Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a camera module applied to an electronic device, where the camera module 10 includes:
a housing 11, the housing 11 having a housing cavity;
the camera assembly 12 is arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the camera assembly 12 is fixedly connected with the shell 11;
In the embodiment of the present invention, the camera module 12 is mounted on the apparatus body 20. The camera has a lens that can be used for shooting. Optionally, the camera module 12 may be fixedly connected to the device body, or may be movably connected to the device body. In an embodiment of the present invention, the camera module 12 is a retractable camera module, that is, the camera module may be at least partially accommodated in the apparatus body 20, or may completely extend out of the apparatus body 20. The camera module can also be selectively rotated with respect to the apparatus body 20 after being completely protruded from the apparatus body 20. In another embodiment, the camera module 10 may be disposed only outside the apparatus body and can rotate relative to the apparatus body 20. Of course, the camera module can also be completely arranged outside the equipment main body, cannot retract into the equipment body, and cannot rotate relative to the equipment body.
The connector 13 is used for electrically connecting the camera module to the main board of the device body 20, and can satisfy the power supply requirement of the camera module 10 and the data transmission between the camera module 10 and the device body 20.
The type of the connector 13 may be Board-to-Board Connectors (BTBs), pogo pin Connectors, or other devices having a connection function. Since the board-to-board connector is inexpensive and has a good connection effect, it is a connector that is often used in the production of electronic devices. When the BTB connector is used in the electronic equipment, the power supply function can be completely realized under the condition that the connectors are plugged together. The connector 13 faces the camera module 10, which means that the plug connection surface of the connector 13 faces the camera module 10, as shown in fig. 2 in particular, that is, the plug direction of at least one connection plate in the connector 13 is arranged toward the camera module 10 side.
In the embodiment of the present invention, since the connector 13 electrically connected to the camera assembly 12 is disposed toward the camera assembly 12, the space occupied by the connector 13 in the housing 11 is reduced to the thickness of two connection plates in the case of plugging in the plane of the camera module having the lens. Because the thickness of the BTB connector is smaller than the width of the connecting plate when the two connecting plates are plugged, the embodiment of the invention can reduce the volume of the camera module 10, thereby facilitating the miniaturization design of the electronic device.
To better illustrate the specific implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, a coordinate system is established as shown in fig. 4, wherein the Z-axis direction is the width direction of the housing 11, the X-axis direction is the length direction of the housing 11, and the Y-axis direction is the thickness direction of the housing 11. In the Z-axis direction, the upper end is the top end of the rotary case 11, and the lower end is the bottom end of the rotary case 11.
In an embodiment, the camera module 10 further includes a first connecting line 14 and a second connecting line 15, the connector 13 includes a first sub-connector 131 and a second sub-connector 132, the first sub-connector 131 is electrically connected to the camera module 12 through the first connecting line 14, the second sub-connector 132 is electrically connected to the second connecting line 15, and an end of the second connecting line 15 away from the second sub-connector 132 is located outside the housing 11;
wherein the first sub-connector 131 and the second sub-connector 132 are plugged, and the plugging surface of the first sub-connector 131 faces the camera head assembly 12.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the second connection line 15 may be understood as a coaxial cable. Certainly, the second connection line can also be a common wire, but the camera module usually needs a larger current to ensure the normal operation of the camera module, and therefore the second connection line usually needs to select a wire with a larger line width. The mating surface of the first sub-connector 131 can be understood as a surface of the first sub-connector 131 facing the second sub-connector 132 when the first sub-connector 131 is mated with the second sub-connector 132. The orientation of the mating face of the first sub-connector 131 can be understood as the orientation of the connector 13. In an embodiment, the inserting and pulling direction of the first sub-connector 131 and the second sub-connector 132 is perpendicular to the direction of the lens of the camera module. Here, the first sub-connector 131 may be understood as a part of the BTB connector, and the second sub-connector 132 may be understood as another part of the BTB connector.
In some embodiments of the present invention, one end of the second connection line 15 is connected to the second connector, and the other end of the second connector, i.e. the end far away from the second sub-connector 132, passes through the housing 11 through the wire passing hole and is connected to the inner cavity of the device body 20, and is electrically connected to the main board of the device body 20. It should be appreciated that wire passage aperture 112 may be disposed toward the interior of apparatus body 20 to avoid exposure of second connecting wire 15, thereby improving safety of use of camera head assembly 12. The camera trompil is set up on two different surfaces of camera subassembly usually in crossing the wire hole to guarantee that the camera can shoot the picture outside the electronic equipment inner chamber. The wire through hole is often arranged on the adjacent surface with the camera opening hole, so that a user can shoot a picture facing to the user or opposite to the user without reversing the device under the condition of normally using the electronic device.
