Example 4
The plastic part integrated coating paint 4 comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-30 parts of medium hydroxyl resin, 1-2 parts of dispersing agent, 3-5 parts of high pigment powder, 40-45 parts of high hydroxyl resin, 10-15 parts of polyester resin, 25-30 parts of oily environment-friendly solvent, 0.5-1 part of defoaming agent and 0.5-1 part of flatting agent.
The preparation method of the plastic part integrated coating paint 4 comprises the following steps of 1, preparing raw materials according to the parts by weight, and grinding 3-5 parts of high-pigment toner to nanoscale particle size by a grinder to obtain nanoscale high-pigment toner 4;
step 2, feeding 25-30 parts of medium hydroxyl resin, 1-2 parts of dispersing agent and the ground nano-grade high-pigment toner 4 into a reaction kettle, dispersing at high speed for 30 minutes at the rotating speed of 1500 rpm to form nano-grade high-pigment color paste 4,
and 3, adding 40-45 parts of high-hydroxyl resin, 10-15 parts of polyester resin, 25-30 parts of oily environment-friendly solvent, 0.5-1 part of defoaming agent and 0.5-1 part of flatting agent into the nano-grade high-pigment color paste 4, and fully and uniformly stirring to obtain the plastic piece integrated coating paint 4.
And spraying the plastic part integrated coating paint 4 to an automobile ABS + PC substrate, standing and leveling for 3-5 minutes, baking for 50-60 minutes at 70-80 ℃, cooling and standing for 72 hours to form a plastic paint film 4 on the surface of the plastic substrate.
The paint 4 for integrally coating the plastic parts is subjected to physical and chemical property detection such as viscosity, dilution ratio, solid content and storage stability, the workability is detected, and the appearance property, the mechanical property, the stone impact resistance, the water resistance, the chemical medium resistance and the weather resistance of the plastic paint film 4 are detected, so that the national standard requirements are met.

Example 5
The plastic part integrated coating paint 5 comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-35 parts of medium hydroxyl resin, 1-2 parts of dispersing agent, 3-5 parts of high pigment powder, 45-50 parts of high hydroxyl resin, 10-15 parts of polyester resin, 25-30 parts of oily environment-friendly solvent, 0.5-1 part of defoaming agent and 0.5-1 part of flatting agent.
The preparation method of the plastic part integrated coating paint 5 comprises the following steps of 1, preparing raw materials according to the parts by weight, and grinding 3-5 parts of high-pigment toner to nanoscale particle size by a grinder to obtain nanoscale high-pigment toner 5;
step 2, feeding 30-35 parts of medium hydroxyl resin, 1-2 parts of dispersing agent and the ground nano-grade high-pigment toner 5 into a reaction kettle, dispersing at high speed for 30 minutes at the rotating speed of 1500 rpm to form nano-grade high-pigment color paste 5,
and 3, adding 45-50 parts of high-hydroxyl resin, 10-15 parts of polyester resin, 25-30 parts of oily environment-friendly solvent, 0.5-1 part of defoaming agent and 0.5-1 part of flatting agent into the nano-grade high-pigment color paste 5, and fully and uniformly stirring to obtain the plastic piece integrated coating paint 5.
And spraying the plastic part integrated coating paint 5 to an automobile ABS + PC substrate, standing and leveling for 3-5 minutes, baking for 50-60 minutes at 70-80 ℃, cooling and standing for 72 hours to form a plastic paint film 5 on the surface of the plastic substrate.

The following table is a summary table of the detection results of the plastic paint films 1-6 of the above examples, and analysis shows that the gloss of the paint film of the plastic part integrated coating paint of the present invention gradually increases with the increase of the amount of the medium hydroxyl acrylic resin, and the gloss, weather resistance, water resistance, gasoline resistance and adhesion of the plastic paint film are the best when the amount of the medium hydroxyl acrylic resin is 20-35 parts by weight, the amount of the high hydroxyl acrylic resin is 40-45 parts by weight and the amount of the polyester resin is 10-15 parts by weight.

Claims (10)
1. The plastic part integrated coating paint is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-35 parts of medium-hydroxyl resin, 1-2 parts of dispersing agent, 3-5 parts of high-pigment powder, 40-55 parts of high-hydroxyl resin, 5-15 parts of polyester resin, 25-30 parts of oily environment-friendly solvent, 0.5-1 part of defoaming agent and 0.5-1 part of flatting agent.
2. The integrated paint for coating plastic parts according to claim 1, wherein the weight parts of the medium hydroxyl resin are 20-25, the weight parts of the high hydroxyl resin are 40-55, and the weight parts of the polyester resin are 10-15.
3. The integrated paint for coating plastic parts according to claim 1, wherein the weight parts of the medium hydroxyl resin are 25 to 35, the weight parts of the high hydroxyl resin are 40 to 55, and the weight parts of the polyester resin are 10 to 15.
4. The integrated paint for coating plastic parts according to claim 2, wherein the weight parts of the medium hydroxyl resin are 30-35, the weight parts of the high hydroxyl resin are 45-50, and the weight parts of the polyester resin are 10-15.
5. The paint for integrally coating plastic parts according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the high-pigment toner has a particle size of a nanometer order of more than half of the total amount thereof.
6. The paint for integrally coating a plastic part according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the medium hydroxyl resin is a medium hydroxyl acrylic resin.
7. The paint for integrally coating a plastic part according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the high hydroxyl resin is a high hydroxyl acrylic resin.
8. A preparation method of plastic part integrated coating paint is characterized in that,
step 1, preparing raw materials according to the parts by weight of any one of claims 1 to 4, and grinding the high-pigment toner to a nanoscale particle size by using a grinder to obtain a nanoscale high-pigment toner;
step 2, feeding the medium hydroxyl resin, the dispersing agent and the nanometer level high-grade pigment toner into a reaction kettle, dispersing for 30 minutes at a high speed according to the rotating speed of 1500 rpm to form nanometer level high-grade pigment color paste,
and 3, adding high-hydroxyl resin, polyester resin, an oily environment-friendly solvent, a defoaming agent and a flatting agent into the nanoscale high-pigment color paste, and fully and uniformly stirring to obtain the plastic piece integrated coating paint.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the grinder is a pin-type nano grinder.
10. A coating method for integrally coating paint on plastic parts is characterized in that,
step 1, spraying the plastic part integrated coating paint prepared by the preparation method of the plastic part integrated coating paint according to claim 8 or 9 on a plastic substrate, and standing and leveling for 3-5 minutes;
and 2, baking the sprayed and static leveled plastic base material at 70-80 ℃ for 50-60 minutes, cooling and standing for 72 hours to form a plastic paint film with all performances meeting the national standard requirements on the surface of the plastic base material.
