Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种稳定剂组合物及其用于改善塑料的抗黄变性的用途。此外,本发明涉及一种包含该稳定剂组合物的塑料组合物。
背景
塑料材料广泛用于需要抗黄变的领域,例如消费者零件的户外壳体、汽车外部零件或高反射应用,更特别地用于制造发光二极管(LED)组件。其中,聚酰胺,尤其是半芳族聚酰胺已被广泛用作低成本和容易加工的材料以代替陶瓷用于LED组件,例如壳体、反射器和反射器板,其中希望优异的耐热性和高的光反射率。尽管与其它高温树脂如聚对苯二甲酸亚环己基二亚甲基酯(PCT)相比,聚酰胺,尤其是半芳族聚酰胺具有显著更好的加工性和机械性能,但是持续困扰LED应用中所用的聚酰胺组合物的一个问题是当在生产或最终使用期间长期暴露于热时它们倾向于变黄,这将导致反射率显著降低。
过去已经开发了许多配制技术来解决这个问题,并且真的取得了一些进展。
例如,US7009029描述了一种高反射率热塑性聚邻苯二甲酰胺(PPA)模塑组合物,其包含具有良好控制的粒度的白色颜料二氧化钛;CN103890040描述了一种聚酰胺组合物,其通过使用氧化镁添加剂而在热老化后具有改善的反射率;EP2723807通过将氧化镁与有机亚磷酸酯结合进一步优化了该稳定剂。
此外,CN103619934A描述了一种具有良好耐热性和非常好的耐LED性的组合物,其包含至少一种半芳香族聚酰胺、白色颜料、至少一种金属氢氧化物和/或至少一种除过渡金属氧化物以外的金属氧化物,和有机亚磷酸酯。
此外,CN105602243A描述了一种聚酰胺组合物及其应用。所述聚酰胺组合物包含A)30-90重量份的半芳香族聚酰胺树脂和B)10-50重量份的白色颜料和/或增强填料,其中所述聚酰胺组合物中镁元素与磷元素的质量比为0.1-100:1。
然而,这些进展对于实际应用而言仍然不能令人满意,尤其是当老化温度非常高(190℃或更高)或老化时间非常长(500小时或更长)时。与PCT相比,在抗黄变性能方面仍存在一些差距。因此,开发一种在模塑后和热老化后具有更好反射性能的塑料组合物是非常有必要的和具有市场价值的。
发明概述
已惊讶地发现,通过将包含有机铜配合物和有机次膦酸盐的稳定剂组合物掺入到在需要抗黄变的领域中使用的塑料中,例如消费品零件的户外壳体、汽车外部零件或高反射应用,更特别地用于制造发光二极管(LED)组件,已经实现了非常好的抗黄变性能和因此甚至在长时间热老化之后的优异反射率。基于该发现,本发明人完成了本发明。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种稳定剂组合物,其可以改善用于需要抗黄变的领域中的塑料的抗黄变性能,例如消费者零件的户外壳体、汽车外部零件或高反射应用,更特别地用于制造发光二极管(LED)组件。

本发明的另一目的是提供一种包含该稳定剂组合物的塑料组合物,其即使在长时间热老化后也显示出非常好的抗黄变性,因此显示出优异的反射率。
发明详述
本发明的目的可通过稳定剂组合物来实现,所述稳定剂组合物包含有机次膦酸盐和包含有机铜配合物的混合物。
因此,在第一方面中,本发明涉及一种稳定剂组合物,其包含有机次膦酸盐和包含有机铜配合物的混合物。
包含有机铜配合物的混合物可进一步包含含卤化合物。含卤化合物优选为金属卤化物,例如但不限于卤化物如KCl、KBr和/或KI等。
优选地,所述混合物包含约50-约75重量%的含卤化合物和约25-约50重量%的有机铜配合物,在每种情况下基于混合物的总重量。更优选地,所述混合物可呈包含约50-约75重量%碘化钾和约25-约50重量%有机铜配合物的共混物形式,在每种情况下基于混合物的总重量。
