Abstract
The invention relates to a vehicle start control method, which comprises the following steps: receiving a vehicle door unlocking instruction sent by a user terminal; executing a door unlocking operation based on the door unlocking instruction; acquiring starting authority information of the user terminal; and controlling the vehicle to start according to the starting authority information. The vehicle starting control method can improve the convenience of user operation while ensuring the safety of vehicle starting.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of vehicle control, in particular to a vehicle starting control method, device and equipment.
Background
With the encouragement of the country to share the economy, the sharing of automobiles develops rapidly. Vehicle sharing has great contribution to reducing urban congestion and tail gas emission, can reduce the cost of buying and maintaining vehicles, and can also relieve the problems of urban traffic restriction, difficulty in getting on license, difficulty in parking and the like; the sharing and sharing of the vehicle also provide diversified experiences, meet different vehicle using requirements, and have great benefits to the country, the enterprise and the individual. To achieve sharing, digital keys are becoming more popular instead of physical keys.
At present, most of mobile phone APPs need a user to actively send an instruction on a mobile phone to control a vehicle when the control operation of the vehicle is realized, and the vehicle starting is a control instruction with relatively higher safety, so that the user must be required to use a digital key to start and authorize firstly, and the vehicle can be allowed to start. Although such an operation method does not have a problem in vehicle start control, the convenience of operation is greatly reduced, and in a case where a user needs to start a vehicle urgently, such as when the user stops suddenly during traveling or when the user needs to turn on an air conditioner urgently when the weather is hot, the user needs to perform a troublesome operation to achieve the object.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle start control method, device and apparatus, so as to improve convenience of user operation while ensuring safety of vehicle start.
A first aspect of the invention provides a vehicle start control method, the method including: receiving a vehicle door unlocking instruction sent by a user terminal; executing a door unlocking operation based on the door unlocking instruction; acquiring starting authority information of the user terminal; and controlling the vehicle to start according to the starting authority information.
Further, the controlling the vehicle to start according to the start authority information comprises: judging whether the starting authority information is valid or not; and if so, starting the vehicle in response to a starting instruction of a user of the vehicle.
Further, before obtaining the start authority information of the user terminal, the method further includes: monitoring whether the vehicle is in an un-started state; and if so, executing the step of acquiring the starting authority information of the user terminal.
Further, before obtaining the start authority information of the user terminal, the method further includes: acquiring the electric quantity information of the user terminal; judging whether the electric quantity of the user terminal is larger than or equal to a preset electric quantity or not; and if so, executing the step of acquiring the starting authority information of the user terminal.
Further, after performing a door unlocking operation based on the door unlocking instruction, the method further includes: and sending feedback information of successful unlocking to the user terminal.
Further, the method further comprises: and when judging that the starting authority information is valid, sending feedback information allowing starting to the user terminal.
Further, before controlling the vehicle to start according to the starting authority information, the method further comprises: judging whether a flameout instruction of a user of the vehicle is received within a preset time; if not, executing the step of controlling the vehicle to start according to the starting authority information.
A second aspect of the present invention provides a vehicle start-up control apparatus, the apparatus comprising: the vehicle door unlocking instruction receiving module is used for receiving a vehicle door unlocking instruction sent by the user terminal; the vehicle door unlocking control module is used for executing vehicle door unlocking operation based on the vehicle door unlocking instruction; the starting authority information acquisition module is used for acquiring starting authority information of the user terminal; and the vehicle starting control module is used for controlling the vehicle to start according to the starting authority information.

A third aspect of the invention provides a vehicle start-up control apparatus comprising: a processor and a memory, the memory having stored therein at least one instruction, at least one program, set of codes, or set of instructions, which is loaded and executed by the processor to implement any of the vehicle launch control methods.
Due to the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
by actively acquiring the starting authority information of the user terminal, the user can start the vehicle without complicated operation under the condition that the user urgently needs to start the vehicle, such as sudden stop in the driving process or urgent need to start an air conditioner in hot weather, so that the convenience of starting the vehicle by the user terminal is improved.

