5. A point and voucher marketing system based on a block chain technology is characterized by comprising
The point and certificate generating unit is used for sending a point or certificate generating instruction request to the central processor by the merchant, generating a point or certificate instruction code if the central processor judges that the condition of generating the instruction is met, and otherwise, not generating the point or certificate instruction code and feeding back the point or certificate instruction code to the merchant;
the point or certificate changing unit is used for sending a point or certificate generation instruction request to the central processor for the consumer by the merchant, and changing point or certificate instruction codes of the merchant and the consumer if the central processor judges that the point or certificate generation instruction request meets the conditions;
the system comprises a point or certificate exchange unit, a central processor and a point or certificate exchange unit, wherein a consumer exchanges commodities, cash or rights with points or certificates by using the points or certificates in a merchant, and the point or certificate instruction codes of the merchant and the consumer are changed after the central processor judges that the exchange conditions are met;
the credit or certificate mortgage/pledge and loan unit is used for carrying out mortgage/pledge and loan requests by a merchant or a consumer at a loan party by using the credit or certificate, and changing the instruction codes of the credit or certificate of the merchant or the consumer and the loan party if the central processor judges that the credit or certificate meets the conditions;
and the point or certificate transfer unit is used for sending a point or certificate transfer request to the central processor by the merchant or the consumer, and changing point or certificate instruction codes of the transfer party and the receiving party if the central processor judges that the point or certificate transfer request meets the conditions.
6. The block-chain-technology-based points and vouchers marketing system of claim 5, wherein the vouchers include electronic vouchers and non-electronic vouchers, and the non-electronic vouchers are two-dimensional code media or purpose-made data chip cards with specific codes.