有机铜配合物是具有铜原子(或离子)作为配位中心和有机结构部分作为有机配体的配位化合物。有机配体的典型实例为三苯基膦、巯基苯并咪唑、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、乙酰丙酮化物、乙二胺、草酸盐、二亚乙基三胺、三亚乙基四胺、吡啶、二磷酮(diphosphone)和/或联吡啶。优选的有机配体为三苯基膦和/或巯基苯并咪唑。
本发明使用的优选铜配合物通常通过铜离子与有机配体的反应而制备。
所述有机次膦酸盐可由下式表示:
其中Ar可为C6-C18芳基,X为选自Na、Ca、Mg、Al或Zn的金属阳离子。C6-C18芳基可为未取代的或被取代基取代,所述取代基例如为C1-C10烷基、C3-C10环烷基、C1-C10烷氧基、C3-C10环烷氧基、C1-C10烷硫基、C3-C10环烷硫基、C1-C10烷基氨基、C3-C10环烷基胺基、C6-C18芳基、C6-C18芳氧基、C6-C18芳硫基、C6-C18芳基氨基、卤素等,及其组合。优选地,C6-C18芳基可为C6-C16芳基,优选C6-C14芳基,更优选C6-C12芳基,最优选苯基或萘基。优选地,次膦酸盐为苯次膦酸钠。
本发明的稳定剂组合物可通过将各组分混合在一起而制备。有机次膦酸盐与包含有机铜配合物的混合物的重量比可例如为约0.1-约10,优选为约0.2-约8,更优选为约0.3-约3。
已惊讶地发现,通过在塑料,尤其聚酰胺,特别是半芳族聚酰胺中使用本发明的稳定剂组合物,获得了非常好的抗黄变性和因此甚至在长时间热老化后优异的反射率。
因此,在第二方面中,本发明涉及本发明的稳定剂组合物用于改善在需要抗黄变的领域中使用的材料的抗黄变的用途。
用于需要抗黄变的领域的材料的基础树脂可为塑料。所述塑料可为热塑性塑料,例如聚酰胺、聚碳酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和/或聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,优选聚酰胺,尤其是半芳族聚酰胺,特别是热塑性聚邻苯二甲酰胺(PPA)。包含稳定剂组合物的材料可用于需要抗黄变的领域,例如消费者零件的户外壳体、汽车外部零件或高反射应用,更特别地用于制造发光二极管(LED)组件。
如上所述,聚酰胺,尤其是半芳族聚酰胺可用于LED组件,例如壳体、反射器和反射器板。然而,当在制造或最终使用期间长期暴露于热时,它们会发生黄变。令人惊讶地发现,本发明的稳定剂组合物非常适合用于半芳族聚酰胺中,并导致非常好的抗黄变性能和因此甚至在长时间热老化后优异的反射率。
因此,在第三方面中,本发明涉及一种塑料组合物,其包含本发明的稳定剂组合物。
本发明所用的塑料可为任何常规塑料,尤其是热塑性塑料,例如聚酰胺、聚碳酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和/或聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯。优选地,所述塑料为聚酰胺,尤其是热塑性聚酰胺,例如脂族聚酰胺和/或半芳族聚酰胺,以及无定形聚酰胺和/或半结晶聚酰胺,和/或其聚酰胺共聚物。
聚酰胺的重复单元可由选自(A)内酰胺、(B)二羧酸和二胺、以及(C)氨基羧酸中的至少一种组分获得。
合适的内酰胺优选为包含6-12个碳原子的内酰胺,例如丁内酰胺、2-吡咯烷酮(γ-丁内酰胺)、戊内酰胺、2-哌啶酮(δ-戊内酰胺)、ε-己内酰胺、辛内酰胺、癸内酰胺、十一内酰胺、庚内酰胺和/或月桂内酰胺,更优选为ε-己内酰胺。
二羧酸可为脂族二羧酸、脂环族二羧酸和/或芳族二羧酸。
