Abstract
The invention discloses a quantum dot color film, which comprises a red sub-pixel, wherein the red sub-pixel comprises: a polymer; quantum dots dispersed in the polymer; the quantum dots comprise CdZnSe cores, ZnSeS layers and CdZnS layers, the ZnSeS layers and the CdZnS layers are sequentially distributed on the peripheries of the CdZnSe cores, and the emission peak wavelength of the quantum dots is 610 nanometers to 660 nanometers. The quantum dot color film adopts the quantum dots with the three-layer structure, and the quantum dots have higher fluorescence quantum efficiency, so that the photoinduced quantum efficiency of the quantum dot color film is promoted.
Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of quantum dots, and particularly relates to a quantum dot color film.
Background
Due to its excellent optical properties, quantum dots have been widely used in the display field, such as quantum dot color films.
However, the current quantum dot color film has low photo-induced quantum efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
To solve the technical problem, the application provides a quantum dot color film for improving the photoinduced quantum efficiency.
A quantum dot color film comprises a red sub-pixel, wherein the red sub-pixel comprises: a polymer; quantum dots dispersed in the polymer; the quantum dots comprise CdZnSe cores, ZnSeS layers and CdZnS layers, the ZnSeS layers and the CdZnS layers are sequentially distributed on the peripheries of the CdZnSe cores, and the emission peak wavelength of the quantum dots is 610 nanometers to 660 nanometers.
The quantum dot color film adopts the quantum dots with the three-layer structure, and the quantum dots have higher fluorescence quantum efficiency, so that the photoinduced quantum efficiency of the quantum dot color film is promoted.
In one embodiment, the quantum dots have a particle size in the range of 10 nm to 20 nm.
The particle size referred to herein does not include the ligand length of the quantum dot, that is, the particle size of the quantum dot CdZnSe/ZnSeS/CdZnS trilayer structure ranges from 10 nm to 20 nm.
In one embodiment, the CdZnSe core has a particle size in a range of 5 nm to 12 nm, the ZnSeS layer has a thickness in a range of 1 nm to 4 nm, and the CdZnS layer has a thickness in a range of 1 nm to 3 nm.
The inventor finds that when the thickness range of the three layers of the quantum dot is in the value, the fluorescence quantum efficiency of the quantum dot is favorably improved, and therefore the photoinduced quantum efficiency of a quantum dot color film is further improved.
In one embodiment, the quantum dots have a fluorescence quantum efficiency of greater than 50%.
In one embodiment, the mass ratio between the quantum dots and the polymer is 1: 1 to 3.
In one embodiment, the quantum dot comprises a ligand, the ligand being

r, R are each independently selected from a mercapto group-containing group, a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a cyano group, a nitro group, an amino group, an amidino group, a hydrazine group, a hydrazone group, a C-C ester group, a C-C alkyl group, a C-C alkenyl group, a C-C alkynyl group, a C-C alkoxy group, a C-C cycloalkyl group, a C-C heterocycloalkyl group, a C-C cycloalkenyl group, a C-C heterocycloalkenyl group, a C-C aryl group, a C-C heteroaryl group, a C-C aryloxy group, a C-C arylthio group, or a C-C ester group, a C-C alkyl group, a C-C alkenyl group, a C-C alkynyl group, a C-C alkoxy group, a C-C cycloalkyl group, a C-C heterocycloalkyl group, a C-C cycloalkenyl group, a C-C heterocycloalkenyl group, a C-C aryl group, a C-C heteroaryl group, a C-C aryloxy group, a C-C arylthio group, or a C-C arylthio group, wherein at least one of the following groups are substituted: a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a cyano group, a nitro group, an amino group, an amidino group, a hydrazine group, a hydrazone group, a carboxyl group or a salt thereof, a sulfonic acid group or a salt thereof.
By adopting the ligand, the quantum dots can be dispersed in the polymer more stably, so that the quantum dot color film is more stable.
In one embodiment, the ligand mass content of the quantum dot is 1% to 60%.
In one embodiment, the ligand is selected from at least one of compounds 1 to 4,
in one embodiment, the thickness of the red sub-pixel ranges from 0.5 to 10 microns.
In one embodiment, the light diffusion particles are selected from titanium dioxide, barium sulfate, magnesium oxide, silicon dioxide or aluminum oxide.
The light diffusion particles are added into the quantum dot color film, so that the photoinduced quantum efficiency of the quantum dot color film can be further improved.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the examples of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments of the present application. It should be noted that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, and not all embodiments.
The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1, the quantum dot color film 1 includes a substrate 11 and a red subpixel 13, wherein the substrate 11 carries the red subpixel 13. The red sub-pixel 13 has a thickness of 5 microns.
The red sub-pixel 13 comprises acrylic resin polymer, CdZnSe/ZnSeS/CdZnS quantum dots and titanium dioxide particles. The mass ratio of the acrylic resin polymer to the quantum dots to the titanium dioxide particles is 4: 2: 1.
the emission peak wavelength of the quantum dot is 630 nanometers, the average particle size of the quantum dot is 15 nanometers, the average particle size of the CdZnSe core is 7 nanometers, the average thickness of the ZnSeS layer is 2 nanometers, and the thickness of the CdZnS layer is 2 nanometers.

The mass content of the ligand is 40 percent.
The fluorescence quantum efficiency of the quantum dots was tested to be 97% using an integrating sphere.
Example two:
the quantum dot color film disclosed by the embodiment comprises a substrate and a red sub-pixel, wherein the substrate carries the red sub-pixel. The red sub-pixel has a thickness of 8 microns.
The red sub-pixel comprises acrylic resin polymer, CdZnSe/ZnSeS/CdZnS quantum dots and silica particles. The mass ratio of the acrylic resin polymer to the quantum dots to the titanium dioxide particles is 6: 2: 1.5.

as can be seen from the above table, the photo-induced quantum efficiency of the quantum dot color film disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention is significantly higher than that of the quantum dot color film of the comparative example. Therefore, compared with the prior art, the quantum dot color film disclosed by the invention has the advantage that the photoinduced quantum efficiency is obviously improved.

1. A quantum dot color film comprising a red subpixel, the red subpixel comprising:
a polymer;
quantum dots dispersed in the polymer; wherein,
the quantum dots comprise CdZnSe cores, ZnSeS layers and CdZnS layers, the ZnSeS layers and the CdZnS layers are sequentially distributed on the periphery of the CdZnSe cores, the emission peak wavelength of the quantum dots is 610 to 660 nanometers,
wherein the quantum dot comprises a ligand which is
w, x, y, z are each independently an integer selected from 0 to 30;
at least one of R1, R2, R3, R4 is a mercapto group-containing group;

3. The quantum dot color film of claim 1 or 2, wherein the CdZnSe core has a particle size in a range from 5 nm to 12 nm, the ZnSeS layer has a thickness in a range from 1 nm to 4 nm, and the CdZnS layer has a thickness in a range from 1 nm to 3 nm.
4. The quantum dot color film of claim 1, wherein the quantum dot fluorescence quantum efficiency is higher than 50%.
5. The quantum dot color film of claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the quantum dots to the polymer is 1: 1 to 3.
6. The quantum dot color film of claim 1, wherein the mass content of the ligand of the quantum dot is 1% to 60%.
8. the quantum dot color film of claim 1, wherein the thickness of the red sub-pixel ranges from 0.5 to 10 microns.
9. The quantum dot color film of claim 1, further comprising light diffusing particles selected from titanium dioxide, barium sulfate, magnesium oxide, silicon dioxide, or aluminum oxide.
