The invention provides an intelligent certificate traceability system platform based on a block chain technology, which comprises: the tracing label generating module is used for generating a unique tracing label for each certificate; the certificate information acquisition module is used for acquiring basic information required by generating a certificate; the certificate generating module is used for generating an intelligent certificate according to the traceability label and basic information of the certificate, and uploading the traceability information of the intelligent certificate to the block chain record after the intelligent certificate is generated; wherein the smart certificate comprises a traceability tag; and the tracing module is used for scanning the tracing label on the intelligent certificate and accessing the tracing information of the intelligent certificate stored in the block chain.
