When a user initiates an address input request through a terminal, firstly, the identifier of the communication environment where the terminal is located is obtained, and address information which is stored in advance and corresponds to the identifier is searched. If the address information corresponding to the identification is found, recommending the found address information to the user. If the address information corresponding to the identifier is not found, the address information input by the user is stored, the corresponding relation between the address information input by the user and the identifier is established, and the corresponding relation is stored. If the association relation exists, the address information corresponding to the communication environment where the terminal is located is recommended to the user, and compared with the manual address input, the address information recommended to the user is higher in accuracy. If the association relation does not exist, the association relation between the address input by the current user and the communication environment of the terminal is established and stored, so that the follow-up recommended address service can be smoothly carried out.

Description

Information recommendation method and device
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of internet technologies, and in particular, to an information recommendation method and apparatus.
Background
In order to better provide services to users, service providers are constantly striving to improve the efficiency of users to obtain related services, further improve user experience and improve retention.
Taking the take-out of the user point as an example, when the user reaches a new take-out of the office address point, a take-out address (i.e., the new office address) needs to be added to the take-out application program (i.e., the application program provided by the service provider) first, after the take-out address is determined, the take-out is selected, and then the delivery person waits for the take-out to be delivered.
In the prior art, as shown in fig. 2a, if the geographical location corresponding to the receiving address has no specific coordinates (i.e. cannot be displayed on the electronic map) in the process of adding the receiving address by the user, the interest point (Point of Information, POI) having specific coordinates near the receiving address is selected from the electronic map called by the take-out application program, and then the detailed information of the receiving address is manually supplemented.
Therefore, when the receiving address is newly added in the above manner, the problem that the receiving address corresponding to the same geographic position is described differently may occur due to different personal habits of users. For example, for the same geographic location, when the receiving address of the geographic location is "the east a building 1 unit 7 with 100 m at the intersection of P and Q" and the room 203, some users may write "the east a building 1 unit 7 with 1-203" and some users may write "the west building 1 unit 203 with 100 m at the intersection of P and Q" and so on, which is disadvantageous for address unification and may increase the difficulty of distribution of the distributor. If the user wrongly writes the receiving address as "area a, floor 1, 7, 203, room", the distribution will be failed when "eastern a" and "area a" are not one cell. In addition, this method adds a new shipping address, and requires a relatively large number of links (map search, selection, manual address supplement, etc.) for user operation.

Detailed Description
For the purposes of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present specification more apparent, the technical solutions of the present specification will be clearly and completely described below with reference to specific embodiments of the present specification and corresponding drawings. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present specification. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
The following describes in detail the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present specification with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an information recommendation method provided in the present specification, where the schematic flow chart includes:
s100: and acquiring an input address request initiated by a user through the terminal.
When the user needs to newly build an address or modify the address based on the original address information, a request for inputting the address can be initiated through the terminal. Taking the take-out of the user point as an example, when the user reaches a new office address to take-out, the receiving address needs to be newly added on the take-out application program. The user may open a takeaway application on the terminal to initiate an incoming address request, at which point the server may obtain the incoming address request and perform the next operation. The terminal equipment can be mobile phones, tablets, computers and other equipment.
S102: and determining the identification of the communication environment in which the terminal is positioned when the user initiates the input address request through the terminal.
The operation of inputting the address request is performed in a communication connection state (such as a wireless connection and a wired connection). In the communication connection state, when a user initiates an input address request, the terminal device can acquire the identifier of the communication environment where the terminal device is located, and upload the identifier to the server. Wherein the identification of the communication environment is a sign for representing the communication connection mode; by the identification, the specific communication connection mode of the terminal can be known.
S104: and searching pre-stored address information corresponding to the identifier according to the identifier.
Continuing with the above example, the server may pre-store a relationship between the identity of the communication environment and the address information. Specifically, when some users place an order through the terminal device, address information in the order and an identifier of a communication environment in which the terminal device is located in the order can be stored, and a relationship between the identifier of the communication environment and the address information is established. In the embodiment of the present specification, address information corresponding to the identifier stored in advance may be searched according to the identifier of the communication environment in which the terminal is located.
S106: if so, recommending the address information corresponding to the identification to the user.
If the address information corresponding to the identification stored in advance is found, recommending the found address information to the user. The user can use the recommended address information as the address to be input, and the accuracy is higher than that of manually inputting the address. In addition, by the mode, the operation link of inputting the address is reduced, so that the operation of inputting the address by a user is simpler and more convenient. When the user places an order based on the recommended address information, since the address information also appears in the history order, the distribution efficiency of the distributor can be improved according to the address information. In addition, the problem that the descriptions of the receiving addresses corresponding to the same geographic position are different can be avoided as much as possible based on the address information ordering which appears in the historical orders, the distribution difficulty of a distributor can be reduced, and the problems of distribution failure and the like are avoided.
