In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, the present invention aims to provide a polishing machine.
According to one aspect of the invention, the polishing machine comprises a rack, a polishing device, a transverse translation device and a longitudinal translation device, wherein the polishing device, the transverse translation device and the longitudinal translation device are arranged on the rack, the transverse translation device drives the polishing device to move back and forth, the longitudinal translation device drives the polishing device to move up and down, a brush is arranged on the polishing device, and the polishing device drives the brush to move.
Because the brush is arranged on the polishing device, when the 3D curved glass panel (namely the workpiece) is polished, the 3D curved glass panel is placed on the workpiece rotating platform, then the polishing device is started, the polishing device drives the brush to move, the brush can polish the 3D curved glass panel in the moving process, the pressure of the brush on the 3D curved glass panel cannot be too large, and the final polishing effect is good; in addition, the polishing device can be driven to move back and forth by the transverse translation device, the polishing device is driven to move up and down by the longitudinal translation device, and the polishing device can rapidly polish the 3D curved glass panel, so that the polishing efficiency can be improved.
In some embodiments, the transverse translation device includes a transverse motor, a transverse screw rod and a transverse nut, the transverse motor is fixed on the frame, the transverse screw rod is connected with an output shaft of the transverse motor, the transverse nut is fixed on the polishing device, when the transverse motor is started, the transverse screw rod is driven to rotate, the transverse screw rod drives the transverse nut to move back and forth, and the transverse nut drives the polishing device to move back and forth. Therefore, the polishing device can be finally driven to move back and forth through the transverse translation device, and the polishing efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the longitudinal translation device comprises a longitudinal motor, a longitudinal screw rod and a longitudinal nut, the longitudinal motor is fixed on the polishing device, the longitudinal screw rod is connected with an output shaft of the longitudinal motor, the longitudinal nut is fixed on the polishing device, when the longitudinal motor is started, the longitudinal screw rod is driven to rotate, the longitudinal screw rod drives the longitudinal nut to move up and down, and the longitudinal nut drives the polishing device to move up and down. Therefore, the polishing device can be finally driven to move up and down through the longitudinal translation device, and the polishing efficiency is further improved.
In some embodiments, the polishing device comprises a workpiece rotating platform, a brush device and a fixing frame, wherein the fixing frame is fixed in the rack, the workpiece rotating platform is arranged on the rack, the brush device is connected with the fixing frame, a transverse nut is fixed below the fixing frame, a longitudinal motor is fixed above the fixing frame, a longitudinal nut is fixed on the brush device, the workpiece rotating platform is located below the brush device, the workpiece rotating platform is used for placing a workpiece, a brush is arranged on the brush device, the brush device drives the brush to move, and the brush is used for polishing the workpiece.
In some embodiments, the brush device includes a support frame, a power device and a transmission device, the power device and the transmission device are both disposed on the support frame, the power device drives the transmission device to move, the brush is disposed on the transmission device, and the transmission device drives the brush to move. Therefore, when the brush moves, the brush can be brushed on the surface of the 3D curved glass panel, and the surface of the 3D curved glass panel is polished.
In some embodiments, the transmission device includes a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a transmission belt, the driving wheel and the driven wheel are respectively disposed at two ends of the supporting frame, one end of the transmission belt is sleeved on the driving wheel, the other end of the transmission belt is sleeved on the driven wheel, the brush is disposed on the transmission belt, the power device drives the driving wheel to rotate, the driving wheel drives the transmission belt to move, and the transmission belt drives the brush to move.
In some embodiments, the device further comprises a tensioning device, the tensioning device comprises a tensioning wheel, an air cylinder and a connecting rod, one end of the air cylinder is arranged on the supporting frame, an output shaft of the air cylinder is connected with the connecting rod, the connecting rod is connected with the tensioning wheel, and the tensioning wheel is used for tensioning the transmission belt. Therefore, the tensioning device can tension the transmission belt and prevent the transmission belt from loosening to influence the polishing effect.
In some embodiments, the workpiece rotating platform includes an indexing device, a plurality of rotating devices, a first rotating disk and a plurality of second rotating disks, the indexing device is rotatably connected with the first rotating disk, the rotating devices are arranged below the first rotating disk, the second rotating disks are arranged on the first rotating disk, the rotating devices drive the second rotating disks to rotate, and the second rotating disks are used for placing workpieces. Therefore, the first rotating disc can be rotated to a proper position through the dividing device, the second rotating discs can also be rotated to a proper position, workpieces can be placed on the second rotating discs, and each second rotating disc can rotate independently, so that the polishing device has a better polishing effect through the structure.
