Since the lock is self-powered, all power is turned off in the locked state. When the user needs to unlock, the strike 29 is depressed for 2 seconds, causing the bolt 1 to flip over and trigger the trigger, starting the control circuit. The control circuit executes authentication operation after being started. The trigger, the limiter 31 and the Bluetooth circuit are connected with the control circuit, and the power supply of the control circuit is disconnected in a non-operation state. After the control circuit is powered on, the power supply self-locking circuit is started to ensure that the circuit is powered on when the switch is disconnected, whether the duration time of the switch reaches 2 seconds is judged, if yes, the unlocking is judged to be executed, then the Bluetooth communication is started immediately, and an unlocking password which is accessed and sent by the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is waited; after the password is successfully received and verified, the controller 24 controls the stopper 31 to act, the motor of the stopper 31 rotates to withdraw the stopper, meanwhile, the lock catch 3 slowly enters the unlocking position under the action of the spring tension, and the lock beam 29 can be pulled out after the lock catch 3 completely enters the unlocking position; after the limiting stopper 31 enters the unlocking position for 2 seconds, the controller 24 controls the limiting stopper 31 to act, the motor of the limiting stopper 31 rotates reversely to extend out of the limiting stopper, and the lock catch 3 is slowly pushed into the locking position. When the padlock is restarted, only the lock body 30 of the lock beam 29 needs to be folded, the lock tongue 1 triggers the trigger when the lock beam 29 is pressed, the time lasts for a short time and does not exceed 2 seconds, therefore, the control circuit does not judge the action as an unlocking instruction, and the power supply of the control circuit is turned off immediately by turning off the power supply self-locking circuit.
The spring (compression spring 33) of strike 29 is not required per se and when bolt 1 is open, the user can manually pull strike 29 out without the spring being required to eject it.
The one-time use process of the padlock of the Internet of things is explained in the following steps:
1. when the padlock is in the locked state, the catch beam 29 is pressed down and the trigger is triggered for more than 2 seconds. 3. The controller 24 of the padlock verifies that the password is correct, then the limiting stopper 31 is controlled to act, the motor rotates to withdraw the limiting stopper, meanwhile, the lock catch 3 slowly enters the unlocking position under the action of the spring tension, and after the lock catch 3 completely enters the unlocking position, the lock beam 29 is ejected under the action of the spring force.
4. After the stopper 31 enters the unlocking position for 2 seconds, the controller 24 controls the motor of the stopper 31 to rotate reversely to extend out of the stopper, and the lock catch 3 is slowly pushed into the locking position.
The internet of things lock body 22 is internally integrated with a battery, a circuit diagram of the internet of things lock body is shown in fig. 23, and when the lock is not pressed to trigger, the circuit in the lock is not electrified; when the lock is pressed, the trigger switch 2 is closed, V + is powered, VBUS is powered, the circuit is powered, the MCU starts to operate and immediately applies an Output signal to the power supply maintaining circuit 35, the power supply maintaining circuit 35 is turned on, and the + pole of the battery is connected to VBUS, so that the power is also supplied even when the trigger switch 2 is turned off. The whole circuit keeps the power-on state under the maintenance of an Output signal of the MCU, the MCU executes a control program for unlocking, meanwhile, the V + position of the trigger switch 2 is sent to an Input pin of the MCU to detect the state of the trigger switch 2, the Input pin is in a low level state when the trigger switch 2 is switched off, the Input pin is in a high level state when the trigger switch 2 is switched on, and the MCU judges the duration time of the trigger switch 2 by calculating the duration time of the signal. After the MCU program is executed, the Output signal is cancelled, so that the power supply maintaining circuit 35 is turned off, and if the trigger switch 2 is also turned off, the VBUS point loses power, and the power supply of the whole circuit is turned off, so that only very weak leakage current exists in the circuit, and the electric quantity of the battery is retained to the maximum.

Claims (14)

1. A device capable of preventing disassembly is characterized by comprising a main body and an accessory, wherein the main body comprises a locking unit, a control unit and a trigger unit, the control unit comprises a communication module, the accessory at least comprises a lock catch, the lock catch and the locking unit are matched for use and can lock the accessory on the main body, the locking unit is provided with a locking position and an unlocking position, when the accessory is combined with the main body, the lock catch is limited by the locking unit positioned at the locking position and realizes locking, and when the locking unit is positioned at the unlocking position, the locking unit is in the unlocking state; the control unit is electrically connected with the locking unit and the trigger unit, the control unit passes through the communication module can be in communication connection with a preset authorization terminal, the control unit receives the trigger signal of the trigger unit and then communicates with the authorization terminal and applies for unlocking to the authorization terminal, the authorization terminal feeds back information to the control unit, if the feedback information received by the control unit comprises unlocking authorization, the control locking unit enters an unlocking position, if the feedback information received by the control unit does not comprise the unlocking authorization, the locking unit is maintained at the locking position.

