Based on the hardware structure of the device, the embodiment of the shutdown control method of the display terminal is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, in a first embodiment of a display terminal power-off control method according to the present invention, the display terminal power-off control method includes:
and step S10, when the snore detection instruction is received, audio information is acquired through a preset audio acquisition unit.
The display terminal shutdown control method in this embodiment is applied to display terminal shutdown control equipment, where the display terminal shutdown control equipment includes a display terminal and equipment for acquiring audio and detecting the audio, and the display terminal (hereinafter, all replaced with a television for example) may be an intelligent television, an intelligent screen and various display screens, and the equipment for acquiring audio and detecting the audio includes electroacoustic equipment having an audio acquiring function, such as a radio microphone, a speaker and an intelligent sound box. In this embodiment, the snore detecting instruction means that, in this embodiment, the display terminal shutdown control program can determine whether to execute an operation of shutting down the display terminal by judging whether the acquired audio information includes a snore segment, and the detection of the audio information is a function of the display terminal shutdown control program, and the snore detecting instruction is a condition for triggering the audio information detecting function to be turned on, that is, when the display terminal shutdown control program receives the snore detecting instruction, the audio information detecting function is turned on. The preset audio acquisition unit in this embodiment refers to an element, generally a microphone, for acquiring audio information in the display terminal shutdown control device, and is used for acquiring the audio information for detection in this embodiment. The audio information acquired by the preset audio acquisition unit includes far-field audio information and near-field audio information, the near-field audio information refers to sound emitted by the television, and the far-field audio information refers to audio information which is far away from the preset audio acquisition unit (generally 2 to 8 meters).
And step S20, judging whether the audio information contains the target snore fragment.
In this embodiment, the target snore fragment refers to a section of audio that contains valid snores within a period of time, and it can be known that valid snores refer to a section of audio that is obtained by performing snore detection on the obtained audio, and a section of detected audio that has snore characteristics needs to be detected continuously and regularly to ensure detection accuracy, and the display terminal shutdown control program can determine that the detected section of audio contains the target snore fragment.
In this embodiment, a specific application scenario is given, as shown in fig. 3, when the user falls asleep and the television is still in a running state, the display terminal shutdown control program automatically starts the audio information detection function, obtains far-field audio information through a microphone of the television or a radio device externally connected to the television, and further detects the obtained far-field audio information.
And step S30, if the audio information contains the target snore fragment, executing the operation of closing the display terminal.
Therefore, the method for controlling the shutdown of the display terminal in this embodiment aims to solve the technical problem of automatically shutting down the television when the user falls asleep, and when the display terminal shutdown control program determines that the far-field audio information contains the target snore segment, that is, the user falls asleep, the display terminal shutdown control program will shut down the television, so as to achieve the beneficial effect of energy saving. In this embodiment, the purpose of the display terminal shutdown control method is to shut down the television when the user falls asleep, and if the far-field audio information does not include the target snore fragment, it cannot indicate that the user falls asleep, and in this case, considering that the user is using the television, the display terminal shutdown control program will continue to acquire the far-field audio information and continue to detect the acquired far-field audio information.
Specifically, the steps before step S10 include:
step a1, when the operation of the user based on the display terminal interface is not detected within the first preset time period, outputting the snore detection switch interface.
Step a2, if the operation of the user based on the snore detection switch interface is not received within a second preset time after the snore detection switch interface is output, starting a preset snore detection mode, and generating a snore detection instruction in the preset snore detection mode.