In some embodiments, the rotating device includes a rotating motor, a first rotating wheel, a second rotating wheel and a rotating belt, the rotating motor drives the first rotating wheel to rotate, one end of the rotating belt is sleeved on the first rotating wheel, the other end of the rotating belt is sleeved on the second rotating wheel, the first rotating wheel drives the second rotating wheel to rotate through the rotating belt, and the second rotating wheel drives the second rotating disc to rotate. Therefore, the second rotating disk can be rotated by the specific structure of the rotating device.
In some embodiments, the indexing device includes an indexing motor and an indexing turntable, the indexing motor drives the indexing turntable to rotate through a gear set, the indexing turntable is connected with the first rotating disk, and the indexing turntable drives the first rotating disk to rotate.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Fig. 1 to 11 schematically show the structure of a polishing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, a polishing machine includes a frame 1, a polishing device 2, a lateral translation device 3, and a longitudinal translation device 4.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 11, the polishing device 2, the horizontal translation device 3, and the longitudinal translation device 4 may be installed on the frame 1, and when the horizontal translation device 3 is started, the polishing device 2 may be driven to move back and forth, and when the longitudinal translation device 4 is started, the longitudinal translation device 4 may drive the polishing device 2 to move up and down, the polishing device 2 may be installed with the brush 5, and the polishing device 2 may drive the brush 5 to move.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the transverse translation device 3 includes a transverse motor 31, a transverse screw 32 and a transverse nut 33, the transverse motor 31 may be fixedly installed on the frame 1, the transverse screw 32 is connected to an output shaft of the transverse motor 31, the transverse nut 33 is fixed on the polishing device 2, when the transverse motor 31 is started, the transverse screw 32 is driven to rotate, the transverse screw 32 drives the transverse nut 33 to move back and forth, the transverse nut 33 drives the polishing device 2 to move back and forth, and the polishing device 2 may be finally driven to move back and forth by the transverse translation device 3, so as to improve the polishing efficiency.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the longitudinal translation device 4 includes a longitudinal motor 41, a longitudinal screw 42, and a longitudinal nut 43, the longitudinal motor 41 is fixedly installed on the polishing device 2, the longitudinal screw 42 is connected to an output shaft of the longitudinal motor 41, the longitudinal nut 43 is fixedly installed on the polishing device 2, when the longitudinal motor 41 is started, the longitudinal screw 42 can be driven to rotate, the longitudinal screw 42 drives the longitudinal nut 43 to move up and down, so that the longitudinal nut 43 drives the polishing device 2 to move up and down, and finally the polishing device 2 can be driven to move up and down by the longitudinal translation device 4, thereby further improving the polishing efficiency.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, the polishing apparatus 2 may include a workpiece rotating platform 21, a brush device 22 and a fixing frame 23, the workpiece rotating platform 21 is installed on the frame 1, the brush device 22 is connected to the fixing frame 23, as can be seen from fig. 4, a horizontal screw 33 is fixedly installed below the fixing frame 23, a longitudinal motor 41 is fixedly installed above the fixing frame 23, a longitudinal screw 43 is fixed on the brush device 22, the workpiece rotating platform 21 is located below the brush device 22, the workpiece rotating platform 21 is used for placing a workpiece, a brush 5 is disposed on the brush device 22, the brush device 22 drives the brush 5 to move, and the brush 5 is used for polishing the workpiece.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the rail 11 may be fixedly installed on the frame 1, and the chute 34 is installed below the fixing frame 23, and the chute 34 may move back and forth along the rail 11; in addition, in this embodiment, the transverse motor 31 may be connected to the transverse screw rod 32 through a speed reducer, which is an existing gear set and includes a plurality of gears, so as to reduce the rotation speed of the transverse screw rod 32 and increase the rotation force; similarly, the longitudinal motor 41 may also be connected to the longitudinal screw 42 through a reduction gear.
