Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
The data storage method provided by the embodiment of the invention considers that most of the existing data storage methods are that the user side actively initiates the data storage request, so that the terminal data is easily stored untimely or even lost due to the negligence of the user, and the data storage method for actively initiating the data storage request by the network side is provided, so that the data of the terminal can be ensured to be stored in time and is not easy to lose, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a data storage method according to a first embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to a cloud platform. As shown in fig. 1, the data storage method may include the steps of:
step S101, sending a data storage service request to the terminal.
The data storage service request comprises terminal and user information, terminal storage information, cloud platform information and network information. The terminal and user information comprises home operator information, a 5G user permanent identifier, a user hidden identifier, a 5G globally unique temporary identifier, a permanent equipment identifier and the like; the terminal storage information comprises terminal database information, data storage version information, data updating information, a data sending mode, a sending period and the like; the cloud platform information comprises a cloud platform name, a cloud platform IP address, protocol data unit session authorization information and the like; the network information includes protocol data unit session identification, protocol data unit session continuity information, access and mobility management function entity identification, session management function entity related information, user plane function entity related information, and the like. The data storage service request can be sent regularly according to a period preset by a user, and can also be sent by triggering the cloud platform by the user at any time according to the actual storage requirement of the user.
Generally, due to the compatibility problem of the communication protocol, the data storage service request is not directly sent to the terminal from the cloud platform, but is subjected to a series of forwarding through a plurality of functional entities of the operator core network, and finally the data storage service request is sent to the terminal. In the process of executing the forwarding operation, the functional entities need to select a forwarding object and execute the forwarding operation according to the terminal and user information, the terminal storage information, the cloud platform information and the network information in the data storage service request.
In one embodiment, the cloud platform sends a data storage service request to a User Plane Function (UPF). After receiving the data storage service request sent by the cloud platform, the UPF forwards the data storage service request to a Session Management Function (SMF). After receiving the data storage service request forwarded by the UPF, the SMF judges the validity of the data storage service of the terminal, forwards the data storage service request to a corresponding entity according to the validity judgment result, and finally enables the terminal to receive the data storage service.
In one embodiment, the SMF determining validity of the terminal data storage service and forwarding the data storage service request to the corresponding entity according to the validity determination result includes:
the method comprises the steps that the SMF judges whether an Access and mobility Management Function (AMF) identifier where a terminal resides in a Protocol Data Unit (PDU) session list is consistent with an AMF identifier stored by a cloud platform or not;
if the two are consistent, the terminal data storage service is a validity service, and the SMF sends a data storage service request to the terminal;
if the data storage service request and the data storage service request are not consistent, the SMF indicates that the terminal data storage service is an invalid service, the SMF firstly sends the data storage service request to the AMF where the terminal resides, and the AMF where the terminal resides forwards the data storage service request to the terminal after receiving the data storage service request.
In one embodiment, the SMF sending the data storage service request to the terminal or the AMF where the terminal resides includes:
the SMF sends the data storage service request to a Short Message function (SMSF);
the SMSF forwards the data storage service request to the terminal or the AMF where the terminal resides.
Step S102, receiving a data storage service request feedback message fed back by the terminal.
Wherein the data storage service request feedback message comprises an agreement to the data storage service request and a rejection to the data storage service request. After receiving a data storage service request sent by a cloud platform, the terminal evaluates the storage requirement of the data storage service request, feeds back an agreement data storage service request to the cloud platform if the terminal has the storage requirement, and feeds back a rejection data storage service request to the cloud platform if the terminal does not have the storage requirement.
In one embodiment, after the terminal generates the data storage service request feedback message according to the storage requirement, if the data storage service is an effective service, the data storage service request feedback message is sent to the UPF, and the UPF forwards the data storage service request feedback message sent by the terminal to the cloud platform. If the terminal data storage service is an invalid service, the terminal firstly sends a data storage service request feedback message to the AMF where the terminal resides, the AMF where the terminal resides receives the data storage service request feedback message sent by the terminal, then forwards the data storage service request feedback message to the UPF, and the UPF forwards the data storage service request feedback message sent by the terminal to the cloud platform.
It can be understood that, if the data storage service request feedback message received by the cloud platform is an agreement to the data storage service request, the cloud platform performs preparation work before data storage, and feeds back a message capable of sending data to the terminal after the preparation work is completed. And after receiving the message which is fed back by the cloud platform and can send data, the terminal sends the data to be stored to the cloud platform.
