The invention reduces the daily inspection times of the motor, and the monitoring system collects data and uploads the data to the server, so that a technician can remotely monitor the working state of the motor, thereby avoiding the inspection personnel from working under severe working conditions and saving the personnel cost. The comparison parameters stored by the server are fault parameters and working parameters, the computer automatically compares the collected working parameters of the motor with the comparison parameters, judges whether the motor works in a problem or not, monitors the service life of the motor, gives an early warning to a technician, and timely maintains the motor or replaces a new motor.