Next, a detailed description will be given below of how the polishing device 2 moves back and forth and up and down, when the transverse motor 31 is started, the transverse motor 31 can drive the transverse screw rod 32 to rotate, the transverse screw rod 32 drives the transverse screw nut 33 to move back and forth, because the transverse screw nut 33 is installed below the fixing frame 23, the fixing frame 23 can move back and forth through the sliding groove 34 and the rail 11, and when the fixing frame 23 moves back and forth, the brush device 22 can be driven to move back and forth. Similarly, when the longitudinal motor 41 is started, the longitudinal motor 41 drives the longitudinal screw rod 42 to rotate, the longitudinal screw rod 42 drives the longitudinal screw 43 to move up and down, and the longitudinal screw 43 can drive the brush device 22 of the polishing device 2 to move up and down in the up and down moving process.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in the present embodiment, the brush device 22 includes a support frame 221, a power device 222 and a transmission device 223, both the power device 222 and the transmission device 223 can be installed on the support frame 221, and the brush 5 can be installed on the transmission device 223, so that when the power device 222 is started, the power device 222 can drive the transmission device 223 to move, because the brush 5 is installed on the transmission device 223, the final transmission device 223 can drive the brush 5 to move, and when the brush 5 moves, the brush 5 can be brushed on the surface of the 3D curved glass panel, thereby polishing the surface of the 3D curved glass panel.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6, the transmission device 223 may include a driving wheel 2231, a driven wheel 2232 and a transmission belt 2233, the driving wheel 2231 and the driven wheel 2232 are respectively installed at the left and right ends of the lower portion of the front side of the support frame 221, that is, the driving wheel 2231 is installed at the left end of the lower portion of the front side of the support frame 221, the driven wheel 2232 is installed at the right end of the lower portion of the front side of the support frame 221, the transmission belt 2233 is annular, the left end of the transmission belt 2233 is sleeved on the driving wheel 2231, the right end of the transmission belt 2232 is sleeved on the driven wheel 2232, the brush 5 is installed on the outer side of the transmission belt 2233, the outer side is another side of the inner side, the inner side refers to a side of the transmission belt 2233 contacting with the driven wheel 2232 and the driving wheel 2231, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, simultaneously, the drive belt 2233 also can carry out corresponding removal, and the drive belt 2233 removes the in-process and can drive brush 5 and remove, and when brush 5 removed the below to the drive belt 2233, brush 5 can brush the surface at 3D curved surface glass panels to polish.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the tensioning device includes a tensioning wheel 2241, an air cylinder 2242 and a connecting rod 2243, in combination with fig. 7, the left end of the air cylinder 2242 can be fixedly installed on the back surface of the supporting frame 221, the right end of the output shaft of the air cylinder 2242 is connected to the connecting rod 2243, and the right end of the output shaft is rotatably connected to the connecting rod 2243, and the upper end of the connecting rod 2243 is fixedly connected to the tensioning wheel 2241, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, when the output shaft of the air cylinder 2242 is pushed to the right, the lower end of the connecting rod 2243 shown in fig. 8 can be driven to rotate to the right, i.e., counterclockwise, and the tensioning wheel 2241 also rotates counterclockwise correspondingly, at this time, the tensioning wheel 2241 can loosen the transmission belt 2233, whereas, when the output shaft of the air cylinder 2242 is pushed to the left, the tensioning wheel 224.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in the present embodiment, the workpiece rotation platform 21 includes an indexing device 211, a rotating device 212, a first rotating disk 213 and a plurality of second rotating disks 214, the indexing device 211 may be rotatably connected to the first rotating disk 213, the rotating device 212 is installed below the first rotating disk 213, the second rotating disks 214 are installed on the first rotating disk 213, the rotating device 212 may drive the second rotating disks 214 to rotate, and the workpiece may be placed on the second rotating disks 214; in the present embodiment, there are three second rotary discs 214, and the three second rotary discs 214 are uniformly distributed on the first rotary disc 213 as shown in fig. 4; three second rotating discs 214 can be respectively used for placing a 3D curved glass panel, and three 3D curved glass panels can be processed at one time.