It should be noted that, if the data storage service request is a periodic request, after the cloud platform and the terminal complete the first storage process (i.e., the storage process of the first period), the cloud platform already determines the validity of the data storage service of the terminal, and establishes a data transmission channel for data storage with the terminal, and the two directly perform data transmission and storage operations in the subsequent period. Specifically, the cloud platform sends a data storage service request to the terminal through the UPF according to a preset period; after receiving a data storage service request sent by a cloud platform, a terminal sends data to be stored to the cloud platform; and after receiving the data sent by the terminal, the cloud platform stores the data in a corresponding position.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a data storage method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to a cloud platform. As shown in fig. 2, the data storage method may include the steps of:
step S201, sending a data storage service request to the terminal.
Step S201 in this embodiment is the same as step S101 in the first embodiment of the present invention, and is not described herein again.
Step S202, receiving a data storage service request feedback message fed back by the terminal.
Step S202 in this embodiment is the same as step S102 in the first embodiment of the present invention, and is not described herein again.
And step S203, receiving the data transmitted by the terminal and storing the data.
And when the data storage service request feedback message is the data storage service request agreement, the terminal sends data to be stored to the cloud platform. After receiving the data to be stored sent by the terminal, the cloud platform stores the data in corresponding positions for the terminal to access.
And step S204, sending data storage result information to the terminal.
The data storage result information comprises a storage version number and updating time.
In one embodiment, after the cloud platform completes data storage, data storage result information is sent to the SMSF; after receiving a data storage result sent by the cloud platform, the SMSF forwards data storage result information to the terminal; and the terminal receives the data storage result information which is transmitted by the cloud platform and forwarded by the SMSF to acquire the data storage version number and the updating time.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a data storage method according to a third embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to SMF. As shown in fig. 3, the data storage method may include the steps of:
step S301, receiving a data storage service request sent by a cloud platform.
In one embodiment, the cloud platform sends the data storage service request to the UPF, and the UPF forwards the data storage service request to the SMF after receiving the data storage service request sent by the cloud platform. And the SMF receives the data storage service request which is transmitted by the cloud platform and forwarded by the UPF.
Step S302, judging the validity of the terminal data storage service.
The SMF may determine whether the terminal data storage service is a validity service according to the AMF identifier.
In one embodiment, the SMF determines whether an AMF identifier where the terminal resides in a current PDU session list is consistent with an AMF identifier stored in the cloud platform. If the two are consistent, the terminal data storage service is judged to be an effective service, and if the two are not consistent, the terminal data storage service is judged to be an ineffective service.
Step S303, the data storage service request is forwarded to the corresponding entity according to the validity judgment result.
The connection between the terminal and the cloud platform is established through the operator core network, the validity judgment result of the terminal data storage service can reflect the authentication condition among the cloud platform, the operator core network and the terminal, and the authentication condition can influence the sending process of the data storage service request. Specifically, when the terminal data storage service is a validity service, it is indicated that three-party authentication has been established among the terminal, the operator core network, and the cloud platform, and at this time, the cloud platform can directly perform information transmission with the terminal through the operator core network, that is, the SMF can directly send the data storage service request to the terminal. When the terminal data storage service is an invalid service, it is indicated that three-party authentication is not established among the terminal, the operator core network and the cloud platform, or the terminal does not perform service interaction with the cloud platform through the operator core network, and at this time, the SMF needs to establish communication connection with the terminal by means of the AMF currently resident in the terminal, so as to send a data storage service request to the terminal.
In one embodiment, when the validity judgment result of the terminal data storage service is a validity service, the SMF sends a data storage service request to the terminal; and when the validity judgment result of the terminal data storage service is invalid service, the SMF sends the data storage service request to the AMF where the terminal resides, and the AMF where the terminal resides forwards the received data storage service request to the terminal. The SMF may send the data storage service request to the terminal or the AMF where the terminal resides through the SMSF, that is, the SMF first sends the data storage service request to the SMSF, and the SMSF then forwards the data storage service request to the terminal or the AMF where the terminal resides.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a data storage method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to a UPF. As shown in fig. 4, the data storage method may include the steps of:
step S401, receiving a data storage service request sent by a cloud platform, and forwarding the data storage service request to a session management function entity.
The cloud platform and the terminal need to be connected through an operator core network to achieve data transmission. The UPF is used as a bridge for information transmission between the cloud platform and an operator core network, when the cloud platform sends a data storage service request to the terminal, the data storage service request is sent to the UPF, and after receiving the data storage service request, the UPF forwards the data storage service request to the SMF.
Step S402, when the session management function entity judges that the terminal data storage service is the validity service, receiving a data storage service request feedback message sent by the terminal; and when the session management functional entity judges that the terminal data storage service is invalid, receiving a data storage service request feedback message which is sent by the terminal and forwarded by the access where the terminal resides and the mobility management functional entity.
