According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the machine operates with the impression cylinder 52 carrying the woven bags in motion and in mutual contact with the plate cylinder 53. The impression cylinder 52 and the plate cylinder 53 continuously rotate at a high speed to print characters or images on the woven bag, and the production efficiency is high. The machine adopts three groups of plate cylinders 53, one rubber roll 50, one impression cylinder 52, one plate cylinder 53, one ink fountain 51 and one squeeze cylinder 54 as one group of plate cylinders 53, and the arrangement of two positive sides and one negative side can meet the requirements of positive and negative printing and is suitable for more production conditions.
It should be noted that the devices of the present invention are all electrically connected to the mains supply for supplying power to the devices, which is common general knowledge of those skilled in the art and will not be described herein again.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
1. in terms of the whole machine, the magnetic powder motor 2 controls the discharging shaft 3, woven bags are conveyed to a cutter of an outer bag machine to be cut off through the discharging rack 1, when the woven bags pass through the camera rack 4, the intelligent camera 5 above the woven bags can take photos timely, images are transmitted to control software of the liquid crystal display 6 to be compared and judged, if broken bags exist, signals are sent to a cylinder of a broken bag moving-out mechanism of the main rack, the cylinder pulls the swinging shaft 14, the swinging shaft 14 drives the broken bag pressing wheel 10 to press downwards through the connecting rod 11, the motor 12 fixed on the motor support 15 moves together with the broken bag roller 9 through a belt, the pressing wheel in contact with the broken bag roller 9 rotates together, the broken bags paved on a platform panel are quickly moved out of the main rack, and the broken bags do not enter the next process any more;
2. after the woven bags are conveyed by the platform, the woven bags move to a bag mouth twisting mechanism, bag mouths with two ends adhered to each other are twisted and opened, the process of sleeving inner film bags is carried out, the inner film bag coil materials 32 are automatically conveyed into the woven bags by the inner film bag conveying device through the double servo motors, and the inner film bag coils are cut off by the cutter 42 of the inner film machine to complete sleeving;
3. conveying to a sewing machine 46 to sew the pocket mouth, cutting off the suture by a pair of scissors 47 after sewing, and continuously conveying to the next printing process;
4. after printing of the printing mechanism, ink drying is carried out on the woven bags in the dryer 57, the images and texts become dry and stable, and finally the printed bags are sent to the stacking belt 59 through the wide belt 55, and the stacking motor 60 controls the stacking belt 59 to rotate so as to stack finished woven bags.