合适的脂族二羧酸优选为包含4-24个碳原子的脂族二羧酸,例如琥珀酸、戊二酸、己二酸、庚二酸、辛二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、十一烷-1,11-二甲酸、十二烷-1,12-二甲酸、富马酸和/或衣康酸。
合适的脂环族二羧酸优选包含至少一个选自环己烷、环戊烷、环己基甲烷、二环己基甲烷、双(甲基环己基)的碳骨架,更优选顺式和反式环戊烷-1,3-二甲酸、顺式和反式环戊烷-1,4-二甲酸、顺式和反式环己烷-1,2-二甲酸、顺式和反式环己烷-1,3-二甲酸、顺式和反式环己烷-1,4-二甲酸。
合适的芳族二羧酸优选为对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸、萘二甲酸和/或二苯基二甲酸。
二胺可为脂族二胺、脂环族二胺和/或芳族二胺。
合适的脂族二胺优选为包含4-24个碳原子的脂族二胺,例如丁二胺、戊二胺、己二胺、庚二胺、辛二胺、壬二胺、癸二胺、十一烷二胺、十二烷二胺、十三烷二胺、十四烷二胺、十六烷二胺、十八烷二胺、二十烷二胺、二十二烷二胺、2-甲基戊二胺、2-甲基-1,8-辛二胺、2,2,4-三甲基六亚甲基二胺、2,4,4-三甲基六亚甲基二胺、5-甲基壬烷-1,9-二胺和/或2,4-二甲基辛二胺。
合适的脂环族二胺优选为双(3,5-二烷基-4-氨基环己基)甲烷、双(3,5-二烷基-4-氨基环己基)乙烷、双(3,5-二烷基-4-氨基环己基)丙烷、双(3,5-二烷基-4-氨基环己基)丁烷、双(3-甲基-4-氨基环己基)甲烷(BMACM或MACM)、对-双(氨基环己基)甲烷(PACM)、亚异丙基二(环己胺)(PACP)和/或异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)。
合适的芳族二胺优选为间苯二甲胺(MXDA)、对苯二甲胺、双(4-氨基苯基)甲烷、3-甲基联苯胺、2,2-双(4-氨基苯基)丙烷、1,1-双(4-氨基苯基)环己烷、1,2-二氨基苯、1,3-二氨基苯、1,4-二氨基苯、1,2-二氨基萘、1,3-二氨基萘、1,4-二氨基萘、2,3-二氨基甲苯、N,N'-二甲基-4,4'-联苯二胺、双(4-甲基氨基苯基)甲烷和/或2,2'-双(4-甲基氨基苯基)丙烷。
合适的氨基羧酸优选为6-氨基己酸、7-氨基庚酸、9-氨基壬酸、10-氨基癸酸、11-氨基十一烷酸和/或12-氨基十二烷酸。

聚酰胺的量可为30-97%,优选为40-80%,更优选为45-70%,基于塑料组合物的总重量。
半芳族聚酰胺的量可为30-97%,优选为40-80%,更优选为45-70%,基于塑料组合物的总重量。
包含有机铜配合物的混合物的量可为约0.1-约2%,优选为约0.2-约1.5%,更优选为约0.3-约1%,基于塑料组合物的总重量。
有机次膦酸盐的量可为约0.05-约2%,优选为约0.1-约1%,更优选为约0.2-约0.8%,基于塑料组合物的总重量。
所述塑料组合物可包含白色颜料。白色颜料可为本领域任何常规的白色颜料,例如TiO2、ZnS、ZnO、BaSO4及其混合物。
白色颜料的量可为约2-约50%,优选俄约10-约45%,更优选为约20-约40%,基于塑料组合物的总重量。
本发明的塑料组合物可包含填料,例如玻璃纤维、矿物粉末(例如滑石粉、硅灰石、云母)。
填料的量可为0-约50%,优选为0-约30%,更优选为0-约20%,基于塑料组合物的总重量。
此外,本发明的塑料组合物可包含各种其它添加剂,例如冲击改进剂、抗静电剂、导电性赋予剂、热稳定剂、光稳定剂(尤其是UV稳定剂)、润滑剂和阻燃剂。添加剂可各自单独使用或组合使用。该类添加剂是本领域公知的,并且可商购获得。
