本发明公开了一种电连接器,其可以与对接连接器锁扣配合,所述电连接器包括壳体、与壳体结合的锁扣机构、与对接连接器沿第一方向结合的接插部及与接插部电性连接且延伸出壳体的线缆,所述锁扣机构包括固持锁扣机构的固持部、可与对接连接器相锁扣的锁扣部及供使用者操作实现解锁的操作部,所述线缆沿与第一方向垂直且在同一平面的第二方向延伸出壳体,所述操作部沿与第一方向相反的第三方向延伸至壳体的边缘,本发明电连接器可节省空间,同时方便解锁。

电连接器
【技术领域】
本发明有关一种电连接器,尤指一种可与对接连接器锁扣配合的电连接器。
【背景技术】
请参照2017年10月27日公告的中国外观设计专利第CN304332784S号,其揭示了一种电连接器,其包括壳体及位于壳体上的锁扣机构、所述锁扣机构包括固持锁扣机构的固持部、可与对接连接器相锁扣的锁扣部及供使用者操作实现解锁的操作部,当多个电连接器并列安装时,每个电连接器和相邻的电连接器之间需要留有较大的空间,以供使用者手指可伸入操作部以实现解锁,所以需要提供一种改进的电连接器。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种电连接器,其可与对接连接器锁扣配合,当多个电连接器并列安装时尽可能的减小安装空间,并且方便解锁。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种电连接器,其可以与对接连接器锁扣配合,所述电连接器包括壳体、与壳体结合的锁扣机构、与对接连接器沿第一方向结合的接插部及与接插部电性连接且延伸出壳体的线缆,所述锁扣机构包括固持锁扣机构的固持部、可与对接连接器相锁扣的锁扣部及供使用者操作实现解锁的操作部,所述线缆沿与第一方向垂直且在同一平面的第二方向延伸出壳体,所述操作部沿与第一方向相反的第三方向延伸至壳体的边缘。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明当多个电连接器并列安装时,节省安装空间,同时方便解锁。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
请参照图1至图10所示,本发明电连接器100包括壳体10及与壳体10结合的锁扣机构20,与对接连接器200结合的接插部31及与接插部31电性连接且延伸出壳体10的线缆40,锁扣机构20可与对接连接器200的外壳体201锁扣配合。所述锁扣机构20可直接安装或通过其它方式固定于壳体10上。
所述壳体10包括上壳体11和与之配合的下壳体12。上壳体11上设有两个相互间隔开的凸台110及位于两个相互间隔开的凸台110间的安装槽130,安装槽130中设有两个安装凸块131,两个相互间隔开的凸台110包括靠近上壳体11前端的第一凸台111及位于第一凸台111后端高于第一凸台111的第二凸台112,两第二凸台112从顶部相向延伸出限位凸台1121。上壳体11上与两个相互间隔开的凸台110相对的一端设置有凹陷部150,凹陷部150包括从上壳体11的上表面倾斜向下延伸的第一凹陷部151和沿第一凹陷部151后端水平向后贯穿上壳体11后端面的第二凹陷部152。与上壳体11相互配合的下壳体12的外表面上设有凹槽120,以便于使用者的手指插拔时夹持住壳体10。
所述锁扣机构20由金属材质制成,锁扣机构20包括固持锁扣机构20的固持部210、可与对接连接器200相锁扣的锁扣部220及供使用者操作实现解锁的操作部230。锁扣机构20从固持部210前端向后并向上延伸至锁扣部220前端,再从锁扣部220后端继续延伸至操作部230,所述固持部210上包括一对可与壳体10相互配合安装的安装孔211,当锁扣机构20安装在壳体10上时,固持部210安装并收容于安装槽130,安装凸块131扣紧在安装孔211中,操作部230上表面限位于限位凸台1121的下表面防止操作部230向远离壳体10的方向运动。锁扣部220上包含一对向外突出的扣锁221,当电连接器100与对接连接器200相结合时,扣锁221伸入对接连接器200外壳体201上的开孔90中与对接连接器200相锁扣。操作部230设有凸肋231,凸肋231包括位于操作部230上靠近锁扣部220用于加强锁扣机构20强度的第一凸肋2311和位于操作部230上远离锁扣部220的第二凸肋2312,第二凸肋2312不仅可以增加锁扣机构20的强度,还可增加操作者解锁时手指和操作部230之间的摩擦力,同时在安装空间有限时,使用者无需目视可以只通过手指感觉就可判按压解锁的位置。解锁时使用者向第二凸肋2312上施加向壳体10的力时,操作部230朝向壳体10运动,操作部230后段可运动至凹陷部150,锁扣部220上的扣锁221向下运动脱离对接连接器200外壳体201上的开孔90,使电连接器100与对接连接器200解锁。沿壳体10表面倾斜向下延伸的第一凹陷部151与解锁时操作部230向壳体10运动倾斜的方向相同,这样第一凹陷部151能很好的收容向壳体倾斜运动的操作部230,倾斜的第一凹陷部151和水平的第二凹陷部152的设计,在增大了操作部230朝向壳体10运动变形空间的同时又保证电连接器100本身必要结构空间设计。
