction is a modify instruction; the modification instruction comprises target scanning equipment user information and target information system user information; searching a target second identification corresponding to the target information system user information in the second list; searching whether a mapping relation of the user information of the target scanning equipment exists in a third list; and if the mapping relation exists, modifying the initial information system user information corresponding to the target scanning equipment user information in the third list into the target information system user information, and modifying the initial second identification corresponding to the target scanning equipment user information in the third list into the target second identification. Specifically, first, according to the target information system user information in the modification instruction, the corresponding second identifier is searched in the second list, then, according to the target scanning device user information, whether the corresponding mapping relation exists or not is searched in the third list, and if the corresponding mapping relation exists, the initial information system user information and the initial second identifier corresponding to the target scanning device user information in the third list are modified into the target information system user information and the target second identifier.
In one embodiment, the list adjustment instruction is a modify instruction; the list adjustment instruction is a modification instruction; the modification instruction comprises target scanning equipment user information and target information system user information; searching a target second identification corresponding to the target information system user information in the second list; searching whether a mapping relation of the user information of the target scanning equipment exists in a third list; if the mapping relation does not exist, searching a target first identification corresponding to the target scanning equipment user information in the first list; and adding the mapping relation of the target scanning equipment user information, the target first identification, the target information system user information and the target second identification in the third list. Specifically, first, a corresponding second identifier is searched in the second list according to the target information system user information in the modification instruction, then, whether a corresponding mapping relation exists is searched in the third list according to the target scanning device user information, and if not, a corresponding first identifier is searched in the first list according to the target scanning device user information. And newly adding a mapping relation among the target scanning equipment user information, the target first identification, the target information system user information and the target second identification in the third list.
In one embodiment, the list adjustment instruction is a delete instruction; the delete instruction comprises target second data; and deleting the mapping relation of the target second data in the third list. Specifically, the mapping relationship related to the second data is searched in the third list according to the target second data in the deletion instruction, and then the corresponding mapping relationship is deleted.
In actual use, the medical scanning apparatus stores a first list, a second list and a third list.

When the medical scanning device sends an instruction for requesting to inquire the user information of the patient to the RIS system, the RIS system feeds back the user information of the corresponding patient to the medical scanning device. The medical scanning device finds the user information corresponding to the second identification from the user information fed back by the RIS system and displays the user information in a display interface of the medical scanning device. When using the medical scanning apparatus, the doctor may sometimes wish to adjust the mapping relationship in the third list. For example: sometimes, the doctor does not want the information system user information corresponding to the second identification number (0010 ) to be displayed in the input box of the medical scanning device, and needs to adjust the third list if the doctor wants to have the information system user information corresponding to the second identification number (0010, 0040) to be displayed in the corresponding input box. Firstly, a mapping relation that whether the user information of the scanning equipment is a Patient Name and the first identifier is (0010 ) is searched in a third list. If so, the information system user information and the second identifier of the information which the doctor wants to display are found in the second list, and the information system user information and the second identifier which the doctor wants to display replace the previous data, so that the modification of the third list is completed. If not, the corresponding scanning equipment user information and the first identification are found in the first list, then the information system user information and the second identification of the information which the doctor wants to display are found in the second list, and the corresponding mapping relation is added in the third list. If the doctor does not want to obtain some user information from the RIS system, the mapping relation of the corresponding user information is deleted in the third list.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a third list adjustment method in one embodiment. The first list includes first data displayable by the medical scanning device; the second list comprises second data acquired by the medical scanning device from the information system; the third list includes a mapping of portions of the first data to the second data. For example, the first list includes a first data a, the second list includes second data B and C, and the third list includes a mapping relationship between a and B. Now the mapping relationship between a and B in the third list needs to be modified into the mapping relationship between a and C. Firstly, searching whether a mapping relation exists in C in a third list, and if the mapping relation exists in C, deleting the mapping relation before C; and then finding the mapping relation between A and B in the third list, modifying B corresponding to A into C, and storing the third list. If the mapping relation of C does not exist in the third list, the mapping relation between A and B is directly found in the third list, B corresponding to A is modified into C, and the third list is stored.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a third list adjustment method in another embodiment. The first list comprises first data displayable by the medical scanning device; the second list comprises second data acquired by the medical scanning device from the information system; the third list includes a mapping of portions of the first data to the second data. The first list contains the first data D, the second list contains the second data E, and the mapping relationship between D and E needs to be added to the third list. The method comprises the steps of firstly adding E in a third list, namely adding the name of an RIS field and the number of an RIS TAG, wherein at the moment, a first data corresponding to the E in the third list can have a field which is not matched with a current system, namely at the moment, the name of the RIS field and the name of the RIS TAG do not have a background field name and a TAG number which are matched with the name of the RIS TAG, when first data D needing to be added are in a first list, selecting one of the unmatched fields, automatically adding the name of the local field and the TAG number to a first data column of the list, and then saving the third list. And when the first data D needing to be added is not in the first list, clicking new data, adding D, namely adding the local field name and the TAG number, and then saving a third list.
The data list adjusting method can enable doctors to configure the data transmitted by the RIS system according to the requirements of the doctors, and which data needs to be displayed on the medical scanning equipment and in which field of the medical scanning equipment. And supports the RIS system to send information to the medical scanning device via the private Tag, as long as the RIS system engineer configures the private Tag on the RIS system into the third list of the medical scanning device. This allows more patient information to be registered in the RIS system. The doctor does not need to refill during scanning, and the doctor can directly obtain the data from the RIS system, thereby increasing the readability of medical scanning equipment to the RIS system data and improving the working efficiency. Flexibly meeting the requirements of users can greatly reduce the workload of manual input of doctors and improve the integrity of information.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining a first list, a second list and a third list; and then acquiring a list adjusting instruction input by a user, and adjusting the third list according to the list adjusting instruction, the first list and the second list. Wherein the first list comprises first data displayable by the scanning device; the second list includes second data acquired by the scanning device from the information system; the third list includes a mapping of portions of the first data to the second data. The information that the staff needs to display in the scanning device can be added in the third list according to the first list and the second list by the user instruction. The workload of staff for inputting information in the scanning equipment is reduced, and the scanning waiting time of patients is saved.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the above-described flow diagrams or in the flow diagrams of the figures may be performed in a computer system, such as a set of computer-executable instructions, and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flow diagrams, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.
