In this embodiment, the product protocol template corresponds to an offline paper product protocol, and is mainly used for maintaining the offline product protocol online and storing the offline product protocol effectively. Each item information in the product protocol template corresponds to each protocol content information in the paper version protocol under the line; specifically, product managers can input information corresponding to the entries in the product protocol template according to content information in the offline paper version protocol, and the server temporarily stores the received information of each entry for subsequent use. The product manager is a person in charge of managing and performing post-maintenance on the protocol stored on the line, and may be, for example, a customer manager or a product manager of a certain enterprise.
Before receiving the information of each item in the product agreement template input by the product manager, the product manager needs to communicate with the client offline and sign an offline paper edition agreement. The cooperative product in this embodiment refers to a financial technology product, such as an operating system in an intelligent device, or application software installed in an intelligent device. The specific on-line operation steps are as follows:
1. marketing a product to a customer: the product manager introduces cooperative products to the clients and provides a complete cooperative product solution for the requirements of the clients;
2. and (3) reaching the intention with the client, and completing business negotiation: the customer manager communicates with the customer, and after multiple communications, the intention is reached and the cooperative business negotiation is completed; the cooperative business negotiation can comprise the service life of the cooperative product, the cooperative content, the price of the cooperative product, the payment condition and the like;
3. signing and signing a cooperation agreement under the offline signing and sealing: the customer manager draws up a paper edition product agreement, and after the product manager and the customer pass the examination, the product manager signs and seals the product and finishes the off-line signing of the product agreement.