As shown in fig. 4, when the shutdown control program of the display terminal detects that the user does not perform any operation (including volume increase and decrease, program change, and setting) on the television within a period of time (i.e., a first preset time period in this embodiment), a snore detecting switch interface is output on a display interface of the television (i.e., the display terminal interface in this embodiment), and the snore detecting switch interface may include prompt information, such as: detect you do nothing for a long time, do you turn on the snore detection function? Selection buttons may also be included, such as: if not, after the snore detection switch interface is displayed on the display interface of the television for a period of time (i.e., a second preset time period in the embodiment), the operation of the user on the snore detection switch interface is not received, which indicates that the user may be in a sleep state, and then, the display terminal shutdown control program starts a snore detection mode, and a snore detection instruction is automatically generated in the mode. Therefore, the first preset time period is generally several hours, the numerical value of the first preset time period is not limited in this embodiment, but the first preset time period is not too short, so as to avoid that the user is not provided with bad use experience due to frequent output of the snore detecting switch interface. The second preset time period is generally several minutes, and the function is to prompt the user whether to start the snore detecting function, so that the user can manually start and stop the snore detecting mode as an optional function of the television. If the user operates the snore detection switch interface within the second preset time period and selects the yes button, the snore detection instruction will be generated and the snore detection switch interface will be hidden, or if the user selects the no button, the snore detection instruction will not be generated and the snore detection switch interface will be hidden.
Specifically, the steps before step S10 further include:
and b1, if the user is detected to be on based on the preset snore detection mode, the preset snore detection mode is started.
And b2, acquiring the current time in the preset snore detection mode, and generating a snore detection instruction if the current time belongs to a preset time period.
It is known that the snore detection mode can also be turned on and off manually by the user as an optional function built into the television. If the display terminal shutdown control program detects that the user performs the operation of starting the snore detection mode, the snore detection mode is started, wherein the operation of starting the snore detection mode can be that the user manually selects the mode and starts the mode by using a remote controller, or that the user sends a voice instruction for starting the snore detection mode, such as 'starting the snore detection mode'. When the snore detecting mode is started, the display terminal shutdown control program may further acquire the current time of the system (i.e., the current time in this embodiment), and determine whether to generate the snore detecting instruction by determining whether the current time of the system belongs to a preset time period, where the preset time period is determined according to a historical time record of watching a television by the user, for example, it is known that the user often watches the television between seven pm and nine pm through acquiring the historical time record of watching the television by the user, while the user does not basically watch the television between nine pm and seven am of the next day, the preset time period is nine pm to seven am of the next day, and if the current time of the system belongs to the preset time period, it indicates that the user may be in a sleep state, then a snore detecting instruction is generated to determine whether the user is in the sleep state.
Specifically, after step S10, the steps before step S20 include:
and c1, performing a filtering operation on the audio information.
Step c2, if the audio information after the filtering operation contains far-field audio information, extracting the far-field audio information.
In this embodiment, the audio information collected by the preset audio collecting unit includes audio played by the television and audio other than the audio played by the television, where the audio played by the television is near-field audio, and the audio other than the audio played by the television includes far-field audio information and other audio information (e.g., noise). It should be noted that the preset audio collecting unit is generally a microphone with a radio function, and the speaker for playing sound by the television is generally a speaker of the television itself, or the user additionally purchases a sound box device and connects the sound box device to the television, so that the preset audio collecting unit collects at least two kinds of audio, one is audio played by the television, and the other is audio other than sound played by the television, and it is known that audio played by the television is not far-field audio that is desired in this embodiment. Therefore, after the preset audio acquisition unit acquires the audio information, the acquired audio information needs to be filtered to filter the audio played by the television, so as to obtain far-field audio information.
In an application scene that a user is asleep and a television is playing, besides sound played by the television, the sound played by the user comprises sound (snore) emitted by the user and external noise possibly existing, sound sources of the sound emitted by the user and the external noise are far relative to a preset audio acquisition unit, the sound sources of the sound emitted by the user and the external noise belong to far-field audio information, and near-field audio in the audio information acquired by the preset audio acquisition unit is filtered out, so that the far-field audio information can be acquired.
Specifically, the step c1 is a step of refining, which comprises:
and d1, acquiring the output signal of the preset audio playing device, and determining the target audio information with the phase opposite to that of the output signal.
