Claims (10)
1. A charge management method for a new energy vehicle, characterized by comprising:
when a new energy vehicle reaches a charging parking space of a parking lot, acquiring vehicle information of the new energy vehicle, wherein the vehicle information comprises a license plate number of the new energy vehicle and/or a characteristic identifier of an ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the new energy vehicle;
sending a device operation starting command to a charging device, so that the charging device activates a vehicle charging operation program according to the device operation starting command, and the charging device is allowed to be connected with a charging loop of the new energy vehicle;
acquiring a charging rule and optimal information corresponding to the vehicle information of the new energy vehicle;
when the new energy vehicle finishes charging, calculating according to the charging rule and the optimal exemption information to obtain charge information of the new energy vehicle;
and sending the vehicle information and the expense information of the new energy vehicle to an ETC settlement platform so that the ETC settlement platform can automatically deduct fees and/or book accounts from the payment account number bound with the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the new energy vehicle.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein when the new energy vehicle arrives at a charging slot of a parking lot, the method further comprises:
and when detecting that the charging equipment corresponding to the charging parking space is connected with the charging loop of the new energy vehicle, sending a charging command to the charging equipment so that the charging equipment can charge the new energy vehicle.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving an identifier of successful expense settlement sent by the ETC settlement platform;
and sending a power-off instruction to the charging equipment according to the identifier that the fee settlement is successful, wherein the power-off instruction is used for activating the charging equipment to finish a charging operation program and allowing the charging equipment to be disconnected from a charging loop of the new energy vehicle.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and after detecting that the charging equipment is disconnected with a charging loop of the new energy vehicle, sending information that the charging equipment is in a chargeable state to a management platform, wherein the management platform comprises a charging equipment management platform or a parking management platform.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining vehicle information of the new energy vehicle when the new energy vehicle arrives at a charging slot of a parking lot comprises:
when the new energy vehicle reaches a charging parking space of a parking lot, receiving the license plate number of the new energy vehicle identified by a license plate identification instrument; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and when the new energy vehicle reaches the charging parking space of the parking lot, receiving the characteristic identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the new energy vehicle, which is sent by the ETC equipment.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring of the preferential information corresponding to the vehicle information of the new-energy vehicle includes:
the vehicle information of the new energy vehicle is sent to a management platform, the vehicle information of a plurality of vehicles and corresponding optimal information are stored in the management platform, and the optimal information comprises preferential charging rules and/or full free information and/or discount optimal information;
and receiving the optimal information corresponding to the vehicle information of the new energy vehicle sent by the management platform.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the calculating the charge information of the new energy vehicle according to the charging rule and the optimization information when the new energy vehicle finishes charging comprises:
when the new energy vehicle finishes charging, acquiring the charging time and the parking time of the new energy vehicle;
calculating parking cost of the new energy vehicle according to the parking time of the new energy vehicle and the parking charging rule, and calculating charging cost of the new energy vehicle according to the charging time of the new energy vehicle and the charging rule;
and calculating the cost information of the new energy vehicle according to the parking cost, the charging cost and the optimal free information.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the charge information of the new energy vehicle is full-value exemption, sending a power-off instruction to the charging equipment, wherein the power-off instruction is used for activating the charging equipment to finish a charging operation program and allowing the operation of disconnecting the charging equipment from a charging loop of the new energy vehicle to be implemented.
9. A charge management device, characterized in that the charge management device comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores at least one computer instruction, and the instruction is loaded and executed by the processor to realize the steps executed in the charge management method for a new energy vehicle according to any one of claim 1 to claim 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing at least one computer instruction, the instruction being loaded and executed by a processor to implement the steps performed in the charge management method for a new energy vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
