Abstract

The production cart is used for connecting and transferring solar cell products in various links, so that the transportation efficiency can be greatly improved, the potential safety hazard is reduced, and the production, purchase, later maintenance and other costs are saved.

The development of the solar cell belongs to the most rapid crystal silicon solar cell, the preparation of the crystal silicon solar cell generally comprises the working procedures of texturing, diffusion, film coating, screen printing, sintering and the like, wherein the working procedures are multiple, the whole preparation process needs to be circulated for many times, the circulation cart is frequently used, in addition, the requirement on cleanliness inside a solar cell workshop is very high, the local cleanliness reaches within thousands of grades, the requirement on a carrier for product circulation is very strict, and the stainless steel production cart commonly used in the prior art cannot well meet the requirements in the industry on cleanliness, safety and durability.

In view of the above, the invention provides a production cart made of a PP material, which can solve the problems that a stainless steel cart in the prior art is easy to collide and damage, or pollutes and damages solar cells, and is durable, safe and cost-saving.

Furthermore, the front ends of the bottom surfaces of the third storage room and the second storage room are provided with baffle plates for preventing the carriers from sliding down from the third storage room and the second storage room.

The production trolley has the advantages that a producer uses the production trolley meeting the product cleanliness standard to plug in and turn over solar cell products in each link, not only can the products in each process stage be borne in the third storage room and the second storage room, but also other tools or required materials can be stored in the first storage room, so that the space utilization of the whole trolley is maximized, the production personnel is greatly facilitated to operate the process, meanwhile, the PP production trolley is acid-alkali-resistant and durable in the whole production process, the transportation efficiency is greatly improved, the potential safety hazard is reduced, and the production purchasing, later maintenance and other costs are saved.

The carrier 6 is used for bearing products at each stage, different carriers 6 can be selected according to the characteristics of the products, and the flexible adaptability of the production cart is further embodied.
Preferably, the front ends of the bottom surfaces of the third storage room 5 and the second storage room 4 are provided with baffles for preventing the carriers 6 from sliding down from the third storage room 5 and the second storage room 4. Meanwhile, cleaning holes are formed in the baffle, and sewage or dust can be conveniently discharged when the third storage room 5 and the second storage room 4 are cleaned.
