The wheelchair user can accelerate blood circulation by massaging, and is beneficial to rehabilitation. The existing sickbed has a single structure and can not effectively prevent pressure sores.

The invention aims to provide a working method of a nursing device for medical general surgery department, which has the advantages that the nursing device is provided with two massage and beating components, the shoulders of a patient are subjected to vibration massage while the patient is subjected to rotary massage, the air permeability of the contact part of the patient and a bed plate can be ensured while the patient is subjected to vibration massage, and the contact part is prevented from being damp and uncomfortable; the angle of the movable bed board can be adjusted by controlling the angle adjusting component, so that a patient can lean on the movable bed board more comfortably.