Next, as shown in fig. 6 and 10, the process of processing three 3D curved glass panels is as follows: three 3D curved glass panels are respectively placed on the three second rotating discs 214, the indexing device 211 is started, and after the indexing device 211 rotates by a certain angle, the 3D curved glass panel on one of the second rotating discs 214 is positioned right below the brush device 22, that is, when the brush 5 is positioned below the driving belt 2233, the brush 5 can brush the 3D curved glass panel, and the brush 5 can continuously polish the 3D curved glass panel in the continuous driving process; meanwhile, in the polishing process, the rotating device 212 can drive the second rotating disc 214 to rotate, the second rotating disc 214 can drive the 3D curved glass panel to rotate, in the rotating process of the 3D curved glass panel, the brush 5 can polish all the surfaces of the whole 3D curved glass panel, after polishing one of the 3D curved glass panel, the indexing device 211 drives the first rotating disc 213 to rotate, so that the 3D curved glass panel on the other second rotating disc 214 is located under the brush device 22, and then polishing of the 3D curved glass panel on the third second rotating disc 214 is completed in sequence. Therefore, the invention can have better polishing effect. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of second rotary discs 214 may be changed as desired, and a plurality of 3D curved glass panels may be polished at one time.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the rotating device 212 includes a rotating motor 2121, a first rotating wheel 2122, a second rotating wheel 2123, a rotating shaft and a rotating belt 2124, the rotating motor 2121 is installed below the second rotating disk 214, the first rotating wheel 2122 is installed on the output shaft of the rotating motor 2121, the rotating shaft passes through the first rotating disk 213, the second rotating wheel 2123 is installed below the rotating shaft, the second rotating disk 214 is fixedly installed above the rotating shaft, the transmission ratio of the second rotating wheel 2123 to the first rotating wheel 2122 is greater than one, one end of the rotating belt 2124 is sleeved on the second rotating wheel 2123, and the other end is sleeved on the first rotating wheel 2122, so that when the rotating motor 2121 is started, the first rotating wheel 2122 can drive the first rotating wheel 2122 to rotate via the rotating belt 2124, the second rotating wheel 2123 drives the rotating shaft to rotate, the rotating shaft drives the second rotating disk 214 to rotate, and finally, the 3D curved glass panel on the second rotating disk 214 can be driven to rotate.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the indexing device 211 may include an indexing motor 2111 and an indexing turntable 2112, the indexing motor 2111 may drive the indexing turntable 2112 to rotate through a gear set (the gear set is hidden in fig. 5), and the indexing turntable 2112 may be fixedly installed below the first rotary table 213, so that the indexing turntable 2112 may drive the first rotary table 213 to rotate. The gear set in this embodiment may include a small spur gear and a large spur gear, the small spur gear may be coaxially connected to the indexing motor 2111, the large spur gear may be fixedly installed below the indexing turntable 2112, and the indexing motor 2111 is preferably a stepping motor. In other embodiments, the indexing device 211 may have the same structure as the prior art indexing device, and therefore, the structure of the other indexing device 211 will not be described in detail.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, there may be two brushes 5, and the two brushes 5 are both located outside the driving belt 2233, so that the polishing effect can be improved by providing the two brushes 5. In other embodiments, the brush 5 may have three, four, etc.
In this embodiment, the power device 222 may be an electric motor.
The invention is described in full detail below:
when the 3D curved glass panel, i.e. the above-mentioned workpiece, is to be polished, the 3D curved glass panel is placed on the second rotating disk 214, the indexing motor 2111 is started, the indexing motor 2111 finally drives the first rotating disk 213 to rotate, when the 3D curved glass panel on one of the second rotating disks 214 is located below the driving belt 2233, the transverse motor 31 and the longitudinal motor 41 can be started, the transverse motor 31 and the longitudinal motor 41 can adjust the position of the brush device 22 to the optimal position, that is, the transverse motor 31 and the longitudinal motor 41 can adjust the position of the brush device 22 to be right above the 3D curved glass panel, and the force of the subsequent brush 5 brushing on the 3D curved glass panel is moderate.
Then, the rotating motor 2121 of the corresponding second rotating disc 214 is started, the rotating motor 2121 can drive the 3D curved glass panel to rotate, and in addition, the power device 222 can be started (of course, the power device 222 can also be started from the beginning), the power device 222 finally drives the brush 5 to rotate, when the brush 5 rotates to the lower side of the driving belt 2233, because the horizontal motor 31 and the vertical motor 41 can adjust the position of the brush device 22 to the position right above the 3D curved glass panel, the brush 5 is also located right above the 3D curved glass panel at this time, and the polishing efficiency and the polishing effect of the brush 5 can be improved; the brush 5 polishes the 3D curved glass panel, and after polishing, the index motor 2111 drives the first rotating disk 213 to rotate again, so that the 3D curved glass panel on the other second rotating disk 214 is located below the transmission belt 2233, and then polishing is performed.
In conclusion, since the brush 5 is installed on the polishing device 2, when the 3D curved glass panel is to be polished, namely, when the workpiece is polished, the 3D curved glass panel is placed on the workpiece rotating platform 21, then the polishing device 2 is started, the polishing device 2 drives the brush 5 to move, the brush 5 can polish the 3D curved glass panel in the moving process, the pressure of the brush 5 on the 3D curved glass panel is not too large, the final polishing effect is good, in addition, the invention can drive the polishing device 2 to move back and forth through the transverse translation device 3, the longitudinal translation device 4 drives the polishing device 2 to move up and down, can quickly polish the 3D curved glass panel, can improve the polishing efficiency, and in addition, in the present invention, a control panel 6 may be added, and the automation operation of each device is realized through the control panel 6.