And d2, inputting the audio information and the target input signal into a preset digital signal microprocessor as input signals, and filtering the near-field audio information.
For the shutdown control method of the display terminal in this embodiment, the far-field audio information is the audio information that needs to be obtained, and the sound played by the television becomes substantially a noise, and a noise reduction technology may be adopted to filter the sound played by the television. As is known, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP) is an embedded device that can convert an analog signal into a digital signal, and is widely used. Firstly, a DSP is connected before the power of a television is amplified, an output signal of a loudspeaker (namely, an output signal of preset audio playing equipment) for playing sound of the television is used as an input signal (namely, a target input signal) of a DSP noise gate after phase reversal for 180 degrees, namely, the output of the loudspeaker is used as noise to be filtered by the DSP, the input end of the DSP is connected with an analog signal of a radio microphone, and finally, the sound played by the television can be cancelled by an active noise reduction technology of the DSP, so that the audio around the television is obtained.
The principle of the active noise reduction technique is to find a sound (i.e. the target audio information in this embodiment) with the same frequency spectrum and opposite phase as the noise spectrum, so that the sound and the noise can be cancelled out, and the method for finding the sound can obtain the original input signal of the noise through an electronic circuit, where the original input signal of the noise is the output signal of the speaker of the television set in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, when the display terminal shutdown control program receives a snore detection instruction actively triggered by a user or automatically generated by a system, audio information is acquired through a preset audio acquisition device, far-field audio information is screened out from the acquired audio information through an active noise reduction technology, then whether the far-field audio information contains a target snore fragment or not is further judged, the sleeping state of the user is represented by the target snore fragment, if the far-field audio information contains the target snore fragment, that is, the user is judged to be in the sleeping state, and under the condition, the display terminal shutdown control program shuts down the television to achieve the purpose of saving electric energy. In this embodiment, when the user is asleep and the television is still in the on state, the preset audio information acquired by the audio acquisition unit includes the playing audio and other audio of the television, the acquired audio information is filtered to obtain far-field audio information, and if the user is in the asleep state and has continuous regular snores, the far-field audio information certainly contains target snore fragments, and the target snore fragments are taken as an indication that the user is in the asleep state, and then the television is turned off, so that the television is automatically turned off when the user is asleep, and electric energy is saved.
Further, referring to fig. 5, on the basis of the above embodiment of the present invention, a second embodiment of the power-off control method of the display terminal according to the present invention is provided.
This embodiment is a step of the first embodiment, which is a refinement of step S20, and the difference between this embodiment and the above-described embodiment of the present invention is:
step S21, obtaining a spectrogram and a oscillogram of the far-field audio information, and determining whether the spectrogram has regularity.
In this embodiment, the preset waveform diagram sample library is to store some waveform diagrams of snore audio samples, which are most representative, in a database to be used for matching with the audio waveform diagram of suspected snore, and determine whether the audio of the suspected snore contains snore according to a matching result, where the database is the preset waveform diagram sample library, and the waveform diagram in this embodiment is a waveform diagram of representative snore audio samples. In the present embodiment, the spectrogram and the oscillogram of the audio information represent the characteristics of the audio information, which include the distribution of sound waves in each frequency band, the amplitude frequency of the sound waves, and the like. It can be known that the frequency spectrogram of the continuous and regular snore is necessarily regular, and whether the far-field audio information has the preliminary characteristics containing the target snore fragment is determined by judging whether the frequency spectrogram of the far-field audio information has certain regularity.
Step S22, if the spectrogram has regularity, determining whether the waveform pattern matches a waveform sample pattern in a preset waveform pattern sample library.