In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle start control system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the vehicle start control system includes a user terminal 1 and a vehicle-mounted terminal 2.
Specifically, the user terminal 1 may be a mobile electronic device such as a mobile phone, a tablet pc, and the like held by a user, the vehicle-mounted terminal 2 includes a communication module, and the vehicle-mounted terminal 2 may be in communication connection with the user terminal 1 through the communication module, such as bluetooth connection, so as to exchange information with the user terminal.
The vehicle start control method of the present invention is described below, and fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a vehicle start control method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and the present specification provides the method operation steps as described in the embodiment or the flow chart, but may include more or less operation steps based on conventional or non-inventive labor. The order of steps recited in the embodiments is merely one manner of performing the steps in a multitude of orders and does not represent the only order of execution. When an actual vehicle start-up control apparatus product is executed, it may be executed sequentially or in parallel (for example, in the context of a parallel processor or a multi-thread process) according to the method shown in the embodiment or the drawings. Step S205: acquiring starting authority information of the user terminal;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle-mounted terminal periodically or periodically actively acquires the start permission information of the user terminal, where the start permission information may include authorization information and authorization validity information of the vehicle to the user terminal.
Step S207: and controlling the vehicle to start according to the starting authority information.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the controlling the vehicle to start according to the start authority information includes:
step S301: judging whether the starting authority information is valid or not;
in this embodiment of the present invention, the determining whether the start permission information is valid may include: verifying whether the obtained authorization information of the vehicle to the user terminal is legal or not, judging whether the authorization information is within the authorization validity period or not, and the like.
Step S303: and if so, starting the vehicle in response to a starting instruction of a user of the vehicle.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the vehicle-mounted terminal judges that the starting authority information is valid, the vehicle-mounted terminal responds to a starting instruction of a user of the vehicle to start the vehicle, and the starting instruction can be triggered by the user through a virtual key of the user terminal or a starting key of the vehicle.
In other embodiments, to reduce the workload of the in-vehicle terminal, as shown in fig. 4, before acquiring the start authority information of the user terminal, the method further includes:
step S209: monitoring whether the vehicle is in an un-started state;
in the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle-mounted terminal monitors whether the engine of the vehicle is in a starting state or a non-starting state.
If yes, go to step S205.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the situation that the vehicle is in an un-started state is monitored, the situation that the vehicle has a starting requirement is indicated, and at the moment, the step of acquiring the starting authority information of the user terminal is executed, so that the situation that the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires the starting authority information to the user terminal all the time is avoided.
In other embodiments, to avoid that the user terminal is powered off after the vehicle is started, so that the vehicle cannot be started again in a special situation, as shown in fig. 5, before the obtaining of the start authority information of the user terminal, the method further includes:
step S211: acquiring the electric quantity information of the user terminal;
step S213: judging whether the electric quantity of the user terminal is larger than or equal to a preset electric quantity or not;
if yes, go to step S205.
In other embodiments, in order to enable the user to timely obtain feedback information of successful unlocking, after the vehicle door unlocking operation is executed based on the vehicle door unlocking instruction, the method further includes:
and sending feedback information of successful unlocking to the user terminal.
In some embodiments, in order to enable the user to timely obtain the feedback information allowing the start, the method further includes:
and when judging that the starting authority information is valid, sending feedback information allowing starting to the user terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the feedback information allowing the starting, the user terminal updates the virtual starting button to be in a starting state, and a user can send a starting instruction to the vehicle-mounted terminal through the virtual starting button.
In some embodiments, before controlling the vehicle to start according to the start authority information, in order to reserve time for the user to determine whether to start the vehicle, the method further includes:
judging whether a flameout instruction of a user of the vehicle is received within a preset time;
the preset time in the embodiment of the invention can be obtained by calibration, and if the preset time is set to be too long, the vehicle can be started only by waiting for a longer time; if the preset time is set too short, the user may not have time to trigger a shutdown command and the vehicle may already be started.
If not, executing the step of controlling the vehicle to start according to the starting authority information.
The present invention also provides a vehicle start control apparatus, as shown in fig. 6, including:
the vehicle door unlocking instruction receiving module 610 is used for receiving a vehicle door unlocking instruction sent by the user terminal;
the vehicle door unlocking control module 620 is used for executing vehicle door unlocking operation based on the vehicle door unlocking instruction;
a start permission information obtaining module 630, configured to obtain start permission information of the user terminal;
and the vehicle starting control module 640 is used for controlling the vehicle to start according to the starting authority information.
In still other embodiments, the vehicle launch control module may further comprise:
the starting authority information judging module is used for judging whether the starting authority information is effective or not;
the vehicle starting control module is also used for controlling the vehicle to start according to the starting authority information when the starting authority information is judged to be valid.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides a vehicle start control apparatus, including: a processor and a memory, the memory having stored therein at least one instruction, at least one program, a set of codes, or a set of instructions, the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the set of codes, or the set of instructions being loaded and executed by the processor to implement the vehicle launch control method.
According to the embodiment of the vehicle starting control system, the vehicle starting control method, the vehicle starting control device or the vehicle starting control equipment, the vehicle is controlled to be started according to the starting authority information, and the safety of a user starting the vehicle by using the user terminal is guaranteed; by automatically acquiring the starting authority information of the user terminal, the convenience of starting the vehicle through the user terminal is improved.

receiving a vehicle door unlocking instruction sent by a user terminal;
executing a door unlocking operation based on the door unlocking instruction;
acquiring starting authority information of the user terminal;
and controlling the vehicle to start according to the starting authority information.
2. The vehicle start control method according to claim 1, wherein said controlling the vehicle start according to the start authority information includes:
judging whether the starting authority information is valid or not;
and if so, starting the vehicle in response to a starting instruction of a user of the vehicle.
3. The vehicle start-up control method according to claim 1, wherein before acquiring the start-up authority information of the user terminal, the method further comprises:
monitoring whether the vehicle is in an un-started state;
and if so, executing the step of acquiring the starting authority information of the user terminal.
4. The vehicle start-up control method according to claim 1, wherein before acquiring the start-up authority information of the user terminal, the method further comprises:
acquiring the electric quantity information of the user terminal;
judging whether the electric quantity of the user terminal is larger than or equal to a preset electric quantity or not;
and if so, executing the step of acquiring the starting authority information of the user terminal.
5. A vehicle start control method as defined in claim 1, wherein after a door unlocking operation is performed based on the door unlocking instruction, the method further comprises:
and sending feedback information of successful unlocking to the user terminal.
6. A vehicle start control method as claimed in claim 1, characterized by further comprising:
and when judging that the starting authority information is valid, sending feedback information allowing starting to the user terminal.
7. A vehicle start control method according to claim 1, wherein before controlling the vehicle start in accordance with the start authority information, the method further comprises:
judging whether a flameout instruction of a user of the vehicle is received within a preset time;
if not, executing the step of controlling the vehicle to start according to the starting authority information.

the starting authority information acquisition module is used for acquiring starting authority information of the user terminal;
and the vehicle starting control module is used for controlling the vehicle to start according to the starting authority information.
9. The vehicle launch control apparatus of claim 8, wherein the vehicle launch control module comprises:
the starting authority information judging module is used for judging whether the starting authority information is effective or not;