S108: if not, storing the address information input by the user, establishing the corresponding relation between the address information input by the user and the identifier, and storing the established corresponding relation.
If the address information corresponding to the identifier stored in advance is not found, the corresponding relation between the address information input by the user and the identifier is established, and the established corresponding relation is stored. The established corresponding relation can be used when recommending address information for users in the subsequent ordering process, and is convenient for the subsequent recommending of address services to be carried out smoothly.
In S102 of fig. 1, the communication environment in which the terminal is located includes at least: and the wireless network is connected with the terminal. Wherein the wireless network may be Wi-Fi. According to the embodiment of the specification, the Wi-Fi and the address information in the historical order are established, so that the Wi-Fi-associated address information can be recommended for a user connected with the same Wi-Fi. The communication environment may be other wireless connection modes, such as a base station, in addition to Wi-Fi. In addition, the connection may be a wired connection, such as a wired optical cable, in addition to a wireless connection. Of course, other connection manners may be used in the communication environment, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited thereto.
Further, when the communication environment in which the terminal is located is Wi-Fi, the identification of the communication environment in which the terminal is located (i.e., wi-Fi) at this time at least includes: one of a service set identification (Service Set Identifier, SSID) of Wi-Fi, a media access control (Media Access Control, MAC) address of the device providing Wi-Fi, an internet protocol (Internet Protocol, IP) address of the device providing Wi-Fi. The device for providing Wi-Fi may be a wireless router or a mobile phone, wherein the network is connected to the Wi-Fi hotspot (abbreviated as a mobile phone hotspot) of the mobile phone by providing a routing function for the mobile phone.
Continuing with the above example, if the new office address has a smaller footprint, then a router may be used for the same Wi-Fi, at which time the identification may use the SSID address of the Wi-Fi or the MAC address of the router providing the Wi-Fi. In addition, if the terminal equipment is a computer, the IP address of the router providing Wi-Fi can be adopted for the identification of the communication environment where the computer is located.
If the new office address occupies a larger area, multiple routers may be used for the same Wi-Fi, and each router corresponds to one MAC address, and if the unique correspondence between the identifier and the address information is maintained, the identifier at this time may be the SSID address of the Wi-Fi. Of course, for the case where the communication environment is Wi-Fi, the identification may also take other forms, which the embodiments of the present specification do not limit.
In S106 of fig. 1, recommending address information corresponding to the identifier to the user may specifically include: for each address information corresponding to the identification, a promised arrival time and an actual arrival time of a historical order corresponding to the address information are acquired. Based on the committed arrival time and the actual arrival time of the historical order, a time difference between the committed arrival time and the actual arrival time at the completion of the historical order may be known. If the time difference between the actual arrival time and the promised arrival time is not large, it is indicated that the distribution efficiency (i.e., the execution efficiency) is higher when the distributor executes the order based on the address information in the historical order, that is, the authenticity and reliability of the address information are higher. Address information corresponding to the historical order with highest execution efficiency can be recommended to the user, so that the user can place an order based on the address information.
Recommending the address information corresponding to the identification to the user can further comprise: for each piece of address information corresponding to the identification, evaluation information of the historical order corresponding to the address information is acquired. And determining the adaptation degree of the address information and the identifier according to the evaluation information of the historical order corresponding to the address information. Specifically, the higher the evaluation of the historical order corresponding to the address information, the higher the adaptation degree of the address information and the identifier is; the lower the evaluation of the historical order corresponding to the address information, the lower the adaptation of the address information to the identity. The address information with the highest adaptation degree can be recommended to the user, and when the user places an order based on the address information, the order can be conveniently and smoothly delivered.
In addition, recommending the address information corresponding to the identification to the user may further include: for each address information corresponding to the identification, a number of historical orders corresponding to the address information is determined. The more the number of historical orders placed based on the same address information, the higher the frequency of use of the address information, and the higher the accuracy of representing the address information to a certain extent. The address information corresponding to the history orders with the largest quantity can be recommended to the user, and when the user places an order based on the address information, the smooth delivery of the orders can be facilitated.