It can be known that the frequency spectrogram of the continuous and regular snore is necessarily regular, and whether the far-field audio information has the preliminary characteristics containing the target snore fragment is determined by judging whether the frequency spectrogram of the far-field audio information has certain regularity. If the display terminal shutdown control program determines that the spectrogram of the far-field audio information does not have certain regularity, or the spectrogram of the far-field audio information has certain regularity, but when the waveform diagram of the far-field audio information is further matched with the waveform sample diagram in the preset waveform diagram sample library, the waveform rule represented by the waveform diagram of the far-field audio information is not similar to the waveform rule represented by the waveform sample diagram in the preset waveform diagram sample library, that is, the waveform diagram of the far-field audio information is not matched with the waveform sample diagram in the preset waveform diagram sample library, both the two conditions indicate that the far-field audio information does not contain the target snore fragment, and the display terminal shutdown control program will continue to detect whether the user operates the television interface within the first preset time period.
Step S23, if the waveform pattern matches the waveform sample pattern, determining that the far-field audio information includes the target snore fragment.
Therefore, if the display terminal shutdown control program determines that the spectrogram of the far-field audio information has certain regularity and the waveform pattern represented by the waveform pattern of the far-field audio information is similar to the waveform pattern represented by the waveform pattern in the preset waveform pattern sample library when the waveform pattern of the far-field audio information is further matched with the waveform pattern in the preset waveform pattern sample library, that is, the waveform pattern of the far-field audio information is matched with the waveform pattern in the preset waveform pattern sample library, the display terminal shutdown control program determines that the far-field audio information includes the target snore fragment.
Specifically, the step refined in step S20 further includes:
and e1, sending the far-field audio information to a remote identification platform through a preset interface.
And e2, if the remote identification platform identifies that the far-field audio information contains a target snore fragment, determining that the far-field audio information contains the target snore fragment.
Therefore, if the display terminal shutdown control program determines that the spectrogram of the far-field audio information has certain regularity, further matching the waveform pattern of the far-field audio information with the waveform sample pattern in the preset waveform pattern sample library, and if the waveform pattern represented by the waveform pattern of the far-field audio information is similar to the waveform sample pattern in the preset waveform pattern sample library, determining that the far-field audio information contains the target snore fragment. Therefore, the far-field audio information may be sent to the remote identification platform through an interface provided by the third party platform (i.e., the preset interface in this embodiment), so as to identify the far-field audio information through the existing AI technology, and determine whether the far-field audio information includes the target snore fragment according to the identification result.
In this embodiment, the far-field audio information may be sent to the remote identification platform by determining whether the spectrogram of the far-field audio information has regularity and whether the oscillogram of the far-field audio information matches a oscillogram sample map in a preset oscillogram sample library, and a method for determining whether the far-field audio information contains the target snore fragment is provided by an AI identification technology.
Further, referring to fig. 6, on the basis of the above embodiment of the present invention, a third embodiment of the power-off control method of the display terminal according to the present invention is provided.

and step S31, if the audio information contains the target snore fragment, outputting a shutdown prompt interface.
Step S22, if the operation of the user based on the shutdown prompt interface is not received within a third preset time after the shutdown prompt interface is output, execute an operation of closing the display terminal.
As shown in fig. 7, after determining that the far-field audio information includes the target snore fragment, the display terminal shutdown control program outputs a shutdown prompt interface on the display interface of the television, where the shutdown prompt interface may include prompt information, for example: detect you are asleep, do you turn off tv? Selection buttons may also be included, such as: if the user does not operate the shutdown prompt interface after the shutdown prompt interface displays a period of time (i.e., the third preset time period in this embodiment) on the display interface of the television, this indicates that the user is in a sleep state, and if the user operates the shutdown prompt interface, this indicates that the user is not asleep, or one user is asleep and the other user is watching the television, in this case, the display terminal shutdown control program will continue to detect whether the user operates the television interface within the first preset time period, or, after the user cancels the shutdown for a period of time, the display terminal shutdown control program starts the snore detection mode again, and the user can manually cancel the start of the snore detection mode and can set the snore mode not to start within a certain period of time.