It should be noted that camera head assembly 12 also includes a camera head bracket 122. The position of the connector 13 in the camera head assembly housing can be set according to actual needs. To ensure that the connector does not interfere with the taking of the lens, the connector arrangement is typically not placed on the same surface as the lens. In one embodiment of the present invention, connector 13 is disposed on one side of camera head assembly 12. The second sub-connector 132 is disposed on a first side of the camera mount 122, which also has a second side facing the camera opening 111, wherein the second side of the camera mount 122 is disposed adjacent to the first side of the camera mount 122. The first side of the second sub-connector 132 may be any side adjacent to the second side of the second sub-connector 132, as shown in fig. 2, the second side is a certain side on the Y-axis, and of course, the first side of the second sub-connector 132 may also be a certain side on the X-axis, as shown in fig. 2, the first side is a side on the X-axis. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the connector may also be provided on a surface of the camera head assembly facing away from the camera head. However, as the user's demand increases, the existing camera module often sets two or more lenses to complete shooting in more directions. In order to not block the lens, the connector is often placed on the surface where the lens is not installed.
Alternatively, the apparatus body 20 has a housing, and the above-described housing 11 may be mounted in the housing. And the shell 11 can move telescopically relative to the shell between a first position and a second position in the Z-axis direction, wherein in the first position, the shell 11 is positioned in the shell, and in the second position, the shell 11 is positioned outside the shell, so that the camera opening 111 is exposed outside the shell. In the second position, the housing 11 can rotate horizontally relative to the casing, and the specific rotation angle can be set according to actual needs, and is not further limited herein.
It should be understood that when the housing 11 is mounted in the casing, the camera opening 111 faces the front or rear side of the housing; the wire through hole 112 is disposed toward the center of the housing, in other words, the end surface of the housing 11 where the wire through hole 112 is disposed is the end surface of the bottom end of the housing 11.
Optionally, during installation, in an embodiment, the camera bracket 122 may directly attach to the inner wall of the housing 11 where the wire passing hole 112 is disposed; in another embodiment, the camera bracket 122 may also have a small gap with the inner wall of the housing 11 where the wire through hole 112 is disposed, and the gap may be smaller than the thickness of the second connection wire 15.
It should be noted that the camera head assembly 12 may further include necessary camera head components such as an optical lens and a photosensitive element besides the lens 121 and the camera head bracket 122, and reference may be made to related technologies, which are not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, when the first sub-connector 131 and the second sub-connector 132 are connected, the first sub-connector 131 and the second sub-connector 132 are clamped between the housing 11 and the camera holder 122.
In this embodiment, the housing 11 and the camera bracket 122 are used to clamp the fixed connector 13, so that the width of the housing 11 in the X direction can be effectively reduced, and the size of the camera module 10 is further reduced. In addition, the connector 13 is fixed by clamping, which ensures the stability of the connection between the first sub-connector 131 and the second sub-connector 132. Meanwhile, the structure is simple and convenient to realize.
Further, in an embodiment, a wiring groove 1221 is disposed on the camera support 122, a first opening is formed on a first side of the camera support 122 of the wiring groove 1221, a second opening is formed on a second side of the camera support 122, and the second connection line 15 is partially located in the wiring groove 1221.
Since the wiring groove 1221 is provided in the camera stand 122 to accommodate the second connection wire 15, the second connection wire is wound around the camera stand. The fixing of the second connecting wire 15 can be realized, and the use is avoided, so that the second connecting wire 15 moves in the shell 11, thereby improving the connection stability of the first sub-connector 131 and the second sub-connector 132, and simultaneously solving the problem of the placement of redundant connecting wires in the camera assembly. When the connector is arranged on different sides of the camera support, the winding degree of the second connecting wire is different. For example, when the connector is disposed on the Y-axis side of the camera stand, the second connecting wire often surrounds three-quarters of the turn of the camera stand; when the connector is arranged on the side surface of the camera support, which is far away from the wire passing hole, the second connecting wire often surrounds the camera support by half a circle; the connector sets up in camera mount's orientation under the condition of crossing the side of wire hole, and the second connecting wire often can encircle camera mount round. Can receive under the circumstances of external force striking at camera subassembly like this, accomplish the buffering effect for inside precision device through the connecting wire of establishing around.