When recommending the address information corresponding to the identifier to the user, the address information corresponding to the identifier can be deleted in a designated mode; recommending the deleted address information to a user. For example, if the address information stored in advance and corresponding to the identifier (i.e., the address information to be recommended to the user) is "the 1 st floor unit 203 in the eastern area 7 of 100 m at the intersection of the P-way and the Q-way", the more detailed content (e.g., the 1 st floor 203) in the address information may be deleted first, and the deleted address information (i.e., the 1 st floor 7 of 100 m at the intersection of the P-way and the Q-way) may be recommended to the user. In addition, when recommending address information to the user, a request of "whether to allow access to the detailed geographical location information of you" may be initiated to the user, and if the user agrees, details of address information corresponding to the identifier (for example, the 1 st floor unit 203 of eastern area a 100 m at the intersection of the P-way and Q-way) stored in advance may be recommended to the user.
As described above, after recommending the address information corresponding to the identifier to the user, the user can place an order for the address information corresponding to the identifier. At this time, a delivery point matching the recommended address information corresponding to the identifier may also be found and sent to the dispatcher, which is convenient for the dispatcher to navigate. In the take-out delivery scenario, the address information when the user places a order is not necessarily identical to the delivery location (i.e., delivery point) when the delivery person delivers the order, for example, the address information when the user places an order is "a eastern area No. 7 building 1 unit 203 room", but the delivery person cannot go to the gate for delivery because the management of the a eastern area is strict, and the delivery location of the delivery person may be "a eastern area gate". Therefore, when the user places an order based on the recommended address information corresponding to the identifier, the delivery point matched with the recommended address information can be sent to the distributor, so that the order can be smoothly delivered. The embodiment of the specification fully utilizes the address information and the delivery point information in the historical order to improve the address integrity and the accuracy of the delivery position.
Searching pre-stored address information corresponding to the identifier according to the identifier of the communication environment in which the terminal is located, searching a delivery point matched with the address information corresponding to the identifier if the pre-stored address information corresponding to the identifier is searched, and recommending the delivery point matched with the address information corresponding to the identifier to a user. Specifically, in the historical order, when the user places an order through the terminal device, address information corresponding to the place of the order identification and an actual delivery point when the user delivers the order based on the address information can be stored, and a matching relationship between the address information corresponding to the identification and the delivery point is established. Then, the user can either recommend the address information (i.e. the detailed address) to make the order according to the above mode, or make the order based on the recommended delivery point, so that the address is more various to select, and the requirements of the user can be met for different application scenarios.
As described above, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the method for recommending an address is described in detail in an application scenario when a user arrives at a new office address point for takeaway. The method can also be applied to scenes of renting houses, the same hotel, the same shopping mall and the same public transportation place take-out. In addition, the embodiment of the specification is not only applied to the scenes of point take-out, but also can be applied to logistics scenes such as delivery express, on-door pickup and the like. Of course, it can also be applied to other scenarios, and the embodiments of the present specification are not limited thereto.
Fig. 2b is a schematic diagram of a new shipping address according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. When a user initiates an address input request through a terminal, firstly, the identifier of the communication environment where the terminal is located is obtained, and address information which is stored in advance and corresponds to the identifier is searched. If address information corresponding to the identifier is found, recommending the found address information (namely, building 7 in the east A) to the user, and completing subsequent order matters by the user based on the recommended address information. However, if the address recommended to the user is not the address required by the user, that is, the user wants to place an order in one geographical location (e.g., office address) and another geographical location (e.g., home), the user may click on the "click to reselect" button, and add the receiving address according to links such as map searching, selecting, manually supplementing address, etc. in the prior art. According to the embodiment of the specification, the association relation between the communication environment where the terminal is located and the address information where the terminal is located can be established in advance, so that when a user initiates an input address request through the terminal, if the association relation exists, the address information which is stored in advance and corresponds to the communication environment where the terminal is located is directly recommended to the user. Compared with manual address input, the address information recommended to the user is higher in accuracy, and the distribution efficiency can be improved when the user places an order based on the recommended address information. If the association relation does not exist, the association relation between the address input by the current user and the communication environment of the terminal is established and stored, so that the follow-up recommended address service can be conveniently and smoothly carried out, and the problem that the description modes of the same receiving address are inconsistent can be solved.
Taking a communication environment as Wi-Fi as an example, in the embodiments of the present disclosure, by establishing a relationship between Wi-Fi and address information in a historical order, the Wi-Fi associated address information may be recommended to a user under the same Wi-Fi. When the user adds or modifies the receiving address, if Wi-Fi is connected, whether the address information corresponding to the Wi-Fi is stored in advance is preferentially detected, if so, the address information is directly recommended to the user, and map searching, selecting and manually supplementing of the address by the user are not needed. The embodiment of the specification can also enable the description of the address information corresponding to the same geographic position to be consistent as much as possible, and facilitate the subsequent data mining work.
