(3) transferring the mixture obtained in the step (2) into a grinder, grinding until the fineness is less than or equal to 20 mu m, and finishing grinding to obtain water slurry for later use;
(4) adding the waterborne modified acrylic resin into a new container, sequentially adding a drier, a solvent and deionized water B under stirring, fully and uniformly stirring at the rotating speed of 800r/min for 20 minutes, adding the water slurry obtained in the step (3), and continuously and uniformly stirring to obtain a material;
(5) and (3) adding the water-based acrylic emulsion into the material obtained in the step (4), adding the base material wetting agent, the flatting agent and the thickening agent in a stirring state, uniformly mixing to obtain a material, stirring at the rotating speed of 1000r/min for 20 minutes to obtain the product.
Comparative example 1 was compared with example 1 except that in comparative example 1, 30 parts of an aqueous resin was added without adding an aqueous emulsion, and the other components and preparation method were the same.

Comparative example 2 was compared with example 1 except that in comparative example 2, 30 parts of an aqueous emulsion was added without adding an aqueous resin, and the other components and preparation method were the same.

Comparative example 3 was compared with example 1 except that the amount of the aqueous resin added in comparative example 3 was 10 parts, the amount of the aqueous emulsion was 5 parts, and the other components and the preparation method were the same.

Comparative example 4 was compared with example 1 except that 30 parts of barium sulfate was added to comparative example 4 and the other components and preparation method were the same.

Comparative example 5 is compared with example 1 except that only 30 parts of powdered ferrophosphorus powder is added to comparative example 5 and the other components and preparation method are the same.
Comparative example 6
Comparative example 6 was compared to example 1 except that the siccative was absent from comparative example 6 and the other components and preparation were the same.
The products of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were subjected to product performance index tests:

as can be seen from table 1 above, the high-hardness single-component water-based coating is obtained by mixing and splicing a suitable water-based modified acrylic resin and a high-TG water-based acrylic emulsion and matching with a suitable pigment, a filler and an auxiliary agent, and the hardness of the finished coating is increased quickly, the hardness can be increased to H level, the salt spray resistance is good, the salt spray resistance is up to 400H, the surface drying speed is high, and the stability is good;
when the waterborne modified acrylic resin is matched with the waterborne acrylic emulsion for use, the pH value is adjusted by the neutralizing agent, so that the mixed system can be kept in a stable state, and the mixed system can be stored for a long time and can be normally used; the thickening agent adjusts the viscosity of the coating, thereby facilitating construction; the hardness and the salt spray resistance are improved by using hard fillers such as ferrophosphorus powder and the like;
the coating obtained by compounding and matching the raw materials in the application has good hardness, good stability and good salt spray resistance, and is lack of aqueous modified acrylic resin and aqueous acrylic emulsion, so that the obtained coating has poor salt spray resistance, low hardness and slow surface drying speed; the lack of a drier affects the drying rate of the product; the absence of N, N-dimethylethanolamine and thickener affects the stability of the coating.
For the products obtained in example 1 of the present application, product performance index tests were performed on control groups 7 to 9 (wherein the control groups 7 to 9 were commercially available products of 3 existing companies, the control group 7 was obtained from tomb-wang-run petrochemical company ltd, the product name was water-emulsion type waterproof coating one-component polyurethane waterproof coating, the control group 8 was obtained from shanghai mien shi chemical building materials ltd, the product name was epoxy primer N L-510 for water-based electromechanical devices, the control group 9 was obtained from beijing eismer science ltd, the product name was TH-21 high-hardness fingerprint-resistant rust-proof transparent water-based anticorrosive coating):

As can be seen from Table 2: the performance of the coating is obviously superior to that of other brands sold in the market, and particularly, the hardness, surface drying speed and salt spray resistance of the coating are greatly improved compared with those of products of other manufacturers. Therefore, the modified acrylic resin can improve the hardness, the surface drying speed, the salt spray resistance and other product performances by mixing with the high-TG acrylic emulsion and then matching with a proper filler.
The raw materials listed in the invention, the values of the upper limit and the lower limit and the interval of the raw materials, and the values of the upper limit and the lower limit and the interval of the process parameters can all realize the invention, and the examples are not listed.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, other and further embodiments of the invention may be devised without departing from the basic scope thereof, and the scope thereof is determined by the claims that follow.

