The kilometer number of the roller in the dry leveling process is 80Km, and the kilometer number of the roller in the wet leveling process is increased to 120Km, so that the use efficiency and the operation rate of the roller are improved.

1. A method for mutual conversion between acid pickling coil and hot rolling leveling on an acid leveling line is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the steps of switching from hot rolling flat coil to acid pickling coil and from acid pickling coil to flat coil;
the hot rolling flat coil-to-acid coil-washing process comprises the following steps: stopping the flat coil rotating pickling coil and turning the flat coil rotating pickling coil to a vehicle;
the step of turning the flat coil into the acid-washing coil to stop the flat coil comprises the following steps:
(1) before the machine is stopped, starting a small acid circulation of the pickling section, and checking the starting condition of the large acid circulation;
(2) when the welding seam of the flat coil and the parking coil reaches the outlet position of the rinsing tank of the rinsing section, the process section is stopped, and the cover of the pickling tank is closed;
(3) starting the acid liquor major cycle of the process section, and starting the process section;
(4) keeping the process section running until the welding seam reaches the outlet shear, and stopping the machine after the welding seam is cut off;
(5) 1 hour after the machine is stopped, opening the cover of the pickling tank and cleaning the process channel;
(6) dismounting the expanding sleeve of the coiling machine;
(7) closing the cascade valves among the circulation tanks, starting a waste acid pump of the 1 st circulation tank, and discharging acid liquid in the 1 st circulation tank;
(8) opening the gradient valve between the circulation tanks, and supplementing fresh acid through the 4 th circulation tank until the liquid level of each circulation tank reaches 75-80%;
the steps of the flat coil-to-acid cleaning coil-up trolley comprise:
(1) after the equipment sanitation and the process channel are cleaned, closing the pickling tank cover of the pickling section and the rinsing tank cover of the rinsing section to prepare for lifting;
(2) starting the vehicle at the outlet section, selecting to roll the wide-inner-diameter threading belt, and emptying the movable sleeve at the outlet after starting the vehicle;
(3) starting an acid liquor large circulation mode before starting the process section, and starting the process section;
(4) after the vehicle is started, the scale breaker is normally put into use;
the switching process of the acid pickling coil to the leveling coil comprises the following steps: stopping the acid pickling coil to be rolled into a leveling coil and turning the acid pickling coil to be rolled into a leveling coil:
the shutdown step of the acid-washing coil to the leveling coil comprises the following steps:
(1) after the vehicle is stopped and acid is discharged, the tank cover of the pickling tank is opened, the safety pin is inserted, the acid spray beam is washed, and the defogging fan is forbidden to be closed;
(2) increasing an expanding sleeve on the basis of an original reel of a coiling machine;
the step of turning the acid-washing coil to a leveling coil and turning up the vehicle comprises the following steps:
(1) the acid system in the acid cleaning central control system is not started; the squeezing roller of the pickling section is opened for operation; closing the cover of the pickling tank after the start-up production;
(2) closing a side spraying electromagnetic valve of the rinsing section;
(3) adding a low-concentration leveling liquid into the leveling section, wherein the conductivity of the leveling liquid is controlled to be 100-;
(4) the oiler is not operated after exiting.

The method of claim 1 for interconverting acid flat on-line acid pickling coil and hot rolling flat, characterized in that: the acid leveling line comprises an uncoiler, an inlet shear, a welding machine, an inlet loop, a phosphorus breaking machine, an acid washing section, a rinsing section, a leveling machine, a tension leveler, an outlet loop, an oiling machine, an outlet shear and a coiling machine which are sequentially connected.

The method of claim 2 for interconverting acid flat on-line acid pickling coil and hot rolling flat, characterized in that: the pickling section is divided into 4 pickling tanks which are respectively named as a first acid tank, a second acid tank, a third acid tank and a fourth acid tank according to the sequence of strip steel entering the pickling tanks; the pickling tanks are mutually separated by a pair of acid squeezing rollers, and each pickling tank corresponds to one set of circulating tank: the acid tank with the same number and the circulation tank are provided with a large acid liquid circulation loop and a small acid liquid circulation loop; the acid liquor in the circulating tank is heated by a graphite heater through a pump and a pipeline and pumped into the corresponding acid tank, and then returns to the circulating tank from the acid tank to form a large circulation of acid washing; the acid liquor in the circulation tank is heated by the graphite heater through the pump and the pipeline, then does not pass through the acid tank, and directly returns to the circulation tank from another pipeline, so that the process is called as an acid liquor small circulation system.
4. The method of claim 2 for interconverting acid flat on-line acid pickling coil and hot rolling flat, characterized in that: the winding drum in the coiling machine comprises an inner drum and an expanding sleeve, wherein the expanding sleeve is a polyurethane expanding sleeve.