所述电连接器100还包括收容于壳体10内的电路板30,所述电路板30上设有若干与下壳体12上定位柱121组装配合的定位孔310,所述线缆40与电路板电性连接,线缆40包含第一排线缆410,第二排线缆420,第三排线缆430,第四排线缆440,第一排线缆410与第三排线缆430分别对称的焊接于电路板30上下两面,第二排线缆420与第四排线缆440分别对称的焊接于电路板30上下两面,第一排线缆410、第二排线缆420、第三排线缆430、第四排线缆440分别包含若干根芯线400,每根芯线400包含一对差分信号线401及一对位于差分信号线401两侧的接地线402,相邻芯线400的相邻接地线402焊接在电路板30上同一位置,有利于高频信号传输的对称性。
所述电路板30的前端形成所述接插部31。所述电连接器100通过接插部31与对接连接器200连接,所述电连接器100沿第一方向与对接连接器200连接,所述线缆40沿与第一方向垂直且在同一平面的第二方向延伸出壳体10,所述操作部230沿与一第一方向相反的第三方向延伸至壳体10边缘。即线缆40延伸出壳体10的方向与操作部230延伸的方向不在同一方向,这样使用者通过操作部230解锁时可以不用受到线缆40的阻挡,方便使用者解锁,同时延伸至壳体10边缘的操作部230的设计,操作部230也可进一步地延伸超出壳体10边缘,当多个电连接器100并列安装,使用者解锁时手指不需要过多的伸入两相邻电连接器100之间的空隙即可解锁,可缩小两相邻电连接器100之间的安装空间,这样可减小安装空间,进而缩小整个设备的体积。
组装电连接器100时,先将线缆40焊接于电路板30上,再将电路板30与下壳体12相互组装,接着将上壳体11和下壳体12相互组装,最后将锁扣机构20安装于上壳体11的安装槽130。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,其可以与对接连接器锁扣配合,所述电连接器包括壳体、与壳体结合的锁扣机构、与对接连接器沿第一方向结合的接插部及与接插部电性连接且延伸出壳体的线缆,所述锁扣机构包括固持锁扣机构的固持部、可与对接连接器相锁扣的锁扣部及供使用者操作实现解锁的操作部,其特征在于:所述线缆沿与第一方向垂直且在同一平面的第二方向延伸出壳体,所述操作部沿与第一方向相反的第三方向延伸至壳体的边缘。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述锁扣部从固持部前端向后并向上延伸,再从锁扣部继续延伸至操作部。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述操作部设有凸肋。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述壳体上设有两个间隔开设置的凸台及位于两凸台间的安装槽,所述锁扣机构的固持部收容并固持于安装槽中。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述壳体上设有凹陷部以增加操作部朝向壳体运动变形空间。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述凹陷部包括从壳体上表面倾斜的第一部分及水平向后贯穿壳体后端面的第二部分。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述壳体上与锁扣机构相对的一面设有凹槽,以便于使用者的手指插拔时夹持住壳体。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述壳体包括上壳体及与之配合的下壳体。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:进一步包括收容于壳体内的电路板,所述接插部形成于所述电路板上,所述电路板上还设有若干与所述壳体上定位柱组装配合的定位孔。
10.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述线缆包含若干芯线,每个所述芯线包含一对差分信号线及一对位于差分信号线两侧的接地线,相邻所述芯线的相邻接地线连接在一起。