Claims (10)

1. The high-hardness single-component water-based paint is characterized by comprising water-based resin, water-based emulsion, a drier, a conventional auxiliary agent, a neutralizer, pigment, filler, deionized water, a thickener and a solvent.

The high-hardness single-component water-based paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the high-hardness single-component water-based paint comprises, by mass, 20-30 parts of water-based resin, 10-15 parts of water-based emulsion, 0-0.5 part of a drier, 1-4 parts of a conventional auxiliary agent, 0-0.3 part of a neutralizer, 5-10 parts of a pigment, 15-30 parts of a filler, 25-35 parts of deionized water, 0-1 part of a thickener and 2-4 parts of a solvent.
3. The high-hardness single-component water-based paint as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the pH value of the water-based resin is 7-9, the non-volatile component is 72 +/-2 percent, and the density is 1.02g/cm2Brown viscous water-based modified acrylic resin.
4. The high-hardness single-component water-based paint as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the conventional auxiliary agents are a dispersing agent, a water-based organic silicon defoaming agent, a flatting agent and a base material wetting agent;
calculated by taking 1 part of conventional auxiliary agent as a base part by weight, 0.4-2 parts of dispersing agent, 0.2-0.5 part of water-based organic silicon defoaming agent, 0.2-0.7 part of flatting agent and 0.2-0.8 part of base material wetting agent.
5. The high-hardness single-component water-based paint disclosed in claim 1 is characterized in that: the neutralizer is N, N-dimethylethanolamine.
6. The high-hardness single-component water-based paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the water-based emulsion is water-based acrylic emulsion, and the TG value is 68 ℃.
7. The high-hardness single-component water-based paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the solvent is a mixture of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and alcohol ester-12, and the mass parts of the ethylene glycol monobutyl ether are as follows: the alcohol ester-12 is 1:1.
8. The high-hardness single-component water-based paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the filler is a mixed compound of barium sulfate and ferrophosphorus powder, and the compound proportion is as follows by mass parts: the ratio of the ferrophosphorus powder is 1:1-1: 2;
the pigment is carbon black pigment or titanium dioxide pigment.
9. The high-hardness single-component water-based paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the thickening agent is any one or the combination of two of polyurethane associated rheological additives or alkali thickening additives.

The method for preparing a high-hardness one-component water-based paint according to any one of claims 1 or 2, wherein: the method comprises the following specific steps of: the high-hardness single-component water-based paint comprises 20-30 parts of water-based resin, 10-15 parts of water-based emulsion, 0-0.5 part of drier, 1-4 parts of conventional auxiliary agent, 0-0.3 part of neutralizer, 5-10 parts of pigment, 15-30 parts of filler, 25-35 parts of deionized water, 0-1 part of thickener and 2-4 parts of solvent;
calculated by taking 1 part of conventional auxiliary agent as a base part by weight, 0.4-2 parts of dispersing agent, 0.2-0.5 part of water-based organic silicon defoaming agent, 0.2-0.7 part of flatting agent and 0.2-0.8 part of base material wetting agent;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively averagely dividing the neutralizer and the deionized water into two parts, namely a neutralizer A, a neutralizer B, deionized water A and deionized water B;
(2) sequentially adding deionized water A, a dispersing agent, a neutralizing agent A, a water-based organic silicon defoaming agent, a pigment and a filler into a container under a stirring state, keeping the rotating speed at 800r/min, and stirring for 20 minutes to obtain a mixture;
(3) transferring the mixture obtained in the step (2) into a grinder, grinding until the fineness is less than or equal to 20 mu m, and finishing grinding to obtain water slurry for later use;
(4) adding the aqueous resin into a new container, sequentially adding a neutralizer B, a drier, a solvent and deionized water B under a stirring state, fully and uniformly stirring at a rotation speed of 800r/min for 20 minutes, then adding the water slurry obtained in the step (3), and continuously and uniformly stirring to obtain a material;
(5) and (3) adding the water-based emulsion into the material obtained in the step (4), adding the base material wetting agent, the flatting agent and the thickening agent in a stirring state, uniformly mixing to obtain a material, stirring at the rotating speed of 1000r/min for 20 minutes to obtain the product.