作为冲击改进剂的实例,应提及以下:烯烃的共聚物,烯烃和α,β-不饱和羧酸的共聚物,以及弹性体如苯乙烯基弹性体。冲击改进剂的加入将改善组合物的冲击强度。
作为抗静电剂的实例,应提及以下:阴离子型抗静电剂、阳离子型抗静电剂和非离子型抗静电剂。作为导电性赋予剂的实例,应提及如下:炭黑、碳纤维和金属纤维。
作为热稳定剂的实例,应提及以下:受阻酚化合物、亚磷酸酯基化合物、受阻胺基化合物、三嗪基化合物和硫基化合物。
作为光稳定剂的实例,应提及以下:二苯甲酮基化合物、苯并三唑基化合物、水杨酸酯基化合物、受阻胺基化合物和受阻酚类化合物。
作为润滑剂的实例,应提及以下:氟树脂,例如聚四氟乙烯;聚硅氧烷,例如聚二甲基硅氧烷和氟改性的聚二甲基硅氧烷;以及蜡,例如天然和合成蜡,例如褐煤酸蜡、褐煤酯蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、聚乙烯蜡、氧化蜡、聚乙烯基醚蜡、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯蜡和上述蜡的混合物。
作为阻燃剂的实例,应提及以下:含溴阻燃剂、含氮阻燃剂、含磷阻燃剂和含氮磷阻燃剂;以及水合金属基阻燃剂。
在优选的实施方案中,所述塑料组合物包含:
A).约30-约97%的半芳族聚酰胺,
B).约2-约50%的白色颜料,
C).约0.1-约2%的包含有机铜配合物的混合物,
D).约0.05-约2%的有机次膦酸盐,
E).0-约50%的填料。
在本发明中,基于塑料组合物的总重量,各组分的量合计达100重量%。此外,各组分的范围和优选范围可彼此组合。
本发明的塑料组合物可通过任何能够获得均质混合物的方法制备,例如熔融挤出、压制或辊掺混。有利地,所述组合物可以以颗粒形式通过在本领域技术人员已知的工具上配混而获得,所述工具例如为双螺杆挤出机、共捏合机或密炼机。
本发明的塑料组合物显示出非常好的抗黄变性能和因此甚至在长时间热老化后优异的反射率,这使得其适于高反射应用,更特别地用于制造发光二极管(LED)组件。
因此,在第四方面中,本发明涉及可由所述塑料组合物获得的制品。更特别地,所述制品可为发光二极管(LED)组件,例如壳体、反射器和反射器板。
本发明的制品可通过使用上文所定义组合物,通过注塑、挤出、挤出吹塑、共挤出等制备。
在注塑期间,将本发明的塑料组合物在注射成型机机筒中热熔融,以熔融状态注入模具中,冷却并固化为预定形状,然后作为模塑体从模具中取出。要求将注塑时的树脂温度设定为等于或高于聚酰胺的熔点且低于熔点+100℃的温度。优选将用于注塑的塑料组合物充分干燥。高含水量的半芳香族聚酰胺在注射成型机的机筒内发泡,有时难以获得最佳的成型体。
通过实施例具体描述本发明。然而,本发明并不限于实施例。
实施例
实施例中所用的原料如下。
实施例的配方示于下表1中。将原料在高速搅拌器(Turbula T50A,获自GlenMills Inc.)中混合在一起,供入双螺杆挤出机(Coperion ZSK26MC,获自CoperionWerner&Pfleiderer GmbH,德国)中,在320℃的温度下熔融挤出,造粒,由此获得粒料形式的半芳族聚酰胺组合物。然后将如此获得的组合物在烘箱中在120℃下干燥8小时,然后在300℃的温度下通过注射成型机(KM130CX,获自Krauss Maffei,夹紧力为130T)模塑,由此获得用于测试的样品。还在320℃熔融温度和140℃模具温度下,使用压力为500巴的螺旋流工具在该机器上测量了材料流动长度(SPF)。将熔体注入恒定横截面(2mm厚,5.5mm宽)的螺旋形流道中,沿流道标出编号且细分的厘米数。从螺旋中心的浇口填充模具,并保持压力直到流动停止,模塑的螺旋尖端处的数值给出了流动长度。反射率测试是用Datacolor公司的DC500分光光度计,用模塑的塑料板(60×60×2mm)样品在460nm波长下进行测量的。