The information recommendation method provided for the embodiment of the present specification further provides a corresponding device, a storage medium and an electronic apparatus based on the same concept.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an information recommendation device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the device includes:
the acquisition module 200 is configured to acquire an input address request initiated by a user through a terminal;
a determining module 202, configured to determine an identifier of a communication environment in which the terminal is located when the user initiates an input address request through the terminal;

and a storage module 208, configured to store the address information input by the user if the address information corresponding to the identifier stored in advance is not found, and establish a correspondence between the address information input by the user and the identifier, and store the established correspondence.
Optionally, the recommending module 206 is specifically configured to obtain, for each address information corresponding to the identifier, a promised arrival time and an actual arrival time of a historical order corresponding to the address information; determining the execution efficiency of the historical order corresponding to the address information according to the promised arrival time and the actual arrival time; and recommending the address information corresponding to the historical order with highest execution efficiency to the user.
Optionally, the recommending module 206 is further configured to obtain, for each piece of address information corresponding to the identifier, evaluation information of a historical order corresponding to the address information; determining the adaptation degree of the address information and the mark according to the evaluation information of the historical order corresponding to the address information; and recommending the address information with the highest adaptation degree to the user.
Optionally, the recommending module 206 is further configured to determine, for each address information corresponding to the identifier, a number of historical orders corresponding to the address information; and recommending the address information corresponding to the history orders with the largest quantity to the user.
Optionally, the apparatus further includes an ordering module 210, where the ordering module 210 is specifically configured to search for a delivery point that matches the recommended address information corresponding to the identifier if the user orders with the recommended address information corresponding to the identifier; and sending the delivery point to a distributor.
Optionally, the recommending module 206 is further configured to, if address information corresponding to the identifier is found to be saved in advance, find a delivery point that matches the address information corresponding to the identifier; and recommending the delivery point matched with the address information corresponding to the identification to the user.
The present specification also provides a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program which when executed by a processor is operable to perform an information recommendation method as provided in fig. 1 above.
Based on the information recommendation method shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a schematic structural diagram of the electronic device shown in fig. 4. At the hardware level, as in fig. 4, the electronic device includes a processor, an internal bus, a network interface, a memory, and a non-volatile storage, although it may include hardware required for other services. The processor reads the corresponding computer program from the nonvolatile memory into the memory and then runs the computer program to implement the information recommendation method described in fig. 1.
Of course, other implementations, such as logic devices or combinations of hardware and software, are not excluded from the present description, that is, the execution subject of the following processing flows is not limited to each logic unit, but may be hardware or logic devices.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements to one technology could clearly be distinguished as improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements to circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) or software (improvements to the process flow). However, with the development of technology, many improvements of the current method flows can be regarded as direct improvements of hardware circuit structures. Designers almost always obtain corresponding hardware circuit structures by programming improved method flows into hardware circuits. Therefore, an improvement of a method flow cannot be said to be realized by a hardware entity module. For example, a programmable logic device (ProgrammableLogic Device, PLD) (e.g., field programmable gate array (Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA)) is an integrated circuit whose logic function is determined by the programming of the device by a user. A designer programs to "integrate" a digital system onto a PLD without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Moreover, nowadays, instead of manually manufacturing integrated circuit chips, such programming is mostly implemented by using "logic compiler" software, which is similar to the software compiler used in program development and writing, and the original code before the compiling is also written in a specific programming language, which is called hardware description language (Hardware Description Language, HDL), but not just one of the hdds, but a plurality of kinds, such as ABEL (Advanced Boolean Expression Language), AHDL (Altera Hardware Description Language), confluence, CUPL (Cornell University Programming Language), HDCal, JHDL (Java Hardware Description Language), lava, lola, myHDL, PALASM, RHDL (Ruby Hardware Description Language), etc., VHDL (Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language) and Verilog are currently most commonly used. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that a hardware circuit implementing the logic method flow can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flow into an integrated circuit using several of the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer readable medium storing computer readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), programmable logic controllers, and embedded microcontrollers, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, atmel AT91SAM, microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic of the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller in a pure computer readable program code, it is well possible to implement the same functionality by logically programming the method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers, etc. Such a controller may thus be regarded as a kind of hardware component, and means for performing various functions included therein may also be regarded as structures within the hardware component. Or even means for achieving the various functions may be regarded as either software modules implementing the methods or structures within hardware components.
The system, apparatus, module or unit set forth in the above embodiments may be implemented in particular by a computer chip or entity, or by a product having a certain function. One typical implementation is a computer.
