Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The detection method of the electronic paper is suitable for the detection device of the electronic paper provided by the embodiment of the invention, the detection device can be arranged on the burning detection board, and after the burning detection board is connected with the electronic paper and burns the written waveform program into the electronic paper, the detection device can be controlled by the detection method of the electronic paper to automatically judge whether the display effect of the electronic paper under the display picture corresponding to the waveform program is qualified or not, so that the technical problems that when a detector subjectively judges that the display effect of the electronic paper is qualified enough, the accuracy and reliability of the detection result are low, the detection time is long, and the production efficiency is reduced are solved.
The following describes in detail a method and apparatus for detecting electronic paper according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for detecting electronic paper according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method for detecting electronic paper according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 101, controlling the electronic paper to sequentially light up the display screens according to the pre-written display screen set.
The display picture set is a plurality of pictures for detection, which are burned into the electronic paper in advance, and the electronic paper can display each picture in the display picture set in sequence, so that the display effect of the electronic paper can be detected when the electronic paper displays the pictures.
Specifically, as a possible implementation manner, a waveform (waveform) program corresponding to the display screen set may be pre-programmed, and then the programmed waveform program is burned into the electronic paper through the burning detection board, so as to control the electronic paper to run the waveform program, and then sequentially light up the display screens corresponding to the waveform program.
And 102, acquiring the picture display quality parameter of the electronic paper under the current display picture.
The picture display quality parameters are parameters which are predetermined by a large number of experimental analyses and influence the display effects of the definition, the tone and the abnormal display of the display picture of the electronic paper, and the parameters can comprise various parameters influencing the display effects of the electronic paper.
In an embodiment of the invention, the picture display quality parameters may include a High Voltage of Gate (VGH), a Low Voltage of Gate (VGL), a High Voltage of Driver (VDH), a Low Voltage of Driver (VDL), a Common Voltage (VCOM) and an input current I when the electronic paper lights up the picture.
According to the invention, a large number of experimental analyses and researches are carried out in advance to discover that the picture display effect of the electronic paper is obviously reduced when the parameters do not meet the corresponding specifications, for example, when the voltage values of VGL and VGH are low, the picture may not be displayed; when the voltage values of VGH and VGL are higher, the color displayed by the picture is darker; when the voltage values of the VDH and the VDL are lower, the image quality is blurred, or fine lines and fine dots exist on the picture; when the voltage values of the VDH and the VDL are higher, the picture switching can leave residual images or picture writing is eaten, and other poor displays are displayed; when the VCOM voltage is abnormal, the picture of the electronic paper may not be displayed or the picture frame may be abnormal. Therefore, at least one of the parameters is selected as the picture display quality parameter in advance, and whether the display effect of the electronic paper is qualified or not is judged conveniently according to the picture display quality parameter.
In a specific implementation, as an example, the detection device for electronic paper provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be arranged on a recording detection board in advance, and connected as shown in fig. 2, and when the electronic paper is sequentially displayed on a current display screen, the image display quality parameter of the electronic paper under the current display screen is obtained.
The electronic paper detection device, the electronic paper and the booster circuit in the burning detection board are connected with the power supply module to work by electrifying, and the electronic paper lights a display picture in a burnt waveform program under the driving of the booster circuit. The detection device for the electronic paper in the embodiment of the invention comprises a Micro Control Unit (MCU), wherein the MCU is connected with the electronic paper through 4 paths of Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) signals, and then parameters such as VGH, VDH, VGL and the like of the electronic paper under the current display picture are read through an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) interface in the MCU, wherein the number of the used ADC interfaces can be set according to actual needs, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, when five picture display quality parameters in the above example are selected, corresponding picture display quality parameters can be read through 5 ADC interfaces respectively, so that the required picture display quality parameters of the electronic paper under the current display picture are obtained.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, different circuits may affect each other, and the arrangement of the detection circuit may cause interference to an internal circuit of the electronic paper, so that the read parameters may deviate.
The input end of the isolation module is connected with the electronic paper, and the output end of the isolation module is connected with the MCU and used for isolating the electronic paper from the MCU. As a possible implementation mode, a voltage follower can be selected as an isolation module, and due to the fact that the input impedance of the voltage follower is large, when the MCU reads picture display quality parameters, data signals are transmitted to the MCU through the voltage follower firstly, and an internal circuit of the electronic paper and an external circuit connected with the electronic paper can be isolated. For example, as shown in fig. 3, a voltage follower of LM358AM type may be used as an isolation module, and the display quality parameters such as VDH and VDL are obtained through input pins such as pins 3 and 5, and then the obtained display quality parameters are sent to the MCU through an output pin, so that the internal circuit impedance of the electronic paper is prevented from being affected by the external environment, and the accuracy of the read picture display quality parameters is ensured.