如表2所示,包含本发明稳定化包装(有机次膦酸盐和包含有机铜盐配合物和KI的混合物)的聚酰胺组合物,即E1和E2,显示出高的初始反射率(>90%)以及在高温(190℃)和中温(120℃)下热老化后低的反射率衰减。此外,本发明的模塑组合物还具有良好的流动性和机械性能。显然,如果仅使用这两种稳定剂中的一种,则不能获得该优异的性能,因为初始和老化的反射率都降低,如CE1和CE4所示。更明显地,CE3的组分与E1的那些相同,唯一的区别在于E1使用次膦酸盐,而CE3使用亚磷酸盐;然而,CE3的反射率在任何情况下都低于E1的反射率。
Claims (38)
1.一种塑料组合物,其包含稳定剂组合物,所述稳定剂组合物包含有机次膦酸盐和包含有机铜配合物的混合物,其中所述混合物进一步包含含卤化合物,其中所述混合物包含50-75重量%的含卤化合物和25-50重量%的有机铜配合物,在每种情况下基于所述混合物的总重量,其中所述塑料为聚酰胺,
其中所述含卤化合物为金属卤化物,
其中所述塑料组合物进一步包含白色颜料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料组合物,其中所述含卤化合物为KCl、KBr和/或KI。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料组合物,其中所述有机铜配合物是具有铜原子或离子作为配位中心和有机结构部分作为有机配体的配位化合物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的塑料组合物,其中所述有机铜配合物是具有铜原子或离子作为配位中心和有机结构部分作为有机配体的配位化合物。
5.根据权利要求3所述的塑料组合物,其中所述有机结构部分为选自三苯基膦、巯基苯并咪唑、乙二胺四乙酸、乙酰丙酮化物、乙二胺、草酸盐、二亚乙基三胺、三亚乙基四胺、吡啶、二磷酮和联吡啶中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的塑料组合物,其中所述有机结构部分为选自三苯基膦、巯基苯并咪唑、乙二胺四乙酸、乙酰丙酮化物、乙二胺、草酸盐、二亚乙基三胺、三亚乙基四胺、吡啶、二磷酮和联吡啶中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的塑料组合物,其中所述有机结构部分选自三苯基膦和巯基苯并咪唑。
8.根据权利要求6所述的塑料组合物,其中所述有机结构部分选自三苯基膦和巯基苯并咪唑。
9.根据权利要求1所述的塑料组合物,所述混合物包含50-75重量%的碘化钾和25-50重量%有机铜配合物,在每种情况下基于所述混合物的总重量。
11.根据权利要求10所述的塑料组合物,其中C6-C18芳基为未取代的或被选自C1-C10烷基、C3-C10环烷基、C1-C10烷氧基、C3-C10环烷氧基、C1-C10烷硫基、C3-C10环烷硫基、C1-C10烷基氨基、C3-C10环烷基胺基、C6-C18芳基、C6-C18芳氧基、C6-C18芳硫基、C6-C18芳基氨基、卤素及其组合的取代基取代。
12.根据权利要求10所述的塑料组合物,其中C6-C18芳基为C6-C16芳基。
13.根据权利要求12所述的塑料组合物,其中C6-C18芳基为C6-C14芳基。
14.根据权利要求12所述的塑料组合物,其中C6-C18芳基为C6-C12芳基。
15.根据权利要求12所述的塑料组合物,其中C6-C18芳基为苯基或萘基。
