Abstract
The invention discloses a graphene lubricating oil additive which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of graphene modified film-forming additive, 3-5 parts of calcium linoleate soap, 0.4-1 part of tert-butyl p-diphenol and 2-3 parts of sorbitan monostearate.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of lubricating oil, and particularly relates to a graphene lubricating oil additive and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Lubricating oil additives are compounds added to lubricants to impart new properties to the lubricant or to improve some of the properties already present in the lubricant. The additive mainly comprises antioxidant, antiwear agent, friction modifier (oiliness agent), extreme pressure additive, detergent, dispersant, foam inhibitor, anticorrosion and antirust agent, pour point improver, viscosity index improver and the like according to functions;
at present, the additives sold in the market are generally composite products of the above single additives, the properties of the additives are unstable, the dispersibility of the additives in base oil is poor, and the use effect of lubricating oil is easy to reduce.

The invention aims to overcome the defects that the additive sold in the existing market is unstable in property and poor in dispersibility in base oil, and provides a graphene lubricating oil additive which is good in dispersibility and has a lubricating effect enhancement, and a preparation method thereof.

10-15 parts of graphene modified film-forming additive, 3-5 parts of calcium linoleate soap, 0.4-1 part of tert-butyl p-diphenol and 2-3 parts of sorbitan monostearate.
The graphene modified film-forming assistant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
3-4 parts of graphene, 20-30 parts of methyl cellulose, 7-10 parts of petroleum sodium sulfonate, 4-6 parts of ethylene glycol, 5-7 parts of boric acid, 0.01-0.02 part of p-toluenesulfonic acid, 4-5 parts of epoxy propanol, 1-2 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and 0.1-0.2 part of sodium hydroxide.
The degree of substitution of the methylcellulose is from 2.4 to 2.7.
The preparation method of the graphene modified film-forming assistant comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing boric acid and graphene, preheating for 10-20 minutes at the temperature of 100-110 ℃, cooling to normal temperature, adding ethylene glycol and p-toluenesulfonic acid, and stirring for 1-2 hours at the temperature of 90-97 ℃ to obtain pretreated graphene;
(2) adding methyl cellulose into methanol with the weight 8-11 times of that of the methyl cellulose, uniformly stirring, sending into a constant-temperature water bath with the temperature of 55-60 ℃, adding fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, and stirring for 20-30 minutes under the condition of heat preservation to obtain a fiber dispersion liquid;
(3) mixing the pretreated graphene with epoxy propanol, adding the mixture into the fiber dispersion liquid, uniformly stirring, feeding the mixture into a stainless steel reaction kettle, introducing nitrogen, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle to 90-100 ℃, carrying out stirring reaction for 1-2 hours, adding sodium petroleum sulfonate and sodium hydroxide, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle to 150-160 ℃, carrying out heat preservation stirring for 2-3 hours, discharging, carrying out rotary evaporation, and removing toluene to obtain the graphene modified film-forming assistant.
A preparation method of a graphene lubricating oil additive comprises the following steps:
adding tert-butyl p-diphenol into absolute ethyl alcohol with the weight 4-7 times of the tert-butyl p-diphenol, uniformly stirring, adding calcium linoleate soap, raising the temperature to 60-70 ℃, keeping the temperature and stirring for 1-2 hours, adding the graphene modified film-forming assistant and sorbitan monostearate, uniformly stirring, and removing the ethyl alcohol by rotary evaporation to obtain the finished product.
The invention has the advantages that:
according to the invention, the graphene is treated by boric acid, blended with ethylene glycol, esterified at high temperature and mixed with epoxypropanol, a methyl cellulose methanol solution is used as a dispersion liquid, and sodium hydroxide is used as a catalyst, so that the dispersion performance of the graphene among methyl cellulose is improved, the mechanical strength of a methyl cellulose film is improved, and the graphene has good lubricating performance, so that the lubricating performance of the traditional oil can be effectively improved by the additive provided by the invention, and the quality of the finished oil is improved.

(3) mixing the pretreated graphene with epoxy propanol, adding the mixture into the fiber dispersion liquid, uniformly stirring, feeding the mixture into a stainless steel reaction kettle, introducing nitrogen, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle to 90 ℃, stirring for reaction for 1 hour, adding sodium petroleum sulfonate and sodium hydroxide, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle to 150 ℃, keeping the temperature and stirring for 2 hours, discharging, carrying out rotary evaporation, and removing toluene to obtain the graphene modified film-forming assistant.