In specific implementation, with reference to the above example, when the MCU reads VGH, VGL, VDH, VDL, and VCOM through five ADC interfaces, as shown in fig. 4, after the isolation module is connected to the external power supply module and the voltage boost circuit, the signal including the display quality parameter is sent to the input end of the isolation module, and then sent to the corresponding ADC interface of the MCU, so as to avoid the MCU from affecting the internal circuit of the electronic paper, and ensure the accuracy of the parameter read by the ADC interface of the MCU.
103, if the display quality parameters of all the pictures do not exceed the corresponding display quality parameter ranges of the pictures, determining that the electronic paper under the current display picture is qualified;
and 104, if at least one picture display quality parameter exceeds the corresponding picture display quality parameter range, determining that the electronic paper under the current display picture is unqualified.
The invention performs a large number of experiments on the picture display quality parameters in advance, and determines the range corresponding to each picture display quality parameter when the picture display effect of the electronic paper with different types and sizes is in a qualified state. For example, taking 2.13 inch electronic paper as an example, the range of the picture display quality parameters is predetermined by experimental analysis as shown in the following table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002416722600000061
That is, when a certain picture display quality parameter does not exceed the corresponding picture display quality parameter range, it is determined that the picture display quality parameter is qualified under the current display picture, and the display picture of the electronic paper does not have the corresponding bad phenomenon when the picture display quality parameter is unqualified.
And then, after the picture display quality parameter of the electronic paper under the current display picture is obtained, determining whether the electronic paper under the current display picture is qualified or not according to the picture display quality parameter and a preset picture display quality parameter range.
In order to improve the display quality of the electronic paper which leaves the factory, when detecting that all picture display quality parameters are located in the corresponding picture display quality parameter range, namely all the display quality parameters are qualified, the electronic paper under the current display picture is determined to be qualified, if detecting that one or more picture display quality parameters exceed the corresponding picture display quality parameter range, the picture of the electronic paper is determined to possibly have corresponding bad phenomena, and the electronic paper under the current display picture is determined to be unqualified. Therefore, any adverse phenomenon of the display picture of the electronic paper which leaves the factory can be avoided, and the display effect of the electronic paper is improved.
Therefore, in the detection method of the electronic paper of the embodiment of the invention, the picture display quality parameters are read through the ADC interface of the MCU in the detection device of the electronic paper, and then whether the read picture display quality parameters are in the corresponding preset picture display quality parameter range is compared, and whether the display effect of the electronic paper under the current display picture meets the specification is determined according to the calculation result. Compared with manual detection, parameters are read and calculated through a detection device of the electronic paper, manual subjective judgment steps are avoided, the probability of occurrence of misjudgment is reduced, and the time for reading the parameters and comparing the parameters by the MCU is extremely short, so that the time required by the electronic paper detection is greatly saved, the labor is saved, and the detection efficiency is improved.
Furthermore, since the display frame set may include a plurality of display frames, each of the display frames needs to be detected, in an embodiment of the present invention, if it is determined that the electronic paper under the current display frame is qualified, the electronic paper may be further controlled to switch and light the next display frame, specifically, after it is determined that the electronic paper under the current display frame is qualified, it is determined whether lighting of the display frame in the display frame set is completed or not, if not, the electronic paper is controlled to switch and light the next display frame in the display frame set, and if lighting is completed, the detection is exited, thereby implementing detection of the electronic paper under the plurality of display frames.
According to the detection method of the electronic paper, after the electronic paper is controlled to light the picture, the parameters influencing the picture display effect of the electronic paper are obtained, whether the obtained parameters are within the specification range ensuring that the picture display quality meets the requirements or not is judged, and whether the display quality of the electronic paper under the current display picture is qualified or not is detected. Therefore, the display quality of the electronic paper is judged by detecting whether the parameter value meets the requirement objectively instead of by observing the picture subjectively by naked eyes, so that the probability of misjudgment is reduced, and the accuracy and reliability of the detection result of the electronic paper are improved. In addition, the steps of observing the picture by a detector are reduced, the time consumed for detecting the electronic paper is shortened, and the production efficiency of the electronic paper is improved.
Based on the embodiment, in practical application, in order to more clearly and intuitively display the detection result of the electronic paper and facilitate the detection personnel to analyze the defective products, the embodiment of the invention also provides a specific detection method of the electronic paper. The detection method is suitable for a specific detection device for electronic paper provided by the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 5, on the basis of the detection device for electronic paper described in the above embodiment, the detection device further includes a display module 30, a first prompt module 40 and a second prompt module 50, wherein the isolation module 20, the display module 30, the first prompt module 40 and the second prompt module 50 are respectively connected with the MCU 10.
In a specific application, fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart of a specific method for detecting electronic paper according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, after step 102, the method further includes:
step 201, controlling the display module to display the picture display quality parameter.
Specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, the display module 30 may be a display device such as a micro display screen, and after the MCU10 reads the picture display quality parameters, the display module 30 may be controlled to display the obtained picture display quality parameters, so that a tester can visually check the specific numerical value of each picture display quality parameter, and can more clearly know the specific information of the electronic paper display effect. Therefore, when the electronic paper is detected to be unqualified under the current display picture, the detection personnel can directly search the cause of the parameter abnormity according to the display quality parameters of the picture which is not in accordance with the specification, and the detection personnel can conveniently analyze the unqualified product and quickly determine the cause of the problem. For example, when the display module displays that the VDH value is lower than the preset specification range, the inspector can directly find whether the internal element connected to the electronic paper is abnormal according to the pin for sending the VDH data in the electronic paper, and analyze the cause and degree of the fault by referring to the displayed parameter value.
Further, the display module 30 may further display the detection result and the detection progress, for example, when the electronic paper in the previous display screen is detected to be qualified, the display module 30 may display a "qualified" character, and for example, the display module 30 may further display a "1/6" character indicating a ratio of the detected display screen to the total number of the screens, so that the inspector may clearly know the detection result and the detection progress of the current display screen.
Step 202, controlling the first prompt module to display a first prompt signal when the electronic paper is qualified, and displaying a second prompt signal when the electronic paper is unqualified.
After determining whether the electronic paper is qualified under the current display picture by the method in the embodiment, the first prompt module 40 can be controlled to display a corresponding prompt signal according to the detection result, so that the detection result can be conveniently and visually checked by the detection personnel.
In a specific implementation manner, in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the first prompting module 40 may include: a first switch module 41, a first indicator light 42, a second switch module 43, and a second indicator light 44.
The first indicator light 42 and the second indicator light 44 may be LED indicator lights, the first switch module 41 is connected to the first indicator light 42, the second switch module 43 is connected to the second indicator light 44, and when the control module 10 determines that the electronic paper is qualified, the control module controls the first switch module 41 to be turned on, and further controls the first indicator light 42 to display a prompt signal of a first color; when the control module 10 determines that the electronic paper is not qualified, the second switch module 43 is controlled to be turned on, and the second indicator light 44 is further controlled to display a prompt signal of a second color.
For example, as shown in fig. 7, the first indicator light 42(G) is an LED indicator light for displaying green, the second indicator light 44(R) is an LED indicator light for displaying red, the first indicator light 42(G) and the second indicator light 44(R) are respectively connected to the corresponding first switch module 41 and the second switch module 43, and are connected to the power supply module for powering on, when the MCU10 detects that all the picture display quality parameters under the current display picture are within the preset range, the first switch module 41 is controlled to be turned on, the first indicator light 42(G) displays a green prompt signal, and when the MCU10 detects that the picture display quality parameters under the current display picture are not within the preset range, the second switch module 43 is controlled to be turned on, and the second indicator light 44(R) displays a red prompt signal.
From this, the visual testing result that shows the electronic paper through the pilot lamp of different colours is favorable to the quick acquisition testing result of testing personnel, when first pilot lamp 41 shows green, can directly switch to next display screen and detect, has saved the time that testing personnel looked over the display screen, has improved detection efficiency.
It should be noted that, in order to enable the detection personnel to quickly and intuitively check the detection result of each image display quality parameter, in an embodiment of the present invention, before controlling the first prompting module 40 to display the corresponding prompting signal, the second prompting module may be controlled to display the third prompting signal when the corresponding image display quality parameter is qualified, and the fourth prompting signal when the corresponding image display quality parameter is not qualified.
The third cue signal and the fourth cue signal may be cue signals with the same color as the first cue signal and the second cue signal, and certainly, in order to distinguish the third cue signal and the fourth cue signal from the first cue signal and the second cue signal, the third cue signal and the fourth cue signal may be set to cue signals with other colors. After detecting whether the picture display quality parameter is qualified in the manner described in the above embodiments, the second prompt module 50 is controlled to display a corresponding prompt signal according to the detection result. Wherein, the internal structure of the second prompt module 50 can refer to the first prompt module 40, and is not repeated here, the number of the second prompt modules 50 can be set to a plurality according to the number of the picture display quality parameters, each second prompt module 50 corresponds to one picture display quality parameter, and after detecting one picture display quality parameter, the corresponding second prompt module 50 is controlled to display a corresponding prompt signal according to the detection result, so that the detection personnel can quickly and intuitively check whether the picture display quality parameter is qualified.
For example, continuing with the above example, when the MCU10 reads five image display quality parameters, namely VGH, VGL, VDH, VDL, and VCOM, through the ADC interface, 5 second prompt modules 50 may be respectively set, when the VGH under the current display image is detected to be qualified, the corresponding second prompt module 50 displays green, and when the VDH under the current display image is detected to be unqualified, the corresponding second prompt module 50 displays red, so that the inspector can quickly determine whether each image display quality parameter under the current display image is qualified, and further, the value displayed in the display module 30 can be combined, when the electronic paper under the current display image is unqualified, the reason for the problem can be quickly determined, which is beneficial to analyzing the defective products.