16.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的塑料组合物,有机次膦酸盐与包含有机铜配合物的混合物的重量比为0.1-10。
17.根据权利要求16所述的塑料组合物,有机次膦酸盐与包含有机铜配合物的混合物的重量比为0.2-8。
18.根据权利要求16所述的塑料组合物,有机次膦酸盐与包含有机铜配合物的混合物的重量比为0.3-3。
19.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的塑料组合物,其中所述聚酰胺为脂族聚酰胺和/或半芳族聚酰胺和/或其共聚物;所述聚酰胺的量为30-97%,基于所述塑料组合物的总重量。
20.根据权利要求19所述的塑料组合物,其中所述聚酰胺的量为40-80%,基于所述塑料组合物的总重量。
21.根据权利要求19所述的塑料组合物,其中所述聚酰胺的量为45-70%,基于所述塑料组合物的总重量。
22.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的塑料组合物,其中包含有机铜配合物的混合物的量为0.1-2%,基于所述塑料组合物的总重量。
23.根据权利要求22所述的塑料组合物,其中包含有机铜配合物的混合物的量为0.2-1.5%,基于所述塑料组合物的总重量。
24.根据权利要求22所述的塑料组合物,其中包含有机铜配合物的混合物的量为0.3-1%,基于所述塑料组合物的总重量。
25.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的塑料组合物,其中所述有机次膦酸盐的量为0.05-2%,基于所述塑料组合物的总重量。
26.根据权利要求25所述的塑料组合物,其中所述有机次膦酸盐的量为0.1-1%,基于所述塑料组合物的总重量。
27.根据权利要求25所述的塑料组合物,其中所述有机次膦酸盐的量为0.2-0.8%,基于所述塑料组合物的总重量。
28.根据权利要求1所述的塑料组合物,其中所述白色颜料选自TiO2、ZnO、BaSO4及其混合物。
29.根据权利要求1所述的塑料组合物,其中所述白色颜料的量为2-50%,基于所述塑料组合物的总重量。
30.根据权利要求29所述的塑料组合物,其中所述白色颜料的量为10-45%,基于所述塑料组合物的总重量。
31.根据权利要求29所述的塑料组合物,其中所述白色颜料的量为20-40%,基于所述塑料组合物的总重量。
32.根据权利要求1所述的塑料组合物,其包含:
A).30-97%的半芳族聚酰胺,
B).2-50%的白色颜料,
C).0.1-2%的包含有机铜配合物的混合物,
D).0.05-2%的有机次膦酸盐,
E).0-50%的填料。
33.一种由根据权利要求1-32中任一项所述的塑料组合物获得的制品。
34.根据权利要求33所述的制品,其中所述制品为发光二极管组件。
35.根据权利要求34所述的制品,其中所述制品为发光二极管的壳体、反射器或反射器板。
36.稳定剂组合物用于改善聚酰胺的抗黄变的用途,所述聚酰胺用于需要抗黄变的领域,其中所述稳定剂组合物包含有机次膦酸盐和包含有机铜配合物的混合物,其中所述混合物进一步包含含卤化合物,其中所述混合物包含50-75重量%的含卤化合物和25-50重量%的有机铜配合物,在每种情况下基于所述混合物的总重量,
其中所述含卤化合物为金属卤化物,
其中包含稳定剂组合物和聚酰胺的塑料组合物进一步包含白色颜料。
37.根据权利要求36所述的用途,其中所述聚酰胺用于消费者零件的户外壳体、汽车外部零件或高反射应用。
38.根据权利要求36所述的用途,其中所述聚酰胺用于制造发光二极管组件。