And after receiving the data storage service request, the SMF judges the validity of the terminal data storage service. When the terminal data storage service is an effective service, the SMF sends a data storage service request to the terminal; when the terminal data storage service is an invalid service, the SMF sends the data storage service request to the AMF where the terminal resides, and the AMF where the terminal resides forwards the data storage service request to the terminal after receiving the data storage service request. And after receiving the data storage service request, the terminal returns a data storage service request feedback message to the cloud platform according to the storage requirement of the data storage service request. The process that the terminal returns the data storage service request feedback message to the cloud platform corresponds to the process that the SMF sends the data storage service request to the terminal according to the terminal data storage service validity judgment result. Specifically, when the terminal data storage service is an effective service, the terminal sends a data storage service request feedback message to the UPF, and the UPF receives the data storage service request feedback message sent by the terminal; when the terminal data storage service is an invalid service, the terminal firstly sends a data storage service request feedback message to the AMF where the terminal resides, the AMF where the terminal resides forwards the data storage service request feedback message to the UPF after receiving the data storage service request feedback message, and the UPF receives the data storage service request feedback message sent by the terminal and forwarded by the AMF where the terminal resides.
Step S403, sending a data storage service request feedback message to the cloud platform.
And after receiving the data storage service request feedback message sent by the terminal or forwarded by the AMF where the terminal resides, the UPF forwards the data storage service request feedback message to the cloud platform, so that the cloud platform determines whether to execute data storage preparation work according to the data storage service request feedback message.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, after the UPF sends the data storage service request feedback message to the cloud platform and the cloud platform completes the data storage operation based on the data storage service request feedback message, the UPF also receives data storage result information sent by the cloud platform and forwards the data storage result information to the terminal. The data storage result information comprises a storage version number and updating time. In one embodiment, forwarding the data storage result information to the terminal by the UPF may be implemented by an SMSF, that is, the UPF first sends the data storage result information to the SMSF, and then the SMSF forwards the data storage result information to the terminal.
The steps of the above methods are divided for clarity, and the implementation may be combined into one step or split some steps, and the steps are divided into multiple steps, so long as the same logical relationship is included, which are all within the protection scope of the present patent; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.

Generally, due to the compatibility problem of the communication protocol, the data storage service request is not directly sent to the terminal from the cloud platform, but is subjected to a series of forwarding through a plurality of functional entities of the operator core network, and finally the data storage service request is sent to the terminal.
In one embodiment, the cloud platform sends the data storage service request to the UPF through the sending module 501. And after receiving the data storage service request sent by the cloud platform, the UPF forwards the data storage service request to the SMF. After receiving the data storage service request forwarded by the UPF, the SMF judges the validity of the data storage service of the terminal, forwards the data storage service request to a corresponding entity according to the validity judgment result, and finally enables the terminal to receive the data storage service. Specifically, the SMF judges whether an AMF identifier of a terminal resident in a current PDU session list is consistent with an AMF identifier stored by a cloud platform; if the two are consistent, the terminal data storage service is a validity service, and the SMF sends a data storage service request to the terminal; if the data storage service request and the data storage service request are not consistent, the SMF indicates that the terminal data storage service is an invalid service, the SMF firstly sends the data storage service request to the AMF where the terminal resides, and the AMF where the terminal resides forwards the data storage service request to the terminal after receiving the data storage service request.

In one embodiment, after the terminal generates the data storage service request feedback message according to the storage requirement, if the data storage service is an effective service, the data storage service request feedback message is sent to the UPF, the UPF forwards the data storage service request feedback message sent by the terminal to the cloud platform, and the receiving module 502 of the cloud platform receives the data storage service request feedback message returned by the terminal and forwarded by the UPF. If the data storage service of the terminal is an invalid service, the terminal firstly sends a data storage service request feedback message to an AMF (advanced multimedia broadcasting) which is resident at the terminal, the AMF which is resident at the terminal receives the data storage service request feedback message sent by the terminal and then forwards the data storage service request feedback message to a UPF (unified Power flow Filter), the UPF forwards the data storage service request feedback message sent by the terminal to a cloud platform, and a receiving module 502 of the cloud platform receives the data storage service request feedback message which is returned by the terminal and is forwarded by the AMF and the UPF.
Specifically, the cloud platform sends a data storage service request to the UPF through the sending module 501 according to a preset period, and then the UPF forwards the data storage service request to the terminal; after receiving a data storage service request sent by a cloud platform, a terminal sends data to be stored to the cloud platform; and after receiving the data sent by the terminal, the cloud platform stores the data in a corresponding position.