The tamper-evident device of claim 1, wherein the trigger unit is disposed inside the body, the trigger unit includes a trigger switch, the trigger switch includes at least two contacts, one of the contacts is electrically connected to the control unit, the other contact is connected to an internal voltage source of the tamper-evident device, the accessory and the body perform relative movement to effect the on/off of the trigger switch, the on/off of the trigger switch causes a voltage change at the contact connected to the control unit, and the voltage change is transmitted to the control unit as a trigger signal.
3. A tamper-evident device in accordance with claim 1, wherein the tamper-evident device comprises a main functional module in which a control circuit for controlling the action of the locking unit is embedded, the control circuit sharing the same control unit as the main functional module.
4. The tamper-evident device of claim 1, wherein the control circuit for controlling the operation of the locking unit is open before the triggering unit performs the triggering operation, and the control circuit forms a power-on loop after the triggering operation of the triggering unit and triggers the control unit to operate.
5. The tamper-evident device of claim 2, wherein the trigger switch includes two contacts, a return spring, and a conductive plate disposed on the return spring, wherein urging the return spring to move causes the conductive plate to contact the two contacts, and wherein the trigger switch is closed.

The tamper-evident device of claim 1, wherein the trigger unit comprises a signal interface, the signal interface comprises at least a power signal, the signal interface is electrically connected to the control unit, and the signal interface is connected to an external power source via a data line such that the power signal generates a power voltage and transmits the power voltage as the trigger signal to the control unit.

The device of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the locking unit comprises a lock tongue and a driving member, the lock tongue is connected with the driving member, the driving member is electrically connected with the control unit, the accessory comprises a puncture needle, a lock catch and a lock catch back plate, one end of the lock catch is connected with the lock catch back plate, the puncture needle is arranged at the other end of the lock catch, the lock catch is provided with a lock groove, the lock tongue extends into the lock groove to form a locking position, the driving member can drive the lock tongue to move out of the lock groove to form an unlocking position, and the lock catch back plate is pushed to enable the accessory and the main body to move in opposite directions and can drive the puncture needle to move so that the trigger unit triggers and sends out a trigger signal.

The tamper-proof device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the main body comprises a lock body, the locking unit comprises a locking tongue and a driving member, the locking tongue is connected with the driving member, the locking tongue is fixed in the lock body through an elastic member, the accessory comprises a buckle, the buckle is provided with a pin, the end of the pin is provided with a lock catch, the locking tongue extends into the lock catch to form a locking position, the driving member is electrically connected with the control unit, and the driving member can drive the locking tongue to move out of the lock catch to form an unlocking position; pressing the latch causes the trigger unit to trigger and emit a trigger signal.

The device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the accessory comprises a connecting end and a locking end, the locking end of the accessory is provided with a lock catch, the locking unit comprises a lock tongue and a stopper, the lock tongue and the stopper are arranged in the main body, the lock tongue is hinged with the main body and can rotate along the hinge point, the stopper is fixed at the lower part of the lock tongue, a telescopic stopper rod for supporting the lock tongue is arranged on the stopper, one end of the lock tongue is connected with the stopper through an extension spring, the other end of the lock tongue can extend into the lock catch to form a locking position, when the stopper rod contracts downwards, the extension spring pulls the lock tongue downwards to rotate along the hinge point of the lock tongue and the main body, and meanwhile, the accessory moves upwards until the lock tongue moves out of the lock catch to form an unlocking position; the accessory is pressed downwards, the lock catch drives the spring bolt to rotate along the hinge point of the spring bolt and the main body, and meanwhile, one end of the spring bolt connected with the extension spring is lifted to touch the trigger unit, so that the trigger unit triggers and sends out a trigger signal.

The tamper-evident device of any one of claims 3 to 6, wherein the locking unit comprises a latch and a driving member, the accessory comprises a locking member and a latch disposed on the locking member, the latch is connected to the driving member, the latch extends into the latch to form a locking position, and the driving member drives the latch to move out of the latch to form an unlocking position.
11. A method of locking and unlocking a tamper-evident device, comprising the steps of:
(1) triggering: the trigger unit triggers and transmits a trigger signal to the control unit;
(2) and (4) awakening: the control unit is awaken from the dormant state and starts to execute unlocking operation;
(3) authorization: the control unit sends an unlocking application to an authorization terminal in a wireless communication mode, and the authorization terminal feeds back information to the control unit;
(4) unlocking or maintaining locking: if the feedback information received by the control unit comprises unlocking authorization, controlling the locking unit to enter an unlocking position, and if the feedback information received by the control unit does not comprise unlocking authorization, maintaining the locking unit at the locking position;
(5) dormancy: and (4) after the step (4) is finished, the control unit enters a dormant state.

The method for locking and unlocking a tamper-evident device according to claim 11, wherein in the step (1), before the triggering unit does not perform the triggering operation, the control circuit for controlling the operation of the locking unit is an open circuit, and after the triggering unit performs the triggering operation, the control circuit forms an energized loop to perform the triggering; or the triggering in the step (1) enables the trigger switch of the trigger unit to act, the voltage of at least one contact point electrically connected with the control unit on the trigger unit changes, and the trigger signal is transmitted to the control unit.
